The chicken might have been better than the brisket. Sides were really, really good. We had corn, beans (red kidney; so, so good) and the greens which were the perfect blend of vinegar and heat. We left with a Rich-a-rita for each adult and oh my gosh. I am so glad we did!! After a long drive, those ritas hit the spot. I personally liked the spice in the drink. Finally the service. The owners name is Shawn Dubose and she is a sweet lady with culinary experience. The years of cooking is apparent with her Buffalo wings because they are not your typical "FRANKS" Buffalo sauce wings or wings tops wings. These wings took time & thought into coming up with something so different while at the same time grabbing deliciousness by the arms and shaking it up. She also had honey-garlic wings that were oh so yum & packed with excellent flavor. We also got her signature mac & cheese. While you can add protein into it such as brisket, shrimp, Buffalo chicken & a few other things she told me that the original is her best of the best.
