Even after buying my own T.V. they broke my seat belt cover and the cover around the windshield. My headliner is totally screwed up . This is in a 2018 gmc truck bought brand new! The owner is never there! Also while I was waiting for my truck for 3 weeks to get this resolved. Other customers were have the same problems. They sold a customer a speaker box that had a crack in it . This shop is terrible!!! I just wanted my truck away from this shop. If you're not just getting tint . I would advise you not to go anywhere near this shop. I would give the rate of NO stars if this was an option. By the way my amps keep shutting off. So I'm going to another shop to get all this stuff fixed! As well as charged a transaction fee for using a capital one credit card. They know they are incredibly sleazy and practice bad business, the proof is in their no refund policy. They do not offer assistance with their products nor do they stand behind them. Lastly they were no help answering my questions about installing the amp, despite the fact they are listed as an authorized Memphis dealer. They will not take good care of you! My amp was successfully installed by me, with help from Memphis customer support and no thanks to Kustom Car Toys. (I highly recommend going two miles up the road to Best Buy)
