So I stumbled upon Louie's at Brewheim, not only was the food delish but the customer service was exceptional. I was welcomed with a smile and warmed by the grill as the man himself made my cheese burger with love and served my very very VERY delightful cup of Mac n cheese. You don't get too many places where Mac n cheese taste this good. The service is this great. And the onions are this sweet! I will tell you I expected a lot more for what I paid. The pulled pork should have been in a chaffing dish like the wings and not in a dented container on a hot plate. A used bottle of store bought bbq sauce and 2 packages of Hawaiian rolls uncut and just out of the package placed on the counter not worth $400 for 50 ppl. It's understood you will pay more for any type of catering but that was not worth the money especially with the service charge of $90 to have a set up like that. read more

My husband and I have passed Louie's location for a while but never had a chance to stop by. Last night we went to the District Lounge for a few drinks, as we left for the night we decided to visit Louie for the perfect meal before we went home. OMG ... AMAZING!!! I had the Monster Dog, my husband had the Bacon Dog and Monster dog, and we shared an order of ribs. The quality of food, tantalizing taste of savory flavors, ribs that fall off the bone... hit the spot in so many ways. If that wasn't enough Louie's professionalism and customer service are impeccable and of the highest standards. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and the quality of food. We stayed for over an hour eating and talking with Louie and some of the other regulars. Come for the food stay for the company!!! The pulled pork and bacon wrapped hot dogs were top notch. I try pulled pork a lot and the smoky flavor in Louie's is rare to fine, I enjoyed it tremendously. Fantastic bbq! I had the Louie Special AND the ribs (I'm secretly 800 lbs). They were both excellent! The Louie Special is a bacon wrapped Louisiana hot link with bbq brisket and BBQ sauce. The spice was flavorful and just right on the heat scale, enough to give a nice kick. Highly recommended. The ribs literally fell off the bone and the sauce was tangy, sweet, with just a pinch of spice. Nuff said. Also highly recommended. The customer service was also phenomenal! Not only did he bring the food to us inside (we were at Network Brewery, also recommend), but he came back to make sure we were enjoying our meals. TLDR: Great food, great service. -=*STORY TIME*=- On a Saturday night out with friends in the Orange circle, I stopped by Louie's to pick up the King Louie (hot dog + bacon + briscuit) as a snack. I was so focused on food that I left my wallet on the counter and sped off to my Uber for a ride home. Wallet-less. I was panic stricken all weekend as I had a check and my work ID in that wallet, both irreplaceable. Fast forward 2 days and I get a call at 8AM - it's Louie, who held onto my wallet and, seeing my employee badge, called my work during business hours to let me know he had my wallet and would hold onto it safely for me. It's one thing to find a spot with phenomenal food with great pricing (seriously, I would raise my children on this biscuit) and another level entirely for the provider to be a caring, compassionate, and thoughtful individual. Probably the best bbq ribs I've ever tasted. I first got the ribs from my friend introducing me while I was visiting Chapman area. Then I got hooked.
