They never fix any type of mold or issues as you can see.

One of the worst places to live if you get a place that breaks down (most of them do) I've had to switch houses twice in one lease so to how broken and damaged the house was. Not to mention the new place we moved to STILL doesn't work. Do yourself and your family a favor and save yourself from the torture of having to get anything fix. If you have pets, kids, or anyone disabled in your family PLEASE do not move here!! If you do prepare to have a lawyer to get you out of the lease.

Dillon has been phenomenal. His communication, clarity, and follow‑through were consistently excellent. He is incredibly customer‑focused, proactive, and truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. Throughout the entire process, we felt fully informed--whether it was timelines, progress updates, or unexpected issues that came up. Any time we reached out, Dillon responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Honestly, this has been the best turn‑around manager experience we've ever had. Dillon is an outstanding maintenance manager, and we wanted to make sure his exceptional performance and dedication were recognized. We are extremely satisfied and deeply appreciative of the work he put into bringing this property back to life.

From the day we moved in, our experience has been disappointing. We've submitted multiple maintenance requests that have either gone unanswered or been marked as completed without anyone ever coming to our home. One of the most concerning issues is a large hole our neighbor's dog dug under the fence, allowing it access to our backyard. I was told they would "look into it, and call me back" but I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and an online work order, the issue remains unresolved weeks later. We also reported an unbalanced ceiling fan that appears unsafe to use. After waiting over two months, I received a notification stating the repair had been completed, even though no one ever came to inspect or fix it. Communication has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely returned, voicemails go unanswered, and it feels nearly impossible to get a response from maintenance, the tenant coordinator, or Property Manager Melisa Day. Another frustration is that because these are new construction townhomes, tenants are expected to coordinate directly with vendors for certain repairs. That responsibility should fall on property management, not the tenant. To make matters worse, there is a significant gnat infestation. Despite paying for private pest control every two months and purchasing Zevo traps at my own expense, the problem persists. After speaking with several neighbors, I learned this is a community-wide issue. My experience has left me feeling that once the lease is signed, tenant concerns are no longer a priority. If you are considering renting here, I encourage you to carefully research the property before making your decision. ( we are very clean people three of those zevos have been there for 5 days, one I just changed yesterday.)

He handled everything quickly and efficiently from the start and delivered exactly what he promised. He is very responsive, responsible, and easy to communicate with, which gave us a lot of peace of mind as out-of-town owners. We are extremely happy with the service we've received. We've already recommended him to a friend and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

We provide on demand pest control, and HVAC air filters for all of our properties, at no cost to you. Rent is collected electronically through a PM software called Appfolio which allows tenants to submit maintenance requests and communicate with us through the software. Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete. There are many choices when it comes to choosing a property management company, so we appreciate you considering ours. It's a great compliment when someone trusts us to look after such a valuable asset, and we don't take that responsibility lightly.

We had to drive across town to drop off rent until the past 6 months when they finally acquired online payments. The maintenance guy is very friendly and given the work load he has he comes very often and is always helpful. We love Michelle Perez she is amazing and friendly and very informative. She is a great listener and is always available if we have questions. Brenda on the other hand reminds me of what secretary's of Nazi's must have been like. She has a fake tone and no matter what you have to say she talks over you because she doesn't care what you have to say. They take care of cutting grass but we are responsible for leaves and gutter maintenance not a big deal. We also love decorating for holidays and have pretty much had lights up all year round and make them for what ever season it is. We have had our lights up for almost a year and a half 1-2 months ago they said we need to take them down it's against our lease to have them up when it's not Xmas. Life has happened and I took down the ones I could reach but our ladder broke so we are in the process of tryin to find a ladder. They are charging us a fee for it I said "fine I am not gonna risk my life climbing on something unsafe to take down lights that you haven't cared about for over a year." I looked at my lease no where on it does it say you cant have lights, decorations, or whatever up. We do like this neighborhood we have a lot of kids playin with our kids. It's good space but like said Brenda is the most horrid woman I have ever encountered and I'm a 29 year old nurse and I've met a lot of horrible people and like I said she is by far the worst. And I only have to deal with her occasionally and that's how bad she is. My husband and I have been here since 2015. Our first year we were under different management. Keyrenter has taken good care of the property for years, across more than one point of contact, and that consistency is a big part of why I've stayed. Robyn has been my manager most recently, and what stands out is how clearly she communicates. On my latest lease renewal she walked me through her pricing with real market comps and landed on terms that worked for the tenants and made sense for me. Keeping good tenants happy while still looking out for the property is a hard balance, and she strikes it well. Maintenance has been the same. When things have come up, she's coordinated the work, sent estimates up front, and kept me in the loop from start to finish. She treats the relationship like a partnership, which is rare. If you want someone who stays on top of things, I'd recommend Keyrenter, and Robyn in particular.
