Amazing taco spot, causal with a few picnic tables outside. Tortas and tacos were fantastic ... go here for some authentic goodness

Great prices here in this neat Mexican joint. Order and eat outside at this place. Good food with good serving sizes.

Amazing street tacos! Cannot get more authentic than this place. Perfect snack while completing the Razorback Greenway. The salsas were fire!

Best. Tacos. Ever. Full stop, the review is done, go get some tacos and enjoy. Need more convincing? Alright, the service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and you get your food fast. They not only have amazing tacos but equally awesome tortas and quesadillas. Today I got the chicken and steak tacos, which are $1.50 on Tuesdays, and the meat was perfectly seasoned, the corn tortilla was hot, soft, and a little chewy. Their red sauce adds just enough heat for me, if you want hotter go for the green one. The go to move if you're chilling in downtown Springdale is get some food here, then hop across the street and get an ice cold cider at Black Apple. Sit on the patio and relax!

The food was absolutely amazing. The flavors and the freshness. Definitely worth waiting for out in the cold. Best tacos and burritos in NWA hands down.

Tacos de asada, carnitas, y lengua

Best tacos in Springdale, hands down. The only thing I wish was different about this place is that it's outdoor seating only. However, that doesn't stop it from always being my first choice for authentic tacos in the area! I went just last week and had the most pleasant experience, per usual. The staff never fails to be so kind and patient. They are extremely prompt with their service. You can order, take your buzzer, walk across the street to Black Apple Hard Cider, and have a drink while you wait on your food. Often, my friends and I will have game nights where we grab tacos from Don Güeros and then bring them over to eat at Black Apple while we have cider and play games. My favorite tacos to order are their asada, carnitas, and lengua!

If you're on Emma Street in nice weather, looking for lunch, seriously look no further. It's outdoor seating only, but the food was absolutely prime and the workers were very friendly. The food came out, piping hot, and in less than 10 minutes. My Carne Asada Torta was FABULOUS, and my buddies burrito was great too. Can't recommend this place enough... I'll be bringing more friends here very shortly.$20 before tax and tip for two people to eat VERY WELL, quality and quantity.

Super disappointing find in Arkansas. A little hole in th wall that back in SoCal, indicates something good is going to happen. I'm not trying to compare this Mexican food to Mexican food baI home but Yikes! Customer service was reluctant and unfriendly and my wife speaks Spanish. I ordered a carne asada (steak burrito) minus the beans and ric. Bland and flavorless. My wife's street tacos had very little meat and were also pretty bland. The salsa was good and the Pepsi was cold. We'll try something else next time we're down there.

Steak Quesadilla

Tried it for the first time today. I work next door and have been eyeing this place for a while. I got the steak quesadilla and the chips and queso. The quesadilla was good, but lacking flavor. Could be improved with some salt and lime and maybe a little heat. The queso was a little thick but had good flavor. The chips were crunchy but had absolutely no salt. They gave me a small mild salsa, which had absolutely no flavor. This definitely isn't the best Mexican I've had, but it wasn't bad and I will likely return since I work so close by. Hopefully I will get a chance to update with other menu items I've tried.

Long lines most any time of day! Very Good Food.

This dive taco place is a historic monument in Springdale. Very popular so plan on a long wait! Excellent food and prices!! Plenty of outdoor seating.

Unassuming little walk up restaurant right on Emma in downtown Springdale, about .25mi east of the bike trail. Ate lunch here during a bike ride today, and happy that I did! I tried two tacos (beef tongue and al pastor), and a chicken sopas. All of this cost about $5.50 with tax, and it was delicious! If you're riding the trails and looking for a casual place to have lunch, try it. Note they only have outdoor seating, basically a couple of picnic tables. All of the food is cooked to order, so be patient. Plenty of space to park your bike.

Good street tacos, cool location. Chips and salsa is easily enough for two. Take some across the street to the cider house!

Our favorite place to get street tacos. Their salsas are delicious as well, I think one is habanero and my boyfriend can't get enough of it.

There were 8 people in our group and they ended up seating us outside which wasn't a problem as it was warm and sunny. Once seated our server took our drink order quickly and followed up shortly with taking an order for appetizers. Which also came out fairly quickly. Our server then took our entree orders. He returned three or four times to replenish/refill drinks for the females in our group but ignored me and the other male in our group, until we asked for a refill. Our entree's took about 20 - 25 minutes to come out and there were several minutes between the first and last to make it to the table. In the business district of the town where most of their lunchtime weekday customers are workers on lunch break they need to be getting the food out the kitchen quicker. As for the food presentation was nice. Everyone's dishes looked really fresh and appetizing. Two of our team had the shrimp taco's and they was so much moisture in them they ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Another two on our team had the Quesabirria. They said it tasted good but had more cheese than Burria. As for my own dish, I had the poblanos with steak, which is three enchiladas covered in a poblano sauce with a side of rice. The portion was a reasonable size but the steak was chewy and while it wasn't bad the poblano sauce just didn't impress me. It was just plain in flavor, with not much poblano flavor. Like I mentioned earlier we were seated outside. I was about two thirds the way through my meal and found a small black hair in the sauce. Where we were sat was pretty breezy so I cannot say if the hair came with my meal or if it was blown onto my food, but it was not the best end to what I would call a lackluster meal.

I ordered the chile relleno and my friend ordered a tamale and some chicken taquitos. My friend endorses the taquitos and reported that they were flavorful and crunchy. Salsa and chips are complimentary and the salsa was pretty decent. The tamale was okay, but not the best she or I have ever had. As far as the chile relleno goes, the salsa was flavorful, but the batter was pretty soggy all around. The rice was flavorful and had a great texture to it, though the frijoles refritos tasted like they were possibly from a can or mass-produced. The beans felt and looked like soup. I also noticed that the shredded cheese placed on top of both the chile y tamale was not melted. When reheated, the cheese held its position. Several birthday parties were being celebrated in the restaurant while we were there, and the staff and owner made sure that the birthday party crowds were celebrated by clapping and singing which was sweet and made the whole place feel festive! I intend to go back and try some other dishes to determine if some authenticity shines through other dishes/plates.

After a quick elevator ride up to the second floor of the building, the entrance to Taco is very quaint and welcoming. They have a very nice patio area with about 5 tables that overlooks the Main Street that runs through downtown Springdale. We were seated inside, and served very quickly. The queso dip was absolutely amazing, and the margarita flight was an absolute banger. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the aisle size and not being the most kid friendly. The aisles are quite thin and we got bumped a few times by passing patrons.
