The atmosphere was nice. It wasn't too crowded. The drinks were fairly priced. And the staff were very friendly.

I love all the seating options and you genuinely feel like you are in a fairytale garden wonderland! Their Nate-spresso Martini is an obvious go-to classic, but they have an extensive menu packed with unique and creative drinks. I recently tried The Emperor's New Grove and it was a delicious mix of blueberry and lavender, a beautifully balanced and refreshing combination that I would highly recommend. Overall, great drinks and a stunning atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to hang out, especially if you are celebrating or just looking to enjoy a fancy night out.

You can wander around and find something that suits your fancy! Harvey's was my first stop, and it's a great vibe and ambience for an after work hang. There's a back patio I didn't visit, but the interior is super cute. Only food option is charcuterie, but definitely with very generous portions. I liked our plate but would recommend checking out some of the nearby restaurants if you need more food. Now realize KY sets the bar high for bourbon; hence the one star deduction. I was underwhelmed by my boulevardier. They do have a sizeable cocktail menu, and my friends seemed to enjoy their selections.

It has a very modern lounge look with a great view of the street and people walking by. It was a beautiful day so the windows were open. You almost forgot you were in Lexington. I got the funkadelic drink, and my friend got the Clooney. Both were really good but completely different. I enjoyed the funkadelic, it was like having a drink on a beach.

Georgie's only opened a couple of years ago and every friend I heard from that has gone raved about it. While bourbon is a longtime Kentucky treasure, the cocktail scene in downtown Lexington has only recently grown from a handful of weekend spots to a thriving business. On this particular occasion, my wife was at a banquet in the downtown Hyatt, so I took myself out for dinner and drinks at some new places. This was stop #3, and it was by far my favorite. I found a seat right at the bar and started looking over the extensive cocktail list. As I took in the atmosphere, I noticed several couches, a long bar, and some open area by the front. The bartender working while I was there was Jordan, who runs the bar as well as one of my favorite Lexington late night spots, Centro (another 5). And when I say he "runs" the bar, I mean it. He managed to make cocktails and keep the line moving mostly by himself while I was there. He recommended the Quiet Beatle, which I thoroughly enjoyed for a perfectly reasonable price. I got one more vodka soda when things calmed down a bit, and went on my way. There are little bites available, as well as an extensive cocktail and bourbon list. This is definitely a place you can meet a group of friends for happy hour or late night drinks, or have a nice date. I can't wait to come back!
