The food was delicious! That had to be my first sentence because I was actually shocked at how great it was! We ordered to go but still really enjoyed a time here waiting for our order. The service was excellent and they were very helpful as it was our first time here. Love the cute atmosphere here and will definitely be back. I have no food pics to post because the food was so good and in my tummy so quick Definitely a new place I'm adding to my list to show off to friends and family. Thank you Fogata!

I love a good taco place and this place is good! I discovered this while checking out another place close by and decided to get some tacos. The place is nice and clean, and colorful. I love that I was able to order without having to wait for someone to assist me. I took my time looking through the menu and they have some delicious items on the menu (I definitely need to go back!) Anyways I didn't know I'd be getting chips and salsa if I dined in, so it was a nice surprise! Especially since I ordered and paid before getting my food. The chips were nice and crunchy, the salsa wasn't crazy spicy but I like spice so I wouldn't have cared if it would have been. I only got two tacos, but I'm definitely going back to try the elote!

I came here with a few friends just to try out a new restaurant. It wasn't bad at all, nothing extremely different from the kind of Mexican restaurants that I've been to my entire life. So it almost feels like I wasn't missing out on anything. But I will say it was a fairly good restaurant so I would go back again again if I'm ever in the area and hungry for a taco.

Mexican food is hands-down one of my all-time favorites--and growing up in Southern California, my standards are sky-high. I know good Mexican food when I taste it, and Fogata definitely brought the heat. I stopped in for a quick work lunch and went with the birria taco plate: two juicy, flavor-packed birria tacos with consomé, rice, and beans. I started off with chips and salsa--chips were just okay, salsa was decent--but the tacos? Slammin'. No exaggeration, these were some of the best birria tacos I've had. The rice and beans? Solid. Really tasty. No filler sides here. Service was friendly and efficient--place is counter-order style, but everyone was chill and helpful. Pricing was reasonable, especially for the quality. Fun fact: La Fogata is run by the same folks behind Fruta Mix, which is one of my favorite taco spots in Ocoee. So if you know Fruta Mix, you already know what kind of flavor game they're playing. Long story short, this spot just earned a regular customer. I'll be back anytime I'm in the area and craving legit birria.

First time coming here and even hearing of this street taco restaurant, it's located in Ocoee. When you first walk in you can smell the tacos. The inside there is a kind of bar seating along the walls. They do have an outdoor patio with chairs and tables. They brought out chips and salsa and the salsa was just perfect! Not too hot and just enough spice. I ordered the Elote which was AMAZING, definitely recommend trying it! It's corn on cobb with mayo, cotija cheese and tajin seasoning! I also got two corn tacos with steak, it came with onions and cilantro. They were delicious! My 2 year old is such a picky eater and I ordered him rice and a chicken quesadilla and he ate the whole thing! The chicken quesadilla was very tasty and full of flavor.

Food was excellent. Flavor was good, portions and price extremely fair. Service was attentive, small place with tons of traffic expect to wait a little but it's worth it. The place was very clean and has indoor and outdoor seating more seating outdoor vs indoor.

It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Not sure if this is a chain or just a one off restaurant, but I can say I completely recommend these tacos. I got the Birria, shrimp, and steak tacos. The food was fresh and came with a side of freshly cut radish, cut lime, and a hot pepper (it was actually hot). The birria was good but just okay, the shrimp and steak were the standouts. Great flavor, fresh, and with the lime and extra sauce added to them they were amazing. A nice cold Jarritos (lime flavor) made the whole meal even better. I will be back and I recommend you to go too.

Good guac! Order on a screen but plenty of servers there the help or answer question. Small but cute patio. Has beers. Kid and group friendly. You can also walk here from the west orange trail if you are hungry biking. I loved the cactus tacos. The bowl is not as good. Tacos are def what they are known for. Had authentic touches. Easy parking. The nacho chips are amazing. Def deep fried!

On our way to Winter Garden, we saw this restaurant from the road and since we were hungry and can't go wrong with tacos decided to stop by and give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised and glad we stopped! The food was delicious, tasty, fresh, authentic and made to order with good ingredients. The restaurant is clean, has outside and limited inside seating and it has nice decor. We ordered the Queso Birria tacos (delicious and that consome wished it was bigger or they sold a bigger size!), El Marinero tacos (grilled mahi), the Fogata Burrito and Agua de Jamaica. We definitely will be back to try more from the menu and so glad we found delicious and authentic Mexican flavor!

Best tacos in the area. Tender and juicy meats, house made tortillas, chips, salsas. Best refried beans. Crazy

Food we did not get to eat as it was dangerous

2 inch piece of plastic in my food and I could barely breathe for 30 seconds. I purchased the vegetarian quesadillas with orange mexican rice. As I was finishing the food, I starting choking and I couldnt understand why. I tried to yell for my wife but she was in the shower getting ready for an event we had to attend. I had to take my hand and pull the food out of my throat. What a terrible experience. I hope you be careful eating here. This is unacceptable that a foreign object was in my food. The sad thing about all of this, I put this information in a face book group and the owners/or someone related to the business told me I should not be posting this to protect other people and kids because it could ruin there business. Of course my wife didn't eat her food so we had to be late to the event to stop and get her more food. We spent $400 on concert tickets and was late because of Fogata Street Tacos. I have added a video on Google Maps

Based on the prices, I was a bit hesitant to try this place. But aside from the cost, it was pretty good. The food was cooked to order so prepare to wait. I felt a little cheated that I didn't get chips and salsa, but the reviews said they were so so. I can't speak for the burrito as I didn't try it but it looked good. The tacos were flavorful but why is cheese extra? And my carne fries could've used more cheese, but I found it later on the bottom.

The chicken Sope was amazing and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The tacos were excellent across the board. And let's talk about the salsa bar... easily one of the best. The place itself is small and super casual with just a few tables, so keep that in mind if you're dining in, but I also noticed lots of people grabbing to go orders. We've basically trained all the servers to know our orders without even asking lol. The place itself is cute, over the last year, so they've been doing a lot of cosmetic updates that bring it a little bit more modern than it was, they have music playing, but it's not too loud and you can still enjoy your dinner and conversations But now to get to the important stuff, I usually rotate through the same three meals, nachos, quesadilla or chimichanga. And they're all solid options for a picky eater like me. Today I had the quesadilla and was quite surprised by the portion size, it was bigger than normal. I don't know if that's the new regular or not, but it was plenty of food for three meals for me. On the other hand, my mom ordered the chicken salad, and felt that it was smaller than it usually is, she usually has leftovers, but not today. Overall, the place is cute, the staff is friendly, and the food is good, would definitely recommend for a solid Mexican dinner!
