Good sign the food is worth standing in line for!!! (When you see a line of folks ordering). They moved the line pretty fast as you watch them putting everything together on the orders. I tried the The Cali it is made with asada as the meat. For me the asada needed a little more salt/flavoring. Again my Mama used garlic salt, that gives the food an extra burst of flavor. But my bowl over all was very tasty. The potato was cooked to perfection and cheese melted throughout the bowl. It's topped with crema... I was a little taken back because there wasn't much crema on top of my bowl of deliciousness. Which I would have liked to have more crema...as I watched the other bowls being prepared, there was a good amount of crema. So that is why I rated my experience at Cornatoes a (4). I will return to give them more business in the near future. I encourage everyone to stop by and give them a try.
