We like this location even though it is on the third floor of the buliding. It's kind of odd but the parking is great - it's covered and when it's cold, hot or raining or snowing it's a blessing and they also have a Starbucks (score!) with a place to sit and enjoy. I will say the customer service here lacks but it's still Target so whatever. The selection is pretty good if you are looking for general things. The new addition of real foods/supermarket like stuff is nice because it helps save on repeated trips back and forth. They have a great selection of cat food and litter which makes life easy for us, and the children's clothes have been great for our toddler - cute but still inexpensive. The seasonal selection is also fantastic - any holiday rocks here and just after the holiday - the sales are just YAY! Stock up for next year. read more

This Target is without a doubt the worst Target I have ever visited. I took my Sister here, since she has cancer and wanted a front closing bra. Many of the bras were on the floor and to get out of that department, we had to run over many bras. This was true of every department we visited. We selected a few things on our shopping list. We will not be back to this Target. There are others. Others that care about the marketing and visual retail look of their store. For Annapolis, this is a disgrace. read more

Incredibly rude and messy store. The "customer service" associates that work in and around the children's clothing are rude and unhelpful at best. The store is also a disaster, floors are filthy, and racks are disorganized and a mess. Better options nearby, better target stores nearby. read more

Out of all the targets I've been to, surprisingly, this has been the worst! This is my 2nd time going, so I've given them a chance! The store has not 1 but 2 security guards, and that's at the entrance. Not a good look! Then they weren't really "guarding" anything just on their phones... So, upon entering, it's just junky. There should be a nice & neat display to greet customers when coming off the elevator or escalator, not a junky dollar spot, where most things aren't even a dollar! First thought, lazy staff! I went around 5pm on Friday night. Target doesn't close til 11pm so things should have been either straight or being straightened for the night shoppers! Instead it was a mess. There were nice displays on the mannequins but the men & women clothing sections were in disarray! Even the baby section was unorganized! Strollers in the aisles and things just strewn about! I was looking for work clothes and ended up leaving disappointed because of the mess of the store. If I wasn't rolling over clothes with my cart and trying to pick them up, I was knocking clothes down because things were SO tightly hung! I just got tired of looking. Once I found a few things I didn't need (oh target! LOL) I went to self checkout. There were 2 women that worked there talking loudly to another lady that worked there at another register... my mom had a coat that was on clearance but had not a scan tag, so we asked one of the ladies for help. Mistake! She took about 2 minutes to finish her convo to come see what we needed. When we informed her there was no scan tag, she reluctantly typed in the code and made sure we were aware that we we're in "self checkout", like we bothered her! Smh...I could go on but... All in all, Parking was a breeze but I have never not wanted to go to a target, but I will not be back to this location! I went to Target for what i thought would be a quick visit after church. WRONG!!!!! Everyone in Annapolis must have thought the same thing. All and i mean All of the lines were extremely long. The staff ws doing what they could to move people along....moving people to different lines. By the time i got to the register my cashier was very nice. She checked me out pretty quickly. I was looking for Motions Shampoo. This particular Target has a Multicultural section for hair products but i didnt see many of the products i have found in Crofton or Glen Burnie. Needless to say i didnt find my Shampoo but i found Cantu which is comparable. read more

This target is great because it is conveniently located in Annapolis Towne Centre. I live down the street and being able to walk here for all of my necessities is amazing. For those who drive, parking is very easy as there is a garage that leads directly into the store. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. There is also a Starbucks, which is a plus. read more

I love Target but not so much Annapolis. Since this store opened they have struggled to keep the shelves stocked. At first I thought it was start up problems. Now a few years in, most of the shelves have missing and sold out items. The clothing is equally sparse. We go to Bowie or Glen Burnie. Not sure why Annapolis Target is so poor. read more

During COVID shopping visit. No one posted to screen clients entering. Person without mask permitted to enter and to wander aisles unescorted. Extremely disappointing. I love this target location because it's neat and clean. But what I most love are their staff who are all helpful and friendly. Several times, I had questions about my receipt and they just give me the disputed amount without further questions. Yesterday, I went to do my grocery and was trying to avail the 10$ off my 50$ grocery. Had the mobile coupon but was not working. I tried really hard to give this Target a chance, I really did. Let's forget about the time I gashed my finger open on a wire rack that was sticking out and was assured that the rack would be traded out or fixed. Several visits later, definitely wasn't fixed but hey, the safety of your customers isn't a big deal anyway. Fast forward several months to holiday season, when the parking garage is a mess on weekends and the lines are atrocious. I stop by this Target specifically for the 40% off all sweaters sale, but only one of my purchased sweaters rang up with the correct discount. I was brought to a manager, who ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SWEATER AND A CARDIGAN. (Direct quote: "Cardigans are sold year round, sweaters are not.") I finally had to bring up the mobile app and look up the same exact sweaters to prove that indeed, they were supposed to be on sale. At that point, another manager sighed at me in exasperation and pettily told me that it was a different sale that was offered, but that she would give me a price match. Whatever, you can act like you're doing me a huge favor if it makes you feel better. The only redeeming things about this experience: Antonio and Tina, the two associates who provided great customer service. I feel like management could work on their attitude. I only still come here because Michaels is in the area. And because 40% off sweaters is a great deal! (If you can differentiate a sweater and a cardigan, what a joke.) read more

This location irks my last nerve, but is convenient when I get off from work. It is overpriced, especially since the other target just 10 miles away in Bowie is less. Price gouging for location. The carts are filthy, which is mostly the fault of customers, but can these things get cleaned out from trash and grime. This location is always out of stock for things I'm looking for. After purchasing the items that you do find you go over to the cart carriage and it's always broken. ALWAYS!!! I don't know the last time I've seen it working. From there you go to the long line in front of the elevators because of course not everyone and their carts can fit in at a time. I'm thinking that now I'll just bypass this target permanently and stop in Bowie on my way home. read more

Target - When you call the telephone # on the internet for this store, 443-837-3540, and select the pharmacy, the # cuts off. This may be a temporary problem, but it should be fixed. There isn't a national Target selection on their website to send an email to have this corrected. There is another # for the pharmacy, but you have to make a different selection to speak to someone who will give you the correct pharmacy # (who is very helpful btw). It is 443-837-3541. There is a national telephone # for various subjects, but you are placed on hold too long to make the call worthwhile. read more

What makes this Targét special? Hmm, could it be the Holiday treats like: Wondershop peppermint almond and champagne/ rosé cotton candy or that they consistently carry my deep dark chocolate Talenti sorbetto. It's definitely all these things, along with Chip & Joanne's Gaines home section; bed, bath, and body as well as all the things you come to expect from Target. It's been somewhat-reconfigured to make the sections have more of curated feel to make shopping a bit more navigable and streamlined which stands out, against other targets, so that's a plus, as well as Starbucks. Lastly their minute clinic is a great alternative to your primary if it's after hrs. I've gone for a flu shot, or a quick check when I didn't feel like doing ER or waiting for my primary's schedule to open up. I was pleasantly surprised in fact I like them better. So yeah, this might be their best kept secret, if you ask me, the NP are friendly and hardly a wait (If there is, you can shop and they txt you when ready.) in and out in 15 min with some essential to boot. Just spent over an hour with Target Customer (un)Service... I spoke with three different people and not one of them could figure out what happened to the items I purchased online... I tried to contact the Target store in Annapolis and the results were even worse... Target is completely VOID of any type of COURTESY or CUSTOMER SERVICE... Your holiday CSR's need better training before you "sick 'em" on your customers TARGET... If I could give you a negative rating it would be -10... I will leave it at here for now... I love Target and this is my favorite location. However, I'd like to focus my review on an amazing cashier, Antonio. Every time I see him, He is always so friendly to every customer he encounters. He is so friendly and personable. I literally will stand in his line even if other registers are open with no line because he has such a positive and uplifting presence. He actually makes me feel pretty good about spending $150 when I only came in to get laundry detergent! I hope he gets recognized for outstanding customer service! Cool escalator for carts that I can watch with renewed fascination on every visit? Standard target, it is right attached to a big garage lot, which is a plus. The target is on a upper level BUT has a cart escalator next to the normal escalator so you can take the cart down to the garage without waiting in line for the elevator. First time I had ever seen something like that so I was pretty amazed (as in standing, staring, and pointing amazed). The usual starbucks and target cafe inside as well. read more

Oops... I meant to give this place ZERO stars... Worst Target in Anne Arundel County... Lazy employees... They definitely won't go out of their way to help you... (Out of their way to avoid helping you is more like it)... I've been in there twice in the last week and Customer Service was closed (@ 8pm)... I was told the employee was taking a 30 minute break... Nobody else offered any help at all... I had to wait about 20 minutes for their return... I decided to walk around to pass the time... Big mistake... The store was in a shambles... Trash on the floor... Clothes laying on the floor... All the while I noticed several employees texting on their cell phones... $15 per hour... REALLY? I don't even know if they have a store manager at this location... Do yourself a favor... If you have the time... go to the Target @ Waugh Chapel (great staff there)... P.S. This Target offers GREAT customer service but short on inventories. Especially electronics, video games & blu-rays selections. If it's on your advertisement, it should be on your display! Very disappointing walking by the same isle for days and it's still empty of the advertised products!!! I guess I'll just pick some soda and frozen food... This review is for the Annapolis, MD Target Normally when I go to the electronics department to browse I am usually accosted by several associates asking me if I need assistance and I always politely decline. Today I was there to actually buy something that I thought I would be able to pull off the shelf and go to the register upfront to purchase. They had what I was looking for, a Nintendo Switch power adapter, but it was locked on the rail which means I need someone from electronics to help me. I went to the register and no one was there, but there was an assistance button. I clicked the button and I was informed someone would be there to assist me in 60 seconds. A couple of minutes pass and I can see an associate talking to some lady about options for a TV. He was spending a lot of time with this customer. I click the button again and hear someone call the associate on the radio asking if he was going to get the call. He abruptly walks over and resets the assistance button and tells me he is with another customer and he will get back to me when he can. Doesn't ask me what I need or give me a time frame. Does not ask for assistance from other associates. Just treats me rudely and goes back to what he was doing. I left the store after that. I just purchased the item I was looking for on Amazon. No hassle and it will show up in a couple of days. I spoke with Target management about my issue and they apologized for the behavior of the associate, but the damage is already done for me. I will never shop in the electronics department at Target ever again. read more
