They were the closest thing to Rio Grande valley tacos I've have had in Houston. I got my standard Al pastor, barbacoa and chicharron and I could not have been happier. We also got a bottle of her green sauce to bring back home with us and top our breakfast tacos with. If you want to know how much we loved their tacos- to this day, several of my friends tell me every month that they seriously consider making the 40 min drive to Ruby's to get tacos, whenever they're craving tacos.
