Best road trip food ever. I tried the flaming cilantro shrimp. It was so nicely seasoned. Something that is so hard to find on these trips. It was very delicious. It's spicy but that good spicy where you don't want to stop eating it. I do have one recommendation for the restaurant. I would've enjoyed my food better if the take out plate had the dividers. The rice sucked up all the oil from the chili used for the shrimp. No stars taken for that because I still enjoyed the whole thing. I live an hour and a half away and I'm constantly trying to figure out when I can get back to have another one like for real. Their birria is a gem on the Oregon coast. Wow!!! What a great place to stop on your way to the beach! Such great prices too only $3.00 for a good sized taco. I was really full with 3 tacos! The owners are so nice and they were very quick to make my order. Definitely stop here! Delicious tacos at the right price! Ps I loved their red hot salsa out of the 3. Best quesabirria tacos I've ever had. Perfectly crisp on the outside with a generous portion of beef and cheese on the inside. I burnt my tongue on the consome, so be careful with that. The Mexican hot chocolates were also good (and very hot!). I think they used almond milk. I would have preferred dairy milk, but oh well. There's covered outdoor seating, but with the wind and rain we chose to eat in our car. I'll be returning here every time I'm in Tillamook. read more

We visited this food truck this morning. The food is so good. We ordered shrimp quesadillas, nachos, a plate of rice with black pepper garlic shrimps, ramen in beef soup, and a piece of leche cake. My hubby said the beef was tender and flavorful. The shrimps are huge and cooked perfectly. The rice alone was oh so yummy. Best of all was the ramen in beef soup. The kids loved it so much. The beef in the soup was so tender and rich, and a lot. The cake was okay though. One of people in our group is picky eater, but wanted to go back again for dinner. Thank you for a friendly, welcoming, sweet, and OMG so delicious meals. This made a great start for our day of exploring Oregon coast. Thank you! Yes, you should eat here. My wife and I stopped here for lunch unexpectedly and it was fantastic. The young lady working offered excellent and personable service, and the food was fantastic. I ordered three chicken street tacos for lunch and it was perfect. My wife ordered the Garcia bowl which she described as a massive bowl of deliciousness. Both of our meals were well portioned, had great flavor, were very clean and fresh tasting, and we felt thoroughly satisfied afterward. There are other dishes we'd like to try on another visit to Tillamook. This whole experience was awesome and such a delightful surprise. You should totally give it a try. read more

Ordered 3 QuesoBirria w/the dippings, and a Garcia's Bowl w/chicken, to go. Service was great, the staff made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal at our vacation rental. Even after a 20min drive and a short car unloading, everything was still in order and tasty! I did reheat 1 of the QuesoBirria in a pan a hour or so later..still tasty! We will be going back.
