We were also surprised by an upcharge on the kids' meal--apparently based on the waitress assuming one of the children with us was over 10. No one asked, and there was no mention of this policy beforehand. As for the food, it was a huge letdown across the board. The chicken was chewy and tough, the cheese dip was clumpy, and the nachos were served on soggy chips with cheese that tasted cheap and artificial. We had a group of seven, and sadly, not a single person enjoyed their meal. It honestly feels like they're cutting corners, and the overall quality has gone way down.
