Tacos (beef, Chicken, Pork)

Still my favorite place to pick up some tacos! Sooo good.. just posted a picture of the updated March 2026 menu

lengua taco & menudo

I've drove by this place many times and finally decided to go there one day when I was craving tacos. I'm glad to see they had lengua tacos so I ordered a couple of those along with menudo. My gf got birria tacos and then got a carne asada taco. You place your order at the counter and when your buzzer goes off you get your food and then add your own toppings and sauces from the bar. That's the end of the service provided. I was also hoping to get a homemade agua Fresca by they only have bottle Jarritos. Don't be fooled by the pictures as these were probably the tiniest tacos I've ever had (this includes all around the US, Cali, TX, Mexico etc). Legit 2 biter. The flavor of the tacos were decent and I do like their green and red sauce better than many of the surrounding other places. The fried jalapeno and onions is a plus. The menudo was slightly on the bland side. I was disappointed that there wasn't any hominy in it. Not worth the price. Out of what I ordered the birria tacos were probably the best in terms of flavor and value. 3 in an order. Overall the place is pretty average. For the price and what I got, I would rather go to a local sit down full service Mexican restaurant.

I love their sauces the orange is my favorite and the green is also good, the red is bitter but it's okay.

Walk into this little spot for some authentic Mexican food. It's always bustling during lunch time due to lunch specials. You can dine in or pick up but I prefer to pick up since they're always quite busy. Dependent on the staff at the cash register, there can be good service. Prices are cheap which I love and you can get the most bang for your buck. What's lacking is the presentation of the plates, seems to me like they are rushed and don't put much love into the food. I ordered the birria tacos and the meat and the consomé were delicious, only thing that wasn't up to par is the fact that the tortilla was a little burnt which takes away from the birria tacos. If I could give this restaurant a 3.5 I would. For the price of the tacos, I would come again.

Salsas

Great tacos at a good deal! They have legit yummy salsas and toppings for the meals. If you are really hungry, I would recommend to order the quesadillas or more than 3 tacos because they are pretty small. If you haven't been before, please try going before sunset. The area is not the best after sun down.

This place is the real deal. For ages I've been craving tacos that were half as good as the ones I ate for every meal in Santa Ana for a week straight, and by god does this place hit the mark. The quesabirria is godlike. I would take a bath in that consommé if I could. I also got two of the asada tacos, which were great. Their topping bar is fantastic, they got the onions & cilantro, radishes, salsa verde, the works. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the food came out very quickly. If you want some legit tacos, this place is what you've been looking for.

3 birria Tacos with cheese

Wanted to eat at a spanish place since i was in the area and this place had good reviews. I've heard so much about birria tacos and this was my first time trying it and i was blown away to say the least. They have a small bar to add more ingredients to your meal and it is so good. Very fast for the food to come out and great prices. New favorite place for suree

In my opinion this is the best taco place in Orlando Great tacos and great service.. Came here on a Sunday and it was packed.. You might have to wait for a table but it's worth the wait.. The tacos are small like palm size big.. So you can order a bunch and try more flavored.. They carry Mexican Coke and other traditional Mexican beverages.. The hottest salsa is the one closest to the wall so be careful and don't underestimate the hot salsa.. Great spot.. Great prices and very authentic.. Definitely most try place of you love tacos as much as I do

Mexican Coke, fresh jalapeño, & several tacos.

Small & quaint. I found it to be authentic and perfect. Hand made corn tortillas. Very small tacos that fit in the palm of your hand. Mexican coca coal is available there as well. For the more exotic: Cow head, tongue, and tripe tacos are offered as well. We lucked out and beat the lunch crowd which I'm told can be standing room only. I will definitely go back there.

Tacos galore! Suadero, lengua, tripa, chicharrón, cabeza

Real authentic Mexican food. I recommend anyone from the west coast to eat here. This what I'm used to eating in the west coast.

I visited Kavas on a Saturday for brunch and overall had a great experience. Their brunch is…read moreoffered Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and includes bottomless margaritas for two hours. The margaritas were a pleasant surprise. They were full sized, available in several flavors, and absolutely delicious. I would return for those alone. One of the highlights of my visit was the mariachi band, which brought a fun and lively energy to brunch. I ordered the School Tacos and enjoyed them, especially the queso and sauce that came with them. My waitress, whose name started with a "G," was a gem. She was attentive, friendly, and always checking to see if I was ready for my next margarita. The only issue I encountered was confusion surrounding the bottomless margarita promotion. When I first arrived, the host was unable to answer questions about the two hour offer and had to get a manager for clarification. Later in my visit, another server incorrectly informed me that I could no longer order margaritas because brunch hours had ended, despite management already confirming that I would be able to enjoy the full two hours since I arrived before brunch ended. Thankfully, the manager on duty quickly resolved the issue and honored what had originally been communicated. While I think there is an opportunity for better staff training regarding this advertised menu item, it was not enough to ruin an otherwise enjoyable experience. Between the margaritas, live entertainment, attentive service, and fun atmosphere, I still had a great time and would gladly return for brunch.

I came for drinks and sat at the bar. We ordered 2 Fortaleza Blanco (not still strength) Tequila…read moreneat. I noticed that when a manager (I assume) saw the Fortaleza bottle he rushed over to the bartender and had a side conversation about it while looking over at us. When the bill came, I was told that we were being charged for 3 drinks rather than 2 because he gave us each 2oz pours (standard neat, but maybe he didn't know that) and was being "nice" by not charging 4 drinks. Because they were already having side conversation about it, I knew this wasn't a battle I'd win. So I paid, tipped 25% and left, but I was definitely going to leave a review. Just know going here, they will charge whatever they want for drinks and make up rules. I paid $75 for 2 drinks. I won't be back. Adding on due to the reply. The person that replied to my review was not there during my service and is lying. Neither me or the gentleman with me asked for anything other than the tequila neat, we did however have conversation about our visit to the Fortaleza Distillery in Jalisco and how they pride themselves on businesses they sell to not overcharging for their tequila. Fortaleza was NOT listed in your menu, we saw it on the shelf and asked for it neat. As a bartender NEAT is a known pour. Please don't disrespect me by making things up. As I already stated, we simply asked for clarification which is what I added in my review, paid, tipped 25% and left. A reply from the business was unnecessary, this review is for other bar goers.

All made with love and you can seriously tell how much pride this business takes in each and every dish they put out. My husband and I got the skinny margaritas, had a few shots, and the best food. The fajitas came out without the sizzle of the skillet (disappointing but not a deal breaker) and the chipotle chicken was overly salty. I would have gladly let my server know the food was too salty, but unfortunately they nearly completley absent our entire dining experience. We love the table salsa and could not find them in the restaurant to ask for more until our food was delivered. But after that, we never saw them again. It wasn't until the bartender noticed us looking, that we were able to ask for our check. There was maybe 4 tables in the restaurant during this time and 0 staff presence.
