Everyone has a taco truck they love. This is mine. Anytime I am in the vicinity this is my go to. It isn't pretty as now it seem like it is hidden from 101 by U-Haul trucks but there is a sheltered dining area. In any event you come for the great food. I am personally stuck on the tacos al pastor. The homemade sauces are great and I believe the tortillas are all hand made, Service is friendly. Parking is weird, not much space but I can wedge in. This is a taco truck but there is a tent where you can dine as well! Ordered the birria tacos- crispy on the outside with soft and flavorful meat on the inside. You get a side of consommé too! The mini tacos were good too- they have a big selection of meats to choose from. They also have a selection of freshly made drinks to choose from. I got the tamarind one and it's very refreshing! Stumbled upon this place while looking for another taco truck. I asked the guy working if he was the taco truck we were looking for and he said no, but that the food there was also really good. There weren't a lot of pictures or reviews online, but it smelled amazing.. so I went back to the car to grab my husband + our toddler. Ordered the carnitas tacos and some spicy salsa (legit) + a quesadilla for our little one (that I ended up eating half of) and my husband got four tacos- 2 carnitas + 2 adobada -- everything was SO GOOD.. had to leave a review. Wow! What a find in Tillamook. We were looking fir a taqueria that looks to be no longer in business and this one wasn't showing up when we typed in Mexican or taqueria. Not a crazy huge menu (which is really nice) we ordered 3 pork burritos and one veggie. WOW! We found a nearby park to eat and the first thing I hear from my son was 'oh my'. The adobado pork was incredibly tasty. It came with a side of sliced avocado, tomato and shredded lettuce with a little container of avocado hot sauce (which was spot on). The veggie was loaded with usual fillers and delicious. Included was a container of a hot red sauce... Yum! Yum! Yum! Our food came in styrofoam to go containers (because of the avo, tomato, lettuce on the side) which they really could throw that in the burrito and wrap it up in foil (save yourself some $). Burritos run $7-7.50 and are the perfect size. read more

Always difficult to rate any food joint, especially after just a single try, but this one has all the markings of excellence. The true test will be taking away something more "gooey" than a burrito. Burritos travel well, but the you knew that. Service was very warm and if busy-on-a-Monday is any sign, they are a hit with locals. Oh my goodness, fresh made tortillas in a taco truck?! Rare to find that in an actual restaurant taqueria practically unheard of for a truck. I'm always in search of my next favorite taco spot from Philly to LA and I've got to admit this is probably the best truck I've ever been to. One of the best tortas and one of the best sopes I've ever had. Corn cake for the sope was perfectly crisp on the outside while being soft/fluffy inside. Torta bread nicely toasted, each ingredient in the right ratio to maximize flavor per bite. Honestly I was completely blown away. Usually I'll just order a burrito at a truck as they're harder to mess up, but seeing sopes and huaraches on the menu looked like a good sign. Go do the Tillamook tour and get some ice cream but go get lunch here first. You won't be disappointed. Sooooo gooood!!! read more
