This is one of the cooler things I've ever done in Lexington, Kentucky. I've lived in Lexington for 29 years. The city has no lack of hospitality. But an amazing venue like this is so unique. The experience itself was very cool. Shout out to Shane for being so patient and kind. Wyatt at the bar was great and made a fantastic drink. Not only did we have an amazing experience in a really cool place, but we walked away from the knowing that we created a unique piece of art. Such a fun experience and I would highly recommend it if you're visiting Lexington, looking for a fun event, a cool date night or you're seeking to create something out of the ordinary

One of the few spots in Lex doing craft cocktails right! This is a favorite place of mine and one I always return to when I'm in town. The entrance is cool as you walk through the small glass sculpture gift shop and pause to look at the active glass-making facility right after. To enter, go through the large mirrored door. On the other side, you'll find a cozy bar and a couple of plush seating options for groups. Head back further and you'll see a decently sized outdoor patio, either heaters in the winter. Ryan and Wyatt do a great job of serving up well-made and creative libations, with signature and classic offerings. Don't see something on the menu you want? Their fluency in cocktails lets you request something off menu which is always fun. The menu does change seasonally so I'm looking forward to going back for the next season. The presentations are usually great, with imaginative garnishes and gorgeous glassware, some of it fashioned in the glass studio outside. They offer a cocktail club which gives you your own custom-made Only qualm: wish they had some bar snacks. There is a popcorn machine that is *sometimes* on but not frequently.

We went for the couples experience and we made an amazing vase with Shane! 10/10 experience, will be back!

Upon arrival to actually getting ready to pick out a piece and actual going into the shop to assist and learn what all goes into the process. Mike is exceptional as an teacher and instructor as you will find. He has a great resume and knows what he is doing. This is a smaller shop, however the output of designs is far from small. It is large on quality and creativity. Mike worked with each of us (a group of 4, 2 grandkids and 2 adults). Not only did we get first hand instructions and guidance, we were able to see other glassblowers in action. We ended up with 3 pumpkins and 1 snowman. Mike also gave provided us with some of the top universities that offer glassblowing and how to get started. It is a fairly tedious journey in learning all the in's and outs of glass blowing and design and what works and what doesn't. We were truly impressed and may look at Fire Studio and Gallery for some xmas presents. This might be a bit expensive art, however it is usually one of a kind and in personal gifts, that means a lot.
