2 gorgeous bean tacos with tomatoes, onions and the absolutely delectable salsa. Loved them!

This is the real deal indeed! I saw the great reviews on Yelp and did the quick hop from Lake Worth Rd and 441 South to 50 th Street and then spotted 5 customer cars and trucks next to Anna's catering truck about 500 yards down on the south side. Got 2 bean tacos for just $3.70. Best I have ever had! They have the Square app, hence cc's are accepted. This is beautiful! Did I mention that the meal was amazing! Lady in the line before me got the asada burritos. They looked awesome. She said this was her second kitchen and she had been a regular for four years now. Got to meet and chat with the owner Anna who is just a sweet and humble person. Did not know that she has been here for almost 12 years! Monday to Saturday 8-3:30. Sweet! Love that I can call Anna at 5612817950 , place my order and pick up next time. Does not get any better than this! Loved the food at Taqueria Jalapeños.

I was driving north on 441 near Wellington around lunchtime today when I remembered I had bookmarked this place. I headed west on 50th street and quickly found the truck on the south side of the road. I got an Asada burrito, a chorizo taco, and an al pastor taco. Definitely authentic and they don't skimp on the cilantro. This is on the hot/spicy end of the spectrum as far as Mexican food goes, especially with their red sauce on the side which I loved. They also include cooked onions and , true to their name, jalapenos on the side as well to add even more kick. All for less than $10. I enjoyed everything but the burrito was definitely my favorite. Didn't hurt that it was huge too! Comparable or even slightly better than the burrito at Tacos Al Carbon which is east on Lake Worth road and the local standard. Service was quick and the girl running the truck was friendly. Great lunch option in the Wellington area if you want some legit Mexican food. Also just an FYI, this is the same truck as the "Mexican Taco truck" that also has a Yelp listing for 50th street in Wellington so maybe the pages can be merged.

Further down 50th than the map showed, but you'll see it on the left hand side of the road!

Growing up as a Texas native, my parents took us to Mexico often. Before things were ridiculously dangerous on that side of the border, my sister and I would go find our favorite street taco cart under a simple beach umbrella. It was then that I really learned what quality Mexican food was. The food is fresh and made to order, but really not as flavorful as previous reviews made it seem. I ordered an asada torta. The bread was fresh and flaky with a delicious buttery undertone. The steak was tender but really lacked the flavor I was expecting. The portion was generous- I ate half of the torta and was completely satisfied. Sadly, the flavor just wasn't there for me. My husband had two chorizo tacos and one combination of chorizo and asada (steak). He noted that he really couldn't tell the difference between the chorizo and the combination taco, basically bland. His lime was dry, giving up only a couple drops of juice. Each order came with a sautéed jalepeño and onions, hence the name Taqueria Jalepeños. On the brighter side, everything on the menu is cheap. Tacos run you $1.70, my torta was $6. We ordered 6 tacos, 1 torta, and two bottled waters for under $20. Service was good, no complaints in that department, but my search for bomb-ass authentic Mexican tacos in south Florida continues. So far, the best I've had is from a truck off Peirson Rd (where the housing for equestrian folk stay), but I'll keep you posted! I felt that even though my meal was a little bland, they deserve the 4th star for freshness and customer service. We didn't even wait 10 minutes for our food, which is great because we were starved!

Tacos had no flavor . Meat tasted old and the pastor had no pineapple. Nice people but definitely not authentic or good.

A large interior and bar area with a very friendly and helpful staff. I ordered a Burrito lunch special. My Burrito was great and filled with a generous portion of meat. The menu is large with quite a few lunch specials from which to choose. It was not an easy decision. We enjoyed addictive chips and two salsas (one mild and one spicy) while looking over the menu. My husband got their lunch burrito. It came with sides of refried beans, yellow rice, and salad. There was a dollop of sour cream on top. He had ground beef as his burrito meat filling. He really liked the flavor. He said the tortilla wrapping was soft. He was planning on taking half home for dinner, but wound up eating the entire meal as it was so good. I had an appetizer of shrimp ceviche. The large serving came spread out on a plate. There was a ton of shrimp -- cut piece of larger sized shrimp mixed in with whole baby shrimp; chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro. All in a marinade. I added an additional squeeze lime and some of the mild salsa. The shrimp dish was delicious. It felt healthy and refreshing -- especially on the hot day. For dessert, we had (vanilla) flan. A large portion that was perfect for us to share. It came with whipped cream and a couple cinnamon sugared chips. This place is a keeper.

Having seen signs that tacos were served at the gas station, I would always drive by, dismissing the idea of gas station tacos. As a Southern California native, I have yearned for authentic and delicious Mexican food since moving to West Palm Beach. One day, while out shopping, my daughter and I said, why not? If it's good, we'll bring some home for the rest of the family. We did just that. We were absolutely sold. Having now gone back many times, it is always delicious, consistent, clean, and the service is top-notch. I sincerely wish this small but phenomenal business all the foot traffic they can handle. Always reasonably priced and delicious, make sure to bring your appetite and a bit of patience, as your order is prepared fresh. Family favorites are their outstanding chicken tacos, beef tostadas, burritos, and any variety of tortas. They do offer catering as well. I have not used their catering service but it is featured on their Facebook page (serves as the restaurant's website). I have shamelessly lifted photos from their Facebook page.

Three of us at the table and we get one ketchup size cup of a red sauce for everyone to share. No salsa, just a red sauce... Can't even dip a chip into it bc of the container size. This set the mood as we went on. I had the Mexican city quesadilla. Looked like two small soft tacos. I don't know if it was sitting for awhile, but the contents created a puddle on my plate preventing me to pick up my food in one piece. Now I'm not a big guy at 172lbs, but I would expect to leave the meal feeling satisfied. No sides, no rice, no beans, nothing but these two soggy taco like things on my plate. I entertained purchasing a second meal to fill me up but then decided to cut my losses. I apparently was not going to leave this restaurant satisfied. My daughter had the steak tacks and wife had chicken soup which they enjoyed. Bill came and we were charged an extra $2 for cheese on my daughter's taco. We didn't order extra cheese but if asked, I would assume the cheese on a taco wouldn't be an added cost. Yea, I was disappointed and do not see myself returning. I felt unsatisfied and that I was nickle and dime'ed when the bill came.

A mutual friend connected us with the manager, Stefani, and from the very beginning she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. She made the whole process seamless and got us on the schedule--and after such an amazing experience, we knew we had to come back again this year, for another event! Last year also introduced a lot of our families to this location, as we all have been frequent flyers! Tonight was just as fantastic. We arrived around 6:00 PM, and by 6:30 all 12 of our families (about 50 people!) were settled on the patio. Our server was attentive, friendly, and truly on top of everything. As someone who's worked in the industry, I know how challenging it can be to manage a group that size--especially with lots of kids--and she handled it like a pro! The food did not disappoint! We started with queso and chips (a must!), and everything we ordered was delicious. I had the tuna tostada and a birria taco, my girls enjoyed a quesadilla and chicken fingers from the kids menu, and my husband had the taco salad. The portions were generous, and every bite was so good. And you definitely need to check out happy hour! If you get there before 6 PM, they offer great food and drink specials. The Mango Tango (I ordered mine without jalapeños) was amazing, my husband loved the Watermelon Smash, and another parent couldn't stop raving about the Pineapple Mojito. If you're part of a local sports team looking for a fun way to host a team dinner and raise funds, this is a perfect spot. And if you're in the Royal Palm/Wellington area--trust me, you NEED some PapiChulo in your life. You won't be disappointed!
