I remember 15 years ago someone in the King of Prussia (PA) location telling us that it'd get more comfortable over time, and sold us through the lifetime warranty. This thing has outlasted virtually everything else -- with no reliance on the warranty. So we felt comfortable taking the jump on the expensive / modular sactional pitch, and wanted to share that experience. We can't speak for the sactional 15 years out yet, but so far we're much more than satisfied with our purchase.
