Their brick and mortar is small but the staff and the food pack a real punch. Their menu includes different varieties of tacos, fish dishes, burritos, and more and everything is done authentically. We got their asada and carnitas tacos and it all starts with their homemade corn based tortillas that they fry in fat which makes them chewy and filled with flavor. Their toppings are simple and classic so you can really taste the flavors of the meat + seasonings. We also got an order of chips and a trio of their salsas - my favorite was the tomatillo which had a nice tangy kick to it. One of our favorites in the triad!

I can't speak enough about the warmth of the owners and their genuine interest in you as a customer. The food matched the vibe-the fish was hot, well seasoned, and huge portion sizes. The shrimp was delicious as well. The prices were spot on for the portion sizes. I'll definitely will be back and will encourage everyone to keep this local business going.

She was impressed with their posts and they made it easy to navigate their weekly schedule. We arrived shortly after 4pm on a Saturday afternoon at 801 Silas Creek Parkway in Winston. There were several cars there but no line. We approached the food truck and started looking over the menu. Everything they do features birria style meat. Neither of us have much experience ordering birria style dishes but the young man at the window was helpful in his recommendations on what to order for now and what dishes would save best for leftovers. We went with his recommendation to share the quesadilla now and order the tacos for later. The prices range from $12-15 per item but they also have a birria pizza for $35 which looks large enough to feed several people. We paid with a credit card and we're provided a small device that alerts customers when their orders are ready. This was the first time we have ever received something like this and though it was brilliant because so many times you order at a food truck you are stuck standing close by so you can hear your name when the order is ready. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and we decided to drive up the road before eating. When we opened up our containers everything looked incredible. We immediately dug in and the quesadilla was full of delicious ingredients and flavor. I took a few pictures of my tacos but saved them for later. I'm happy to report that they were delicious heated up. We will absolutely be back soon to try even more!

We asked for a few recommendations and my wife chose the #6 Hibachi with steak and shrimp with fried rice, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms with the white sauce on the side. I chose the #2, 4 chicken tenders with a side of mac n cheese and fries. I chose both the moose juice and buffalo sauces on the side. The prices felt consistent with other local chicken joints and after we paid, we took a seat. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going but they were either picking up to-go orders or placing orders to go. We were the only customers who were eating there.
