    Blueberries flipped over and opened. But why would you think it's ok to put all of these items in a bag together.

    I do a lot of drive up orders with this Target but I think I'm about to stop this. They do not care about your stuff. There were two young ladies doing the drive up orders this evening. I greeted them showed my phone with the code and they preceded to place my belongings in the backseat. I get home and grab the items out of my car and start feeling dripping down my leg I'm like what is that? I open the bag all of my blueberries all flipped over open smashed inside the bag. Now who put this bag together. It's blueberries, yogurt, and a gallon of Lemonade. Like really? Then I went back over my order and realized I did not receive my rubbing alcohol. Like what are y'all doing?

    Poor customer experience! Cashier didn't even greet me or acknowledge me. Didn't even want to bag my groceries until I asked... Um, Sir, this is your job Would have gone to self checkout, but they had that closed. Only two registers open for the whole store. They also had the disinfecting wipes dispenser empty. Why even have it in the front if it's never replenished? I personally would avoid this location again.

    Do not, I repeat do not go to this target to pickup a drive up order if your in a hurry. Insanely slow service even when your the only there picking stuff up. I'm also not a big fan of why they let employees park in there drive up spots all day long? These same two ugly cars are parked in the drive up spots ever time in come here? Imagine if they let all the employees park they lame ass cars up there? I'm guessing the manager has something to do with letting them do it. Please see pics.

    Visited this Target for the first time on Monday, 06/20/22. Same as other Targets, nothing special in my opinion. Looks like they are either renovating the Starbucks inside or are barely opening up a Starbucks inside. Ample parking.

    Asked 4 associates just like the shelf says. Just shoulder shrugs and the absolute minimum level of customer service.

    As has been mentioned in several other recent reviews, this is the worst Target in the South Bay area (the one by the Galleria is a close second). Customer service is non existent, the shelves are poorly stocked, and the front check out area is an absolute mess. Recently stopped in here to get some storage bins. Of course there were no lids. Shelf literally says to ask for an associate. No one in the general area (of course) so I walked down to the electronics area where 4 associates were chatting. Asked if someone could check in the back and go hit with shoulder shrugs and the "if it's not on the shelf, then we're out of stock," line. No one bothered to go to the back to actually check or look up to see if a nearby store had them in stock. Then there's the parking lot. An absolute obstacle course with dips and speed bumps and three way stop signs. Nearly half of the front parking area is dedicated to Drive Up pickup and the Raising Canes built in the middle of the lot further adds to the congestion. If you're in the area and need to go to a Target, drive up Van Ness to 120th and go to the Target there. Ample parking, slightly better stocked shelves, and, well, the front end is still a mess.

    Came here while I was waiting for a table at Lomeli's nearby. Parking was easy to find and there was a champurrado and elote guy in the lot so I knew this Target was going to be good and it was! They had a Starbucks inside so I got an iced coffee then I saw they had an Ulta and was on cloud nine. Got all my makeup restocks and hair care products and was out of there in 25 minutes, tops!

After dealing with an overcharge on my credit card, I was told I'd receive a call the next day to schedule delivery, which I paid $99 for. That call never came until I followed up on social media three days later. It wasn't until August 27 that I finally heard from someone to schedule the delivery. On September 11, the delivery arrived, but one of the pieces was not what I had ordered. I immediately called customer service and sent photos of the correct item. They did offer to refund the incorrect item, but instead of taking ownership, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I also requested a refund of the $99 delivery fee, since the service I paid for (delivering the correct items) wasn't fulfilled. Later, I saw some internal emails by mistake, and it became clear they had no intention of refunding the delivery fee. The whole interaction left me feeling disappointed and puzzled as to why they wouldn't just refund such a small fee to keep a customer. Despite being excited about the furniture itself, this experience has soured me on purchasing from them again. My advice: take photos of everything you buy and be prepared for potential issues. If they're willing to lose a customer over $99, it raises concerns about their overall business practices.

Anyone would be nervous spending big at a location several hundred miles away from home. You never know what you're going to get or who you're going to deal with. But the staff at ULF go above and beyond to dispel any worries. The intake process for my order was thorough. Everything was confirmed before production. I was contacted weekly with updates on the manufacturing, packaging, and deliveries of my couch, which help to sustain my trust, confidence and patience. I had the store manager's cell for questions (which I never needed to use). I received itemized receipts promptly upon payment both electronically and with my package. No matter who I talked to in the store, I was always treated kindly, my questions answered same day. Promises to call back were always kept or messages left. The purchase of the couches was close to $2000. Ending if you are ok with the most cheapest furniture from Urban living don't make my mistake...just make sure you purchase warranty because it wont last past six mouth to a year if your lucky and they take zero accountability for selling rotten furniture. believe me when I say cheap as hell and you know what cheap as hell looks like then thats it. Sorry but I am so very disappointed because My Mom and very best friend purchased living room and dining room furniture from them just after my purchase. Wendy assisted us with selecting a sectional. It wasn't in the showroom but we were able to order it from their catalog. They offer free delivery and set up within a 20 mile radius, which is unheard of at any other furniture store. Moises and his associate did a wonderful job with the delivery. Unfortunately our coffee table ended up having some water damage prior to delivery when it was stored in the warehouse. I emailed some photos of the defect and Moises answered promptly (on a Sunday!). He came back a few days later to replace the table, hassle free. We highly recommend shopping here. They are a family run business and have that personal touch only local places have. They offer a nice selection at reasonable prices and have excellent customer service.
