Just had the Tap truck for my 40th birthday. These guys rocked !! They genuinely care that you and your guest have a good time and help curate your selections prior to the event and are there every step of the way. Garrett and Paria were awesome. Catered to the crowd and everyone that interacted with them at the party felt like they just made new friends . The personal touch and little things they do seperate themselves from other vendors. I wish them much success and given the type people they are and who they employ they should be ok.

Such a beautiful truck mixed in with amazing people working it. We ran into this car at a small food truck event in Cypress but they service are available to all of Orange County for weddings and events. I also love that they get local beer to use in their truck. 10/10 recommend this truck for your next event!

Are you planning a Corporate/Office event, Wedding, or Party of any sort then what are you waiting for? Hire Tap Truck OC and they will take care of all of your bartending needs. Their assortment of local craft beers, delicious cocktails, wine selection, and mocktails is absolutely unmatched and worth the price. Not to mention the aesthetic the vintage truck adds to any event/party is a show stopper and conversation starter on its own. I first met Garrett & Will at our first corporate holiday party and they were an absolute pleasure to work with; the knowledge they bring to every event and the passion they have for what they do to bring joy to the community comes through within minutes of interacting with them which is awesome. They absolutely love what they do and everyone they work with!! Not to mention they are professional and made sure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend for any event. Cheers Boys!!

I wish I could have taken the keys and drove the truck to my home along with owner, Will.

After several trips to the LA area and countless recommendations, I finally made it to Fable &…read moreSpirit, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere with a beautiful design that strikes a nice balance between upscale and comfortable. It's the kind of place where you can settle in and enjoy a leisurely meal. We started with the roasted bone marrow, which was pure indulgence. I spread that rich, nutty, buttery goodness over the crispy toast points, and every bite was better than the last. Next came the prawns. The chefs did an outstanding job highlighting the natural umami from the shrimp head before the sweetness of the corn and shallots blended perfectly with the tender, succulent shrimp. It was a dish that kept evolving with every bite. The smoked short rib was the star of the meal. I asked for the sauce on the side, but it was clear the meat had already been cooked sous vide with the sauce, allowing those deep, savory flavors to fully penetrate every bite. The result was an incredibly tender short rib that practically melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious. From the welcoming ambiance to the thoughtfully executed dishes, Fable and Spirit delivered a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be making a return visit the next time I'm in the area.

The drinks came out pretty fast. I ordered a Vodka Sour (with an egg white) and it was definitely one of the better sours I've had! For dinner, I ordered the steelhead salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Food was brought out at a reasonable time. Overall, we had a great experience and I definitely plan be back for brunch

Be prepared to spend $22+ for a drink, not including the hefty valet fee, and you'll have a mix of attractive people (mostly females), weeknights draws business men at the bar, working gals aka escorts, and groups of people coming there for post work meetings drinks. The staff and service are top notch, or always is! But my husband and I were surprised with Pendry not cracking down on the escorts, it's very obvious and for paying patrons like us who want an upscale hotel for a quick staycation, it's a bit of a distraction and distasteful and put a damper on our view of Pendry. We would expect this at a seedy place but not Newport and definitely not for those prices on drinks, food, valet. We will be back but probably not anytime soon. I often times have to entertain international clients when they are in town and I would be very hesitant taking them to Pendry for dinner and drinks after what I witnessed yesterday. It would be very uncomfortable for a professional setting.

Luckily, the gentleman manning the bar during my most recent visit was very friendly. Drinks are always great. I've tried a variety of drinks from the menu here, but my favorites are: -Love in Drunk, a lovely cocktail with cucumber and grapefruit flavors that create a fresh watermelon taste when mixed together -Bee's Knees, short but strong and sweet -London Mule, very herbal thanks to the gin and very refreshing

After our party of six chatted over cocktails and preyed on pupus, we moved to a "secret" room tucked in the back of Stowaway and walked into a Belly Of The Beast. The founders and co-owners of Stowaway, Leonard Chan and Dominic Iapello, created this extension to the tiki bar with a wildly interesting Pinocchio theme and the famed encounter with Monstro the whale all the while serving the same offerings in Stowaway but with also an exclusive limited menu just for this adventure. With its proximity to Disneyland and its Enchanted Tiki Room, with the very niche underground-like society of tiki culture they found a consistent customer base and the thrill of island escapism through colorful cocktails, pleasurable pupus, tropical trimmings, and nostalgic know-how. How would my belly handle the beastly drinks concocted here!? PURCHASE(S) Gepetto's Last Words ($16.00): Intrigued by the cocktail's name, this elixir was crafted with Fid Street Gin, tangerine, creme de violette, lemon, and cucumber, it was a citrusy refreshing sweet drink that was decorated with bright yellow petals. It was nice, but for whatever reason it just didn't quite hit the spot. [ONION RINGS/STRAWS/STRINGS ALERT - 4.0 of 5.0 STARS] Onion Rings ($9.00): A decent portion with rings of medium to large sizes, these were hot, dark golden browned, crunchy, and had a slight tendency to crumble when bitten into while the onion ring (sweet Maui!) rarely pulled out at times. They were lightly oily while the catsup wasn't needed but used. SERVICE While in Stowaway, we informed our male server to let us know when we were allowed to enter the belly. Once inside and situated, we had the place and bartender to ourselves. After we all perused the menu, we placed our orders, and everything arrived within ten minutes. The rest of the time was spent chatting, picture taking, and our bartender checked in on us also giving a Dole Whip taster. All was casual, chill, and somewhat on island time - aloha and mahalo! PARKING (FREE): They shared a medium-sized private lot with several other businesses who were closed at this time with plenty of spots - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE "Hidden" inside Stowaway which was located within a strip mall, the entire theme was based on the Pinocchio story, the interlude in time spent inside Monstro, and as we entered it felt like the beginning of the Disneyland "Storybook" ride as you road a canal boat into the mouth and sharp teet of a whale. There were several marionettes (appropriate and non-appropriate) that hung from the ceiling and belly walls, along with other Disneyesque memorabilia, a few sitting booths, and a tiny bar at the end of the roo. No natural lighting whatsoever while an assortment of extremely low-lit electric lights and table candles glowed. There were no TVs while I couldn't recall any background music. ATTIRE Although I was actually dressed appropriately for the occasion in an aloha shirt, linen pants, and flip-flops, this place was totally casual, so a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops would suffice. OVERALL Belly Of The Beast was an adventurous fun evening with friends, it left me feeling childlike with the need to watch "Pinocchio", and I couldn't wait to return to try more of their awesome-soundling elixirs. I generally loved all-things Disneyana, and this new wrinkle, albeit probably not approved by the mouse ears brass, caught my fancy. My one drink was tasty but just didn't hit the right spot, the onion rings were very good, the prices were a tad elevated, the atmosphere was awesome, and the service was friendly and professional. They had an extremely limited menu, and there was some doubt whether or not ordering from the Stowaway menu was an option. Plus, I always preferred to support small local mom & pop businesses. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $27.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS
