If I could give this restaurant a zero, I definitely would this restaurant operates without a manager on duty has awful customer service and are very disrespectful. I always come to this restaurant and I never have an issue with anybody but today I went in with my husband and my kids. I ordered my usual a flauta plate when I received my order I took a bite of it and I asked the server is the cheese expired because it doesn't taste like it normally does mind you I've been here multiple times and I know what it's supposed to taste like she went and got another colleague and they told me no the same cheese because at first I thought it was a different cheese and I asked them was there anyway you can go to the back you just scrape the cheese off because the cheese doesn't taste right and I'm pregnant if it was expired, I didn't want to risk eating it. She goes well. We're gonna have to charge it for a whole new plate and I tell her I don't want a new plate I just want the cheese to be scraped off that's all I wanted. I don't want nothing new and I wasn't expecting anything new. I just wanted my cheese to be taken off and if I did it myself, it was gonna scrape off the guacamole and the sour cream, which I wanted those on my flautas . They get on the phone with the manager. I don't know what they told her mind you the manager is not even at the store so she doesn't understand what's going on and she tells me the manager said we're gonna have to charge it for a new plate was like I don't want a new plate. I just want you to take off the cheese. She gets back on the phone with her manager. She's like OK ma'am you know we'll go ahead and we'll give you some new flautas and I said OK that's fine. I waited 10 minutes to bring my plate out mind you they said they were gonna give me new ones but they brought me back the same plate cold and soggy I tell my husband to go pay for the order while I finish up my food so we can leave he gets there and he sees an extra $10 charge on our order and I'm like what is the extra charge for they proceeded to charge us for an extra plate after they brought me the same plate and I told him I didn't wanna be charged for a new plate I just wanted my cheese to be taken off he tells them I'm not gonna pay for the extra plate. You guys brought her the same plate you guys said you were just gonna replace her flautas and then he asked to speak to a manager she calls the manager, gives him the phone and says the managers on the phone and I tell him why are they having you speak to the manager on the phone instead of her being here in person, they proceed to the manager he doesn't wanna talk to you on the phone. He wants to talk to you in person. They're like OK wait will be there in about 10 minutes. At this point, I'm like OK whatever but my husband went ahead and called the cops anyways because they didn't want to take off the charge. They were telling us they weren't gonna take it off if the charges for a new item so then we called the cops. The cops get there and the cops at the same thing. Why are they charging you for a whole new plate of food if they gave you the same plate, but they just re-added the toppings the manager gets there she explains to us and I tell her I understand but I didn't get a new plate. I got the same plate. Y'all just replaced the toppings that were on it and she's sitting in there arguing with the cops and the cops are telling her ma'am. You cannot charge them for a new plate if it's the same plate she said no they gave me a new plate and I'm like you were not here to see whether they gave me a new plate or not. You just pulled in and on top of that she wasn't even dressed professionally she came in with a crop top and some pants and I told her I've been here multiple times before I've never had this issue. You know you guys usually just take something off and put it back on. That's all I want. That's all I asked. She then has the audacity to tell me and my husband if y'all don't have the money why would y'all come out to eat? The issue was not the money the issue was the extra charge for the plate that we did not receive or get new she proceeds to tell the cops to let us go. They don't have to pay for the order. Just get them out of my restaurant. The problem was we were willing to pay. We just wanted her to takeoff the additional charge for the items that we did not receive. She comes to an agreement with the cops that if we ever step foot in her restaurant again, they're gonna charge us with trespassing, even after the disrespectfulness the awful customer service her telling us that we're basically broke when all we asked for was to get an item removed that we did not ask for and we still paid for our tab after she removed the charges she tells us that we're not allowed in her restaurant ever again It's just diabolical to me. I do not understand how this establishment is still open and functioning and how very unprofessional their staff is. read more

Walked in on a Thursday night after work looking for some Gorditas and they looked at us like we were getting there at 9:59 when it was only 9:15. Maybe they're friendlier in the earlier hours. read more

Exceptional restaurant !!! Excellent service from staff!! Tasteful menu!!!! Nice Ambiance with a good latin feel!!

Update: Third visit, was not so great The food is ok, but it is not consistent in how they make it. I mean if your order an egg runny they may bring it out hard and not runny. Tortillas get hard as soon as they get a little cold. I hate hard tortillas because they break. I visit one more times, hopefully it's a better experience. Green salsa is bomb, Flour tortillas are good Beans are really good Price is very reasonable Breakfast is cheap and you won't walk out hungry. Daily specials are also good. So far I've had the huevos rancheros and fajita, sausage mix with cheese called alambres.. it was good. They're just starting out but I'm beginning to see more people come. Not sure if I recommend it as of today. read more

They're super sweet and attentive. The food is so amazing and worth every bite. I can't get enough.
