My time is very limited with him and visiting hours, so I wanted to order the food ahead and pick it up so I could get to him quickly. When I got there at 5:30, there was only two customers and the girl at the front desk said "try to call me" and the phone ring. She said "see it's working". After she took my order, I could hear the phone ringing over and over and all she was doing was messing around in the back with the other waitstaff. Yes, the phone works when you answer it!
