Target Drive-up is literally the best thing EVER! I use it instead of running in & grabbing that one thing I forgot at the store to full shopping. I LOVE that cartwheel discounts apply to these orders as well! They even help put it in my car for me! It doesn't include refrigerated grocery items but I can understand that. read more

This is literally one of the most ghetto Target's I've ever been to. It looks somewhat decent from the outside because I think it was just recently remodeled, but the employees are completely unhelpful and the fact that they have designated parking spots for the police really says something about how unsafe the area is. I wouldn't recommend coming here, considering there are so many other nearby Target locations to choose from...and quite frankly, I'm willing to drive a little further for peace of mind and nicer inventory. read more

This has never been my favorite Target location, but this morning takes the cake. I walked in about 8:15 and there were only 2 carts up front. I quickly found out where the rest were as the literally blocked each and every aisle I tried to go down. I'm sorry.. Is my shopping interfering with your stocking!! I love Target, especially this one in BP. It has a positive atmosphere, and 'team members' (employees) are usually pretty kind. This past Sunday was "Target Run Day," and I had never seen so many people shopping at Target at once. I was apprehensive to go shopping at first, but when I noticed how well they were re-stocking and re-organizing everything despite the crowds, I was pleasantly surprised and shopped comfortably. The greatest thing about my experience that day was when I was checking out. I was so grateful for ESMERALDA. I knew I would be getting the 10% off for shopping that day, but what I didn't know was that I could get further discounts with the cartwheel app. When I expressed the difficulty I was having downloading cartwheel (because my old 'smartphone' was no longer very smart), she, without hesitation, helped me get the discounts anyway. Target's team play makes shopping at Target great, but it's the outstanding individual contribution and service by employees like Esmeralda that make shopping at Target exceptional. Nicely located near Knott's Berry farm. There are other stores and restaurants next to it. This location has not been renovated I believe. It is nicely organized from what I saw. It has the same set up as most Targets. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was a little dead. Huge parking lot. They have self checkout areas which is a plus if you are there to pick up something quick. read more

I have never been treated as a blatant idiot by a retail worker until visiting this Target tonight. I went to guest services to make a return with a valid receipt and bar code, but "Jackie" from guest services refused to do anything due to a bug on the mobile app that had issues displaying the bar code, yet the main website worked fine. I showed an email with a barcode for in-store returns, and she still refused to do anything citing the mobile bug and continued arguing it was due to store policy. Refusing to simply scan a bar code is telling of how much effort Jackie wants to exert at this job. I've never encountered such an entitled and half-assed attitude where a worker refuses to help at all costs for excuses that doesn't make in a technical level. I went to the Target in Fullerton shortly after and received a return in a few minutes with no issues from a HELPFUL worker. I really hope "Jackie" in guest services is a new employee, because experiencing such rudeness and idiotic lies certainly left a bad taste in my mouth with this store and I will be avoiding in the future. read more

Normally i prefer not to use public restrooms but since this is my neighborhood Target I decided to. The bathroom was disgusting, flies flying all around, smelled like piss, I felt like I was in TJ . They have a log in sheet for workers to sign off when they come in to clean. Whelp a manager should double check behind him, there's no way anyone went in there today to clean. I love Target because I can walk in and somehow magically come out with a cart of crap that I may or may not need. However, this Target is not on my frequent flyer list at all because I was only here making a quick stop to get eye drops and use the restroom. My #1 and only complaint about this Target are the restrooms!!!! It smelled stanky - like someone's stanky leg. I didn't even see the other reviews for the complaints about the restroom, but damn...would it hurt you Target to clean up the restrooms? Ewww. I did tell the customer desk about the horrible mess that I came across in the restroom...I can't believe whomever that made that mess is a woman...but oh golly gee. Me And Target go Waaaayyyyyy back. I love this store. They helped me buy an engagement ring for my fiancé by hiring me for the night shift. I worked the toy department during Christmas. Oh boy what an experience. Now they've added groceries. OMG! I only wish there was a location closer to me. I've been looking for a pair of Denizen 241 jeans in my size but haven't had much luck at a few different stores . Their jeans section is so messed up . I never see anyone working the men's department . They definitely need some one in that department to make the jeans easier to shop. All in all, Target is like family ... i hope they stay in business. So many department stores are shutting down . It's hard to shop for clothes on line. You need to try things on. You never know if the outfit is made for a skinny model or someone with thick bones. read more

I'm a self-professed Target gal. I LOVE Target. If I don't stop by this store once a week then at least once every other week. From their generic brands like Up & Up to Room Essentials to even Market Pantry, I purchase so many necessary and UN-necessary products! There are definitely other Targets that are bigger or even two-levels but I go to this one more often because, of course, it's down the street from me. It's a big enough store for me with a spacious parking lot. You'll never have trouble finding parking here. Got the munchies or feeling parched while perusing down the aisles? Stop by their snack bar or grab an iced vanilla latte at Starbucks. And if you're a Chase Bank member like me, they have an ATM in case you need to pull out some quick cash. It's all here! Sure Wal-Mart may have slightly better deals than Target but every time I go to Wal-Mart I feel like I'm walking into a cattle ranch. Anxiety builds up and my patience diminishes. Starbucks inside, large store, and clean. I like this Target for the most part. I also like the other store nearby. It's pretty big and is usually stocked well. Like most of the target's in this area, it has a grocery center that's new and it comes in handy. I came in looking for a pair of boots that were on clearance that I liked at a different location. They had them but not the size I needed. The shoes section is actually pretty decent though considering the size of the store I would have expected it to be a bit larger. Check out here is decent. It all depends on the day or night you come in....if they have the workers, they'll open more lanes. If they don't, then you're going to be in a line for a while. read more

Oh how I love and hate Target at the same time. I love the fact that I can find anything that I'm looking for at decent prices, but I hate the fact that I always get suckered into getting something else :p This location is newly remodeled/organized and has a food/grocery selection. They don't have a huge selection of produce or fresh foods, but if you're a microwave/oven kind of person it'll be perfect for you. Downside to the place is that they have SO many registers but not enough people to ring you up. When there are only 2-3 cashiers and 5+ customers in each line please call for some back up. read more

This nearby Target is a decent branch, and is usually neat and clean. I usually shop at the Dollar Spot first..not because it's at the front of the store, but because of the things you can buy with just one dollar!?! Gifts, gift bags, party giveaways, stocking-stuffers, decorations, arts and crafts, food, etc! My mom told me I can start my own "Dollar Store" with what I buy. There is also a Starbucks and Pizza Hut right at the front along with the bathrooms. Target wants to make sure you have the energy and endurance to shop! This store also has a very good selection and quantity when their exclusive lines come out like Mossimo, Isaac Mizrahi, Harajuku Lovers, Sanrio Hello Kitty, etc. Although like most of their stores, get it while you can! If for some reason, there are pieces left in those collections, the clearance prices are wonderful! With this branch, you can "expect more" and "pay less". read more

This is a big target and I like it. Their womens department here is much bigger than others. I normally find more stuff and more unique stuff here then at other targets. Mainly because it is near knotts Berry farm so they are catering to tourists who may have forgot stuff or lost stuff. I like the target next to disneyland also. read more

This location is pretty new, and you can tell the staff takes pride in their work. Given the neighborhood, you would have expected this place to be run down by now. But it's in pretty good shape. If you ever find yourself wandering aimlessly for 5 minutes, you'll undoubtedly be greeted by at least 3 employees. It's out of my way, but if I need something after work I'll stop in. If you're in Fullerton- skip the Harbor location and check this one out. You'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

It is clean spacious Target. They are pretty well stocked in all departments, including groceries. I usually am disappointed when it comes to the baby section--not very well stocked. I am glad they open early and close late! Several times I have come here to shop only to be told that their cash registers aren't scanning the Target Cartwright application. My merchandise savings did not get updated into my Cartwright account. They need to stock the baby section thoughtfully. I would like them to stock more Enfamil ready to feed formula. It is always mostly the powdered baby formula. They also have a smaller variety of Gerber baby foods. It gets really busy during the holiday season, so plan accordingly. There is plenty of parking spaces available, but it is a walk. Many of the closer parking spaces are designated for handicap. read more

I absolutely love coming to this Target. It's always clean, organized and well kept. They usually have a good selection of items and there's always bound to be a good deal on some type of product (especially when you get free gift cards for certain purchases). Ambience: Like I said, it's pretty clean and organized. I think ice become so accustomed to the lay out that I know my way around. I do, however, like how the market/produce section had some renovating. It looks more appealing. My shopping experience is typically never hindered by any inconveniences and the atmosphere at this location is pretty calm and mellow. Staff: The staff is always so friendly and helpful. A majority of them have never given a problem. There are, however, a few who I do not prefer. Some do need to improve on their customer service but I guess I don't blame them since they're busy. There are also some cute guys working too! Lol. So that's a plus! I very much enjoy the Starbucks because you can always grab a drink and relax before or after your shopping. Although, the dining area tends to get messy and sometimes you'll just have to wipe up the table yourself...it's not a big deal though. I love the Starbucks staff! They are so chill and friendly and I've gotten to know them since I never miss stopping by. I don't, however, know all of their names. One thing that does bother me is the restroom. I'm not sure if I go in at the most inopportune of times but it's usually a little messy (a lot of trash on the floor) or not stocked with paper towels. You can pretty much catch me here almost every week because I enjoy just walking around and browsing. You won't have a problem finding parking either. This target by far is the most careless and unorganized with blah staff that doesn't care. Was on hold asking a general question and a girl named Rachel picked up the phone. She put me on hold for 15 mins and picked up the line again and completely forgot what she was helping me with!!! If that wasn't enough I asked her, "wait, I was on hold for 15 mins and you forgot what I asked you??? So then she hung up!! Great job Rachel!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I would give - 100 stars if I could. They DO NOT care about their customers during the Covid pandemic. MULTIPLE employees not wearing masks correctly (not covering nose)! Close to a DOZEN customers not wearing a face mask at all!!! What's the point in enforcing their "social distancing guidelines" in the checkout line if you won't enforce wearing masks??? It does not achieve anything to do one and not the other!!! Your location obviously could care less about your employees OR your guests! I usually hold Target to a bit higher standard than Walmart. With that being said I'm always happy to see that this particular target is usually kept clean. But from my recent visits, the shoe section aside the Women's section was completely unorganized, shoes thrown aside, boxes thrown, shoes left on the ground. And once I was making my purchases the checker lady was getting frustrated that I was looking for a coin to use with my cash to not have to break my bill and carry all the change. I ended up just giving her the bill and literally half a second later I found the coin, I asked to see if she can give me my bill and use the coin she refused to take the time to do so. I just laughed. This target needs to teach its employees some manners. Oh and keep up with the cleanliness, If I wanted to visit a Walmart I would do so. read more

I remember when this spot used to be the Sequoia Health Club. And I remember this so well because I worked there for a short time. Anyways this Target location is literally less than a mile from home and honestly probably one of my favorite ones to visit. The staff is solid and helpful, the store is always clean, and now the addition of wifi! I like going to establishments have familiar faces as far as the employees go. I say this not for my sake but because usually when you see the same faces on a consistent basis in the workplace, it usually means they are doing something right. Keep up the good work. read more
