Taquiza's Victor is amazing! They have hosted several events for us and every time our guests are blown away by the fresh tortillas that are prepared on site! Repeatedly, our guests have said that is one of the best street tacos they have ever had. In addition to have beans and rice offered as well is truly special. The beans are seasoned so nicely. Fresh dollop of avocado is nicely proportioned to the taco. They even had quesadillas for the kiddos. The line moved swiftly and many guests commented said that this was the first time they got to enjoy watching someone make fresh tortillas in front of them at a taquiza bar. Great bonus entertainment while in line. Taquiza's Victor hosted our 40th birthday party, two employee appreciation parties, and just recently a retirement party with 90 people on site. My wife and I were looking for a taco table for my 70th birthday party. We reached out to Debbie, who got back to me right away. My wife wanted to get a taste of the food before we committed to make sure it was as good as we hoped. Debbie was happy to oblige and met us in Del Mar to share a plate of food from an event she'd just served. The sample sold us. It was very good. We got pricing from her and found that her quote included handmade corn tortillas and guacamole which the first vendor we contacted did not provide for the basic price. In addition, she contacted us a few days ahead of the event and confirmed all our requests and gave us the names of the servers who'd be working. The servers showed up early and got to work. The food was ready on time and served hot. It was delicious. All our guests loved it and had their fill. And since we didn't eat it all, we got to keep the extras. We were able to give doggie bags to several of our guests . And we had lovely meals for days afterward. She is a great choice and I heartily recommend her. read more

We booked with taquiza victor yesterday for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I couldn't of been more satisfied than I was. The tacos were so good! The meat is fresh, the salsas, the cilantro, cabella, rabanos.. everything was so fresh and well prepared. Most of the things were included such as Napkins, utensils, and plates. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star is because the package doesn't come with agua fresca but it's okay everything else was amazing! Great customer service as well. Taquizas Victor did the main course at our wedding at the Sunset Temple in North Park in October. It's December now and people are still talking about how great the tacos were! They make the tortillas right there in front of you, and they have all the fixings to go along with the meats. It all comes together in some of the best tacos you've ever had in your life. My cousin hired Taquizas Víctor for her baby shower a few weeks ago. This taquero is 5 steps ahead of all the other taqueros in San Diego county. I was sold when I watched the lady making fresh corn tortillas from scratch... Who does that? No taquero I've ever experienced. Then they had grilled green onions and yellow chile peppers, love that. For a second I thought I was at Tacos El Gordo. So they had the usual carne asada, pollo asado and al pastor (my favorite) Ofcourse they had all the fixings for the tacos (lime, salsa, onion, cilantro) Oh cant forget the beans and rice also. They catered our wedding at Marina Village Conference Center on April 13, 2014. These tacos were the absolute best tacos my fiance and I had tasted while tasting numerous caterer's tacos for our wedding. We tasted and received quotes from ~15 taco caterers, and they were the second cheapest (the cheapest tacos were very very poor quality), and by far the most amazing. They also provided chips/salsa/guacamole as appetizers for our wedding cocktail hour. We received 50lbs of meat for 100 people and had a ton of leftovers. The chicken, carne asada, and pork was delicious. Homemade tortillas made on the grill right in front of you!!!! AND on top of the delicious food, one of the sweetest couples ever own the company and worked with all our requests (brought plates at last minute for us to serve appetizers on as our wedding planner noticed after 8 hours of setup (right before the wedding started) that the plates couldn't be found).
