Update: walked in with my cub. Went to try on some clothing. Waited for a long time -as one lady walks out, she informed us that it's a long wait for someone to come. We stayed -against my best judgment. The Hispanic target employee walks up with a vacuum in hand... she stated that they're closed for tonight. Several ppl were still trying on clothes as she looked us in the eyes and lied. Never again. First, the racial slurs in the kitchen section. Now this. Avoid! read more

Got rid of their maternity sections at both locations. There are no stores here that I can find any clothes in. I called ahead and asked if they had maternity clothes and was told they do. Got there and the employee said they got rid of it. I am so desperate for pants that fit I'd restock them myself. read more

I'm not a huge target shopper, but I was in the area today and figured I'd kill some time here and look for some shoes for my little one. My first stop was Starbucks, where there wasn't a wait and the coffee was great. The store was super clean and well organized, there were employees everywhere stocking, fixing shelves, etc who were all helpful. The cashier was friendly and helpful when I had some questions about the target circle app. Overall I was really impressed with this target and their selection of clothes & shoes! read more

I was honestly very disappointed on an air fryer I purchased (gourmia). I thought it was going to be great since I read so many good reviews about it and my mom was actually very happy to receive it since she's been wanting a air fryer for the longest, after I gave it to her she wanted to make dinner using it. Fast forward she tells me that it's not heating up properly and the cables are really hot we disconnect it and tried it again but it was unfortunately the same thing. Since I didn't get protection on it because clearly it's suppose to be working and in perfect condition i didn't think I needed it so it was just 80 dollars down the drain :/ read more

Majority of the employees are walking around staring at their phones instead of asking customers if they need help. Even at the registers, the employees are pulling their phones out of the pockets and looking at that instead of greeting the next customer in line. read more

Pretty standard target. But the curbside pickup now included cold grocery items which is so exciting. FINALLY!!! I can get a cute lamp, electronics, thank you notes, a bathing suit and a some frozen chicken all without leaving my car and encountering shoppers who still can't figure out exactly how to wear a mask. I was the only one in the drive up lane, and when the employee handed my stuff, she very rudely told me that I should have said in the app that I was on my way sooner in order to avoid backup. I sat there for several minutes and no one else came to pick up drive up orders. She was very rude and I will not go back to this target read more

I would recommend staying away from Target. I called the store and spoke to someone in Customer Service to let them know that my daughter was in line to check out and the lady in front of her looked her right in the eye, stuck her finger in her nose and wiped it on the handle of the cart. Customer Service put me on hold and said they were directing me to another department and it rang until I just couldn't stand it. This is equivalent to licking the lids on ice cream in the grocery store. Not only that but their attention to infection is minimal at best compared to other stores. Very close to campus! On any given day - you'll be greater with a crowd. There stock of college needed items is not available. My advice, order online. Great customer service - cashiers are nice and friendly. I was disappointed to visit Starbucks but only to find out the staff was on a 30 minute lunch break- which a sign should be posted. It's a clean Target store, but it is dated. It's next to Old Navy and is centrally located to eateries and shopping as well as gas and HEB. They never have the cartwheel items. Rude service, some of the employees are jerks for no reason with dry personalities and the security manager named Adam is the rudest person ever working in a position not for him. They will lie on you and get cops on you if your doing something they don't like or understand and the Starbucks coffee they have is not good. If you are one of there loyal patrons they will throw you out without hesitation and make up lies about you, but you may have a different experience than me. But overall you'll be better off going to Walmart with your money. This retail store has been very rude to me personally since 2019 and keeps slandering me for no reason and is no good in College station Brazos county. This store seems to have more cloths and travel as well as food/grocery and pharmacy items, but apparently the most expensive store in the area. The quality of the items may be a little better than other places but the prices are extremely high. I would prefer other store for routine shopping. read more

I live on the same street as this Target, and at this point I now go out of my way to Bryan to go to their Target instead. Twice I have had a bad experience at this location, and nothing felt resolved or cared for. The first incidence ended in me leaving with no purchase, because the three pieces of clothing i chose were ALL incorrectly priced, I even went back to the rack to show them one of the exact same pairs of pants, same number under the barcode, with two different prices marked on it. And in response the manager of that dept. just ripped off the sticker and said sorry. I would understand one piece of clothing incorrectly marked, there's a lot of clothing and sometimes something gets overlooked. But for all of my things in my purchase to be incorrect, I was surprised to see me get brushed off like that. I did call higher up past the store level, and the support rep. told someone would call or email me to speak to me about this. The second incidence involved the cashier doing whatever he can to get us out of the door. He was rude, didn't ask if we had a card- which we did, and tried to charge us full price on a cartwheel deal. He tried to say to us that it couldn't be fixed, and then asked if we wanted it or not. He then tried to charge us full price for an item that an associate looked up for me and said wasn't being sold in the store anymore. A supervisor ended up finishing his transaction for him. It seems if you go in this man's line and you don't pay attention to how the prices should estimate after a deal, he will take advantage of that and rush thru the transaction. That night I did speak to an amazing manager, and i'm sure she did take care of that man. She got my information (both phone and email) and informed me that someone will be contacting me in regards to this. But what really gets to me about all of this, is that both times no one ever ended up contacting me like I was told. Couple years ago I had an issue at a Target in a smaller town, and it was resolved just fine. I don't understand why this area has such an issue. I'm just convinced that if I go again, I will be screwed over and promised once again that "someone will reach out" to me about the crap service, just to push me out of the door so they can move on. So if you go to this Target: be aware of prices, they said so themselves that they were having a lot of issues correctly adjusting them. And don't let the cashiers try to cut corners with you. Like many customers, I enjoy a good deal and I'm a frequent Target customer. Just not at this Target anymore, ever. read more

Haven't been to Target for a year and it's really gone down hill. Zero customer service (I think it's partly the masks--workers don't talk and certainly have no facial expressions)--all seem grumpy and miserable. Everything was picked over. I'll start by saying that in the past I have always been a Walmart kind of person. However, I recently received a promotion to Assistant Manager at my office. Upon first receiving this promotion I instantly went and bought a new luxury car (NOT a starter). After my boss caught wind of this, he told me that I should start shopping at Target with all of the other established individuals. In my mind, Target has always branded themselves as a store full of MILF's; however the establishment I visited this evening was far from that. Upon entering the store I quickly walked towards the baby section hoping to spot my first MILF. As I meandered through aisles of baby formula and diapers I noticed something peculiar... there were no MILF's! Feeling cheated, I made my way to the toy section. Once again, I was let down. This happened time and time again as I went through each section of the store. Slowly I crept to the shoe section, the final section that I would look before I was to retire my search. As I approached something caught my attention. I could hear a faint squeaky voice. It sounded like a child yet had a subtle deepness to it. I rushed to the aisle and peered around the corner. I had found it. I had found the Midget I Would Like to Fight. I went up to the little guy and patted him on his head. He instantly dropped his pair of light up shoes and jumped back like a crazed leprechaun. He flashed his teeth at me and lunged forward. In a swift motion I grabbed him like child he is and bent him over my knee. I yelled "shouldn't you be baking cookies?" then proceeded to spank him to death. Overall, I would say that my experience at Target was okay at best. I shouldn't have to walk to every section of the store to find a MILF, ESPECIALLY when my first stop was the baby section. With my job title, there is no way I am going back to Walmart so Target is just going to have to step up their MILF game. Get it together Target! read more

This Target location is the closer one to my house but I believe I will start heading to the one in Bryan from now on. I went in on Saturday to do some shopping for 10-12 things and I walked out with only half of what I came for. The beauty section has such a crappy selection. Trying to find the make up/face care items I came for was a joke. It looked like they had not reordered or restocked the shelves in months. It felt like a total waste of time and I will just take advantage of the Bryan store in the future. read more

Complete store, with groceries. One can find everything in there. Always a bit pricier then Walmart and HEB. But one can see it goes in organization and extension of supplies. Found the night table that was out at Walmart. Also, the manager was right there at the register section sending the long line of paying customers to the open cashiers, well done, it provided flow. I didn't get her name but she was a tall redhead. Has Starbucks and their own burgers and hot dogs, also pizza. The eating places were clean and not messy. read more

Target has now been put in the same bracket as wal-mart and K mart. My 6 year old daughter has been saving her money for over a year. Making change here and there by doing chores. She got a little money for Christmas and finally had enough to buy a JOJO Siwa unicorn decorative pillow. We found it online for $12.24 and took a trip to the store for her to make her first purchase EVER with her hard earned and saved money. She bought the pillow and a couple bows. When we got home we found that the receipt showed she was charged $19.99 for the unicorn. We went back to the store where we were told it was an online special and we could order it for pickup and come get it at that price. There must be some super smart people putting together Targets marketing program. Target use to be a step above, but have fallen into the realm of gross neglect and corporate greed. The service and friendliness in the electronics department was great. Fantastic customer service
