They have Apple Pay which I love, However when it's busiest times there seems to be Only 3 cashiers and long lines with little supervision for the self-service checkout lines. It needs to be cleaner as well especially in the bathrooms. Looks super unhygienic and tacky with so much toilet paper and tissues in the (female) bathroom. read more

Hey.......It's a Target so all the regular target merchandise is available here. This review is for the parking lot! Okay, don't buy anything remotely heavy (storage units, anything requiring assembly,large amount of groceries etc.) requiring you to use the shopping carts, because shopping carts will lock at the entrance on the upper floors prompting you to carry said merchandise to car. God forbid you come here alone and see something remotely large, you better go home and get some reonforcements to help you lug your prized possession to your vehicle. I like this Target because normally everything you want is available but I feel the situation with the shopping carts needs to be handled in a little more tactful manner. *Don't even think of asking the cop/guard to watch your merchandise while you go bring the car closer because 'captain it ain't happnin', his exact words to another shopper.* :/ read more

Customer service section where returns and pick-ups are supposed to be serviced/processed is terrible. Came here two times and the first time got serviced by a young Hispanic looking guy (the fact that he's Hispanic has nothing to do with his service. I'm including it here so that if any supervisor looks at this, he/she knows who to discipline). I've come here in the past month 2x on a weekday in the afternoon and this guy was there. He has the NASTIEST, LAZIEST attitude. He stands at the cashier looking at the floor and talking with a tattooed young woman who works in the same section who constantly checks her phone instead of servicing customers. This guy has the attitude that, "Hey, why are you bothering me? I'm getting paid a little bit more than minimum wage, so I don't want to actually work. i want to stand here and do nothing until I clock out." Nasty, lazy people work here...shocking! read more

Target is 4 stars for what it represents and sells. The 1 star is for this particular location, the staff, and how poorly stocked this store is. The Target stores in NJ are always nicely stocked, but then again, there aren't as many people in the stores as in the outer boroughs. I can understand the population varies at different locations, but i feel this store doesn't even make an attempt to try and stock their shelves properly. Every time i come into this store, its a HOT mess, the shelves are always empty for the things i need, and it is hard to find an employee who isn't RUDE and SASSY. If i wanted SASSY, i'd go to the DMV, the unemployment office, and the food stamp line. I remember one time i saw a cashier (with corn rolls) sitting down on a chair and ringing people up. Everyone else was standing up, but her. I found that to be beyond rude and unprofessional. She even asked me to bring everything over because she didn't want to operate her electronic slider for where all the placed items are. She might as well have asked me to bag everything i brought as well. Then i asked her about the chair and she gave me the most STANK look ever. She was 3 steps away from getting a HUGE SMACK in the face for lacking manners and common sense. If the Q60 bus didn't come here, i'd give this place negative 3 stars in a heartbeat. read more

I purchased earring at this target. The register was not working. I was told to purchase these at the guest services. I told the sales person I had more things to purchase, I was assured it would all be rung up at the guest service counter. When I got to the counter the lady told me she could not ring up more then 5 items and that I will have to go onto another register/line to pay for my other items. Seems to me that it would be easier just to accommodate the customer since it's the store register that is not working. I had to wait on two long lines instead of one, maybe some customer service training for the guest services people would go a long toward a better customer experience. Customers should not be penalized for your broken register. read more

It is a Target...so you kinda know what to expect. The food prices are exceptionally low. If I had a car, I would come here more. I love that they are open until midnight. The best part is, at 11:00 PM on Sunday it took us about 10 mins to get from here to Chinatown in Manhattan. read more

Probably one of the worst Targets around. Items are always out of stock, or expired. Huge price difference when you use the Target app vs in store price checker (once it was more than $5 difference). Never have any cart wipes and always a long line. What's the point of having so many registers when you only have 2 cashiers?? read more

The people at the electronics area are extremely rude. Their headphones are locked so I asked an employee very nicely if its possible to open so I can purchase it. She replied with "I'm the only person here wait a minute" in a very snarky and sarcastic tone. The funny part is she wasn't even busy doing anything she was just walking around. I notice that all the employees working at electronics are always absent from the registrar. The electronics department isn't a huge place so I'm confused where they could possibly be. Don't shop here!!. Everything that I bought that was marked down wasn't I ended up paying not just full price but one more dollar for a hair dye than its original cost!!. This Target is infinitely better than any of the Targets in Brooklyn. There are actually things on the shelves!!! The employees spend more time interacting with cash registers and merchandise than they do with each other. Definitely a welcoming feeling compared to the one at Atlantic Terminal (ghe- TTO), which IS the seventh circle of hell, or even the one by Brooklyn College, which never has anything in stock and is also rather ghetto. This store is significantly better and though it is a HIKE from lower Manhattan, it's worth the trip for the prices and reasonable experience. read more

I will give one start only because its convenient for me living across this Target...2years ago-i was accused of stealing whitestrips Crest which cost $45.... What happen was i went here with my purchased whitestrips and didnt realized that i forgot my receipt(i wanted to return it because its cheaper at Costco) i had to go to the aisle where it was to check if they have a lesser price for less pieces of whitestrips.. And then a guy came to me---Accused me !saying that i stole whitestrips!.. I was so mad and humiliated!!!... I told him u could check the video from yesterday coz i bought this yesterday...and that moment i realized i dont have my receipt...they took my whitestrips---and i almost faint.. I went home.. And saw my receipt...and i went back to show the receipt to the fucking security!and say where is my strips?!Fuck you! Some nasty security people dont do their job..if i know he didnt really checked the video when i told him to check it because i would never steal something that i always buy---(what??because im a Filipina) Its very horrible experience!!!! Came here to return an item, waited in line downstairs because we were buying more items and they said to do an exchange you have to go upstairs. Ok fine, I asked them if we can just buy the items upstairs too since we will be getting a store credit and we can use that towards the other few items we had. They said YES. Now we get upstairs and it's a whole other story. Gustavo said we can not purchase any new items with our return that we have to go to self checkout which the line is a mile long. We already waited in two long lines. I asked for a manager and he said they were busy and can't come. He didn't even try to call. Why couldn't he just ring up my few items I had that the other employee downstairs said they would be able to do. This place never has anything in stock and there are never enough cashiers when you do find something. The store manager should be replaced with someone more competent. I had an appointment today, and arrived at 4:20 per the instructions to arrive 30 minutes early and checked in. At 4:50, my appointment time, I checked again and was told "ohhh... I forgot to check you in. And I'm not even sure if we are going to see you today. There are 5 other people ahead of you." I waited another 20 minutes, checked again and was told 4 people were still ahead of me and that it would be another hour. At that point, we left, because my 4 year old and the rest of my family was not able to wait until 6:10 for an appointment that we arrived for at 4:20! What is the point of scheduling appointments if they are not going to be honored? Furthermore, someone called me yesterday to confirm my appointment. Why couldn't someone call me today to let me know they were running 90 minutes behind schedule so that I didn't waste my time getting my family together, cleaned up, paying for parking and then not be able to have a single shot taken?? This was absolutely a horrendous experience and a waste of time with terrible customer service. I would not recommend that anyone use this Target Portrait Studio. read more

It's right near the subway--plus there's a Best Buy, an Outback Steakhouse, and a DSW in the same building. The building itself is big and round--it kinda looks like a stadium from the outside. I am a luddite who has never had a bud light, which is why I went to target that night looking for a SD card, not a fight. Lo and behold, the SD cards were ensconced behind an impregnable magnetic apparatus that could only be open sesamed by three individuals: Ian McKellen, Michael Fassbender or Marisa. She had a mirthful smile so I decided to approach her with the intention of requesting the removal of a SD card I needed to purchase for my mother, the woman who gave birth to yours truly. I was taken aback by her lack of couth as her smile underwent an instantaneous metamorphosis and her eye rolls indicated that I was an encumbrance to her circumference. She decided to traipse and saunter her way to the SD card kiosk. When she returned, I realized I had chosen the wrong one and asked her to please give me the one with more gigabytes. My attempt to placate the situation by apologizing for the inconvenience I caused was met with a lugubrious frown and sigh. Despite the galling experience I endured, I harbor no ill will, shout out to Nas. I am not writing this with schadenfreude or with the intent of getting revenge. But I must reveal how Marisa's lackadaisical way of treating humans is not right, and she deserves to be put on notice ignominiously. Sigmund Freud would label her as an incorrigible and stubborn individual who is essentially an agglomeration of the things we as a society have labeled antiquated. The racist attitudes shall not be tolerated in 2019. I call a spade a spade, it just is what it is. The people who work at this store are very good; they don't make a lot of money but they really try hard to give good service and they do. My problem is and has been with the food buyer in this store since they remodeled the food department. Today I went to the frozen food section and looked for turkey burger--not a single pack available. This has happened with frozen raw shrimp and other items. Hey food purchaser, take a walk down your aisles and wake up. You should have a check list and I think a 6th grader can do better. There's enough fancy items there, but first you have to supply the basic items. Once again the people on the floor do a great job and the people who work "off the floor" need to do better. read more

Breaks my heart to say this Target is sad. Literally a war zone, trash all over, don't try to find matching shoes in your size.. Shoe section always looks like a bomb went off. This is the second Target Store I've ever set foot in. Honestly, I Love this place, I always run straight to the candy department and attempt to get diabetes. After valentines day or Easter, they tend to have ALOT of leftover sales and it's the best time to buy bags of candies to fatten yourself with, yums. Now, this place is rather small compare to other Targets, but it's almost as good. I've been here a few times. Nice big target. Plenty of merchandise. Being from the west coast I'm not use to a two story Target. Kind of odd still. But whatever the basic necessities are for household and family, it can be found here...Shampoos...tissues...towels...clothes..shoes...etal..school supplies...just like any typical Target.
