All that cheese on my quesadilla!

This place is the best taco shop I've been to so far in OC. They have easily the best Cabeza in Orange County and possibly all of SoCal. They use very good quality meat. You can tell before you even try their taco, just by looking at the juicy meats their working with. I got the cabeza, Al pastor, birria, and chorizo tacos. The birria is heavenly! So tender and delicious!! The flavor was just right and the meat fell apart in my mouth. Cabeza, best cabeza as I said. It's a must try. This was so good, I took a cabeza quesadilla to-go!!! Al pastor seasoning was delicious and very nice over all. Well cooked, just right over fire. Very satisfied with this choice. The chorizo was alright. Not bad. Not amazing. I lean more towards the crunchy kind of chorizos. Of course the quesadilla was AMAZING! Just look at my pictures! This place is unbelievable. High quality meat. Delicious flavor. Legit corn tortillas. And a great price. So far this best taco place in the OC so far. Thank the lord, this place has answered my prayers!!

The truck is located in the parking lot where the church is on Dale and Orangewood, by Rancho Alamitos HS. They have taco Tuesday deal, 3 tacos for $6 otherwise it is about $2.50 a taco (they are the bigger size tacos). Ordered the Quesadilla Supreme with carne asada for $9.50. It was more like a giant mulita! It was packed with meat, cheese, onions, and cilantro. It's definitely big enough for two people. The workers are super nice and hooked it up! Def want to come back to try their burritos.

After passing by this taco stand many times, finally had a chance to stop by here for a taco Tuesday their deal for Tuesday's is 3 for $6 which is about $0.50 off each taco. They are located on the corner of Dale and Orangewood in a big parking lot so it's easy to park. I tried asada, al pastor, chorizo, chicharron, cabeza, and carnitas. My favorite meats that I would get again are the asada, al pastor, and chorizo. They were perfectly cooked, not too oily, and had the perfect texture. They had this green sauce on most of the tacos that were delicious I think it was avocado but I'm not sure. I enjoy that each taco only had one tortilla. I think the tortillas were home made because they are thick and I have not seen them in any supermarket I have been to. They also had a stand where you could pick your own topping/ sides and pack them togo too. The service is awesome very friendly and quick. I would definitely come back and highly recommend to stop by if you pass by.

Been passing by this spot and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered a chorizo and asada tacos. I also got a asasda burrito and quesadilla. The asada is delicious well cooked meat not too rare and not too well done. Chorizo could of been cooked a little longer, but that's just preferences. The quality of their meat is great and that's rare. The tortillas are handmade. The price is on the pricer side but it is worth it.

We really enjoyed the garlic noodles, musubi, toasts, short ribs, and veggies. I personally enjoyed the food so much that I stopped by lunch service. Picked up a Philly Melt, Salmon Soba Noodle Salad, and Vietnamese Coffee cookie. The food was made to order. It was prepared hot and fresh. The salmon had such good flavor. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack the dressing for the soba noodles so I didn't get to enjoy it fully. Nonetheless, the Philly Melt was very savory and so good with the grilled onions. Cookie was also tasty and has a nice chew. Overall enjoyed Chef Carol's food and excited to come back for lunch service.

The chicken fingers were crispy perfection, and the summer rolls were a hit with adults and little ones alike (individually wrapped to not dry out), and the charcuterie and fruit platters looked absolutely stunning. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and people took leftovers home. Parents were coming up to us asking who catered the event. If you're looking for someone who can feed a crowd of kids AND impress the grown-ups at the same time, look no further. We'll 100% be booking her again!

The shrimp egg rolls had large shrimps and not like those other places that use small shrimp - crisp on the outside and large full size delicious shrimp inside. Service was fast and convenient; called ahead requested the desired egg rolls and they were able to accommodate 20 minutes pick up time and on the same day! Love it! They have a wide variety of filling options so you can pick and choose what you prefer. I definitely recommend calling ahead of time to place an order since they fry the egg rolls fresh. Sometimes they can be a bit behind on their time estimates, I had an experience where I needed the tray be ready for pick up when I got there and they were still making it. But that's the only negative and can be circumvented if you call ahead. Overall a good stop for a tray for a potluck or party. Nothing flashy inside and it's definitely a mom and pop operation. But for the price and quality, it can't be beat.

I highly recommend ordering 1.5 banh xeos per expected guest since many people had 2 or more! The front…read moreof the store that faces the street is not really an entrance, as is fairly blocked off and leads to the kitchen. Instead you have to enter the plaza and drive around towards the "back" where you'll see the sign for Kim Hong egg rolls which is literally just a door with a window. It may look really weird, but that's just how the store operates. I went on a Saturday afternoon, somewhat around closing time so there was not many options left. I ordered #1 and #4, and decided to pay cash. They also take credit card. There are other options that require a phone order placement. My order was pretty much ready to pick up within a couple minutes, where staff deep fried the egg rolls immediately so they were piping hot and ready to eat. What I really like about the egg rolls is that they stay crunchy even after a long time, unlike most other stores where if you leave them out then eventually lose their crispiness and you will have to put them in an air fryer to get them crisp again. At the very least, they lasted a couple hours after the initial frying, didn't test any further because finish them all by then. #1 was premium which contains pork, shrimp, and crab however I did not really taste the crap that much so it felt like I was just eating another #4, which was the same order but without the crab in it. However, my taste buds aren't as sensitive to picking up crab flavor so I could just be me. The shrimp is basically a whole piece stuck into the egg roll alongside ground pork so you can definitely taste the difference between the two. Besides the door, there is a table with a small umbrella if you wanted to eat there before leaving. Otherwise, the area itself is pretty minimal really just for picking up egg rolls and going about the rest of your day. I don't really see parking to be an issue especially with the way the store operates on primarily pick up orders, but if it happens to just be super busy it may be harder to find parking. Overall, really recommend coming here to try out the egg rolls as they are super crispy and worth it.
