Unfortunately, I didnt know that if I used my PayPal account, there is no way to pull up my order unless I had the actual order number. I went to another Nordstrom Rack and I was simply told I couldnt return them because there is no proof of purchase. Enter Kamila who saved the day! She called their service line and was able to pull up my order. She made the return so easy! I'm glad I went to this location! Thank you Kamila! I have made it officially known that I will never enter the Cerritos Nordstrom Rack. I let it go on a previous visit when the store was a mess and the selection limited because it was a weekend. However, on a Tuesday I walked into the same mess. I went to the dressing room to try something on and the employee was having a conversation with a customer. She walked away and never acknowledged that I was standing there. When I walked to the dressing room on my own, she finally said I'll help you in a moment and she still didn't walk my way. It put me in a bad mood and I decided to not purchase anything from this location. While waiting for my daughter I was then followed by security. Rude employees and a store with a negative vibe. Seriously, this location is not worth my time. I'll stick to the LBX location. read more

The service and selections are what's it at Nordstrom rack the value of the things you get can't compare to Ross and Marshalls. The selections they have are so different and such good quality. They have a wide selection of clothes, though the day I went, they were pretty low on dresses. I even went across the street to Nordstrom at the mall, and the sales associates there also said they visited Nordstrom Rack and that it looked pretty low on dress selection. They did have plenty of other items, though, so if you were on the hunt for jeans or other clothing, there was a lot to choose from. The prices are definitely a lot higher than at TJ Maxx or Burlington, but I'd say the quality of most items is better and makes up for the higher price. I also thought the customer service was actually pretty good, since they were super helpful when I had my strange questions, maybe because it wasn't particularly busy. read more

I'm not so happy with the Cerritos Nordstrom Rack. In the past few years, it has been overrun by shoplifters. They literally calculate the amount they're stealing in the store to make sure it's under $950. Then they bust out running while the security tags sound the alarms. Besides that, they have a great selection of clothes and the service is above average. However, I no longer see a value in going to this particular location of Nordstrom Rack, a valueless location due to theft. read more

This Nitdstrom Rack is huge! Lots of selections to choose from. Some of the prices are still high compares to Ross, TJMaxx, Burlington, Marshall, etc. It wad 125th Anniversary sale, so when you purchase anything over $125, you get a $25 off if you are a Nordy's member. read more

Clean store that is fairly organized. Lots of parking available but can get packed during peak dinner time since the parking lot is shared with other businesses. This store has a good variety of sizes and options for everyone. The only downside is the service, which could be much better. There's never anyone available when you need to access an item that's locked up - the last time I came to this location we had to go up to the registers twice and ask for assistance and didn't get any help for 30+ minutes. We almost left but needed to get that locked up item since it was the last one available. Staff could be friendlier as well. read more

This Nordstroms Rack is hidden among commercial buildings and is not in a mall or even a strip mall, so it's hard to find. Parking is limited and trash around everywhere in the parking lot. For a Nordstroms Rack, it seemed rather small and not very busy. The reason I drove way out of my way is that an online order could not be shipped and only found at this store. I called for an item check and spoke with a RUDE employee by name of Roxy. I asked if she could do an item check she informed me the system had 1. I said can you check the floor ? No I cannot because we cant. I informed her another location did and advised me to call before I drive. Roxy reiterated her dry response as if I was bothering her. Before I could ask for her name for being so bothered she quickly stated let me get someone from management and transferred me to a manager. I spoke to the dry manger name Agustina or something with a "A"Who repeated the same thing. I called another store prior who informed me to call them to check before I drove to the location. I have no problem with the policy it was HOW these two went about the cactus dry explanation and tone that I was annoying Roxy and her manger could care less! I usually don't write reviews, but after seeing others say the same thing, I feel like I have to. There's this middle-aged white guy who works here and always seems to be lingering around the girls' section. It's seriously creepy--he stares in a way that makes you feel super uncomfortable. And it's not just him. His coworker also acts weird, like they're both watching you the whole time. What really pushed it over the line for me was when they literally followed me outside the store like I had stolen something. I hadn't done anything wrong, but they chased me down and treated me like a criminal. It was honestly traumatizing, and I left shaking. This kind of behavior is not okay, and from what I've read, it's clearly not a one-time thing. If you're a woman or a young girl, I'd think twice before going here. I won't ever be back. read more

I am not even a big fan of this mall location, but since it is still one of the closest ones near me, when you are trying to get last minute stuff, it makes it more convenient to shop. Lots of clothing, shoes, purses, etc. for women but the men's selection is sad. This is definitely the tidiest Rack I've ever been in; Marie Kondo would be impressed. The atmosphere is less frantic than other locations too. I went to look at what they had for men's shoes and was disappointed to see a limited selection and what they did have were embarrassing. The manager Vanessa has no clue how to treat customers I was trying to explain to her how the $100 shoe that I purchased with $250 total purchase is hurting me and caused me bleeding after 2 hours of wearing it and it's so not comfortable and she was not even trying to listen and when I asked for the store manager she told me there's no store manager at the store at the moment I have to come back. Located in same plaza as Sketchers, Off Broadway, Saks Off 5th and TJ Maxx (and specifically located right next to BJ's Restaurant) and just barely opened about 2 weeks ago. I came by this store with my husband this past Saturday. Thought the handbag section had some nice pieces and a good amount of brands to choose from. The shoe department was clean. Similar layout as other locations. I had a great experience while I was here. Now really random, but wanted to mention that when both my husband and I entered the store, I headed straight to my own departments to browse through and my husband went over to his departments. Well with all of the shopping, I couldn't find him. And unfortunately he was not answering his phone. So I asked an employee if it would be possible to page him over the intercom. She said I could and eventually had the page sent out (by the time it was announced, I finally saw my husband. Funny how that turned out). With our current Covid-19 pandemic #nordstromtack #183 is practicing all of the protocols for coronavirus. Upon entering all baskets are sanitized, hand sanitizer is available also if you forgot your mask one will be provided for you at no charge. On this shopping trip 50% off red tagged heels & flats I am a shoediva to the 1000th power. I was able to find 2 pairs of mules that I couldn't live without, I will probably go to another store before the sale ends. I will definitely return very soon.... read more
