I also had an incident where my 5 year old got locked in a bathroom stall and couldn't get out, and one of the employees sitting at a booth hanging out eventually came to help me and the screaming child, and said "oh yeah, lots of people have this problem"... which is a sign that they recognize a problem but are not fixing it.
