The woman who helped us was very sweet and patient and allowed me to test out the mattresses on several before choosing. To start the appointment he discussed the differences in ours and theirs. I am not really sure what company the comparison was against because other cabinets I looked at were very similar to northeast factory direct. I then felt pressured to pick the exact cabinet selection. He said they had off the shelf and then more custom cabinets and he made it seem like I couldn't change my mind. I had a design layout and then he proceed to recreate it in his system even though I asked him to offer his own ideas. I just left feeling that no personalization was made to the process. Plus their prices were higher. I suggest shopping around before making a decision.
