There is always a great variety of flowers and greenery, which I really appreciate. While I cannot shop here for all my household needs, there are definitely staple items I come back for, and I usually end up finding something new to try each visit. We were checking expiration dates on the milk and noticed everything was only three days out. The dairy manager happened to walk by and casually asked what date we were looking at. We said three days is cutting it a little close for just the two of us. Next thing you know, he magically appears with a milk dated seven days out and hands it to us like it's the most normal thing in the world. No attitude. No sigh. Just problem solved. And that's the theme here. Little moments like that happen all the time. Staff members are always smiling, always helpful, and somehow manage to make grocery shopping feel less like a chore and more like a pleasant errand. One of the things that I especially like to get from here is the goat meat, which to me is the best deal that you'll find for this type of me in the area. It's generally sold per pound, and when you approach the counter, you just simply let them know how many pounds you would like, they bag it up weigh it and give you the price. They also have a fresh fish counter where you will find things that is not very common and most other grocery stores. The value here is great. The staff is friendly and the store is always well stocked, clean and organized.

Inside, Aldi's has great bargains and some of their shelf merchandise changes every Wednesday. They are also pretty quick to mark things down to clearance and make room for new merchandise. It is always fun to stop in and see what they are selling for the week along with the usual groceries. Many of their items are made by the national names but are private labeled to Aldi's products.

I had to throw my entire lunch away and was left questioning whether I had already swallowed fragments before noticing it. As a loyal Publix customer, I expected better. Finding foreign material in food is unacceptable and dangerous. This ruined my lunch and shook my confidence in purchasing prepared meals here again. I'm sharing this so others are aware and so Publix takes immediate action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. No customer should have to worry about choking on plastic in their meal.
