Good idea for dressing room hook
    Cyn L.

Located in a strip mall between OSH and Home Goods. It's usually hit or miss at Marshalls, but today I found a couple of Michael Kors clothing items, and Lab Series for Men moisturizer for $17.99 which normally retails for $50. Parking in the lot can be challenging since there's also a Walmart in this mall. There's usually spots near the OSH side of the lot.

This is a good location with easy parking and nice deals! Marshalls, Ross, TJ Max, Burlington, etc. - - great discounted merchandise, including name brand (or is it brand name) labels too.

Visited a few times. Just wished the store was slightly cleaner and smelled better. The women's dressing room was dirty. I turned into a ninja trying on clothes with my shoes on.

Located on Hawthorne Boulevard, in North Redondo, just West of the Galleria, it's never a problem to find. Plus, as it's attached to a large shopping complex, they have a very large parking lot, so parking should never be a problem. Once inside this TJ Maxx location, you'll find what all TJ Maxx stores have to offer; i.e.: tons of clothing, shoes, jewerly, a little bit of furnishings, and all the kind of stuff you would expect. The aisles here are all well organized, so finding things should never be a problem. And, the store is well maintained. It shows its age a little bit. But, it's still a great place to get whatever TJ Maxx has to offer. So, if you're in the South Bay, and you want to grab what a TJ Maxx store has to offer, this is an easy place to do it.

They tell me to wait for the manager to come up to the front to get me while the manager comes up to the front to tell me that everybody received that email and it was by mistake which I know she's bullshitting me because I can see right through the bullshit as I have managed before and I know how that stuff goes so thank TJ Maxx for wasting my time and thanks for saving me from working at such an unorganized place.

There are multiple entrances with disabled parking located just outside the doors, as well as several mobility options to choose from. This includes staircases, escalators, as well as an elevator lift for you to use to access the main shopping floor, which is located on the 2nd floor of this building. I tend to preplan my Target runs because, let's be honest, it's so easy to get drawn into making spontaneous purchases, haha. I enjoyed the selection of goods that this location carries, as some others may only have limited stock. I was able to find what I had planned on buying, some new Levi's, with ease and was grateful for the well stocked display section. I loved that many items were listed as being on sale, adding an extra smile to my visit due to being more valuable/bang for my buck. Using the Target app I was able to quickly navigate the remainder of the store for my other, smaller item needs. The app is extra useful for in-store shopping since it lists the isle letter and number for you, pinpointing exact item locations as well as letting me know if an item is currently sold-out or low-stocked. Many Target team members were out on the floor, cleaning, restocking, and setting up new displays. I felt that every team member that I encountered was warm with greetings and smiles plus being willing to go the extra mile by offering to walk me to items I was I was in search of. This was a lovely bonus. The only negative that I encountered on my visit was that many displays, while stocked with care, were placed too close together. Though the store entrance manages to be made with customers with mobility issues in mind, the sales floor and numerous displays were not. Being placed so close together made it almost impossible to navigate around several displays with a standard shopping cart, let alone for those who need to use a wheelchair or mobility scooter. I often use a cane for walking and found myself needing to scoot sideways between a few sections. I really feel that the retail customer expierience could be improved by spacing out racks/shelves to be more accessible.

Stores have been closing due to the lack of business in this mall. At current status, its a Ghostown! Shopping is really non existence. "Its rather creepy." Its a sad situation to see that so many businesses are closing down. There is talk that this mall will completely close for good, maybe a couple of years from now. Rumor has it that this mall will be demolished for condos or some type of housing real estate investment? Overall I would come back! Its probably a good time to shop at this mall now since everything will be in liquidation soon. As for now, every stores is giving some type of discounts. No congestion, no traffic and plenty of parking. The mall is clean. I advise to look out for some deals. I seen discounts here and there that is ridiculously great! Lots of history at this mall. Going to be sad to see when this place gone.

Back then, it was a very modern, highly designed, shopping plaza with all of the high-end stores. There were department stores like May Company and Nordstrom, clothing stores like Abercrombie & Fitch and Banana Republic, that had a jeep artistically situated in the front of the shop, onto high-end boutique and jewelry stores, and even really nice theaters on the top floor. It was really a different place than it is today. Today, when you go there, it's not uncommon to find that the escalators are not working. It's also very common to see how many of the stores are empty, as the businesses all moved away from this shopping mall. It is just not what it once was, simple as that. And that's sad. This is not to say that it still isn't a fairly nice shopping mall. It's just the caliber of stores, and the number of stores, have diminished vastly. It does, however, still maintains it's unique architecture. But, it's more empty than full. This being said, some interesting shops come and go. And, you can sometimes find some nice items when a shop is in business in this mall, at least for a short time. And, of course, the movie theaters are still active on the top floor. Though, movie theaters have truly changed over the years, and the ones located in this mall have, what may be term, an inadequate design--at least in terms of what has developed since it was constructed. All this being said, if you're looking for what this mall offers, you can find it here. It's just hard for me not to remember what it used to be. I wish you all could have experienced it.

My gf and I walked straight to the toys section in the back ready to do irreparable damage to my Chase Sapphire Preferred Card. As we bent the corner to aisle 5A, nostalgia hit me like a 1990 Buster Douglas. The last time I was here I was probably 10 years old, begging my parents to buy me every nerf gun on the shelf. I locked back in, but soon became overwhelmed with the sheer volume of kids toys, and how much better they've gotten. I first spotted a X Shot Gatling Motor Soaker ($39.99), that is essentially a water cannon turret. It said ages 8+, but how could I not? My girlfriend had to talk me out of countless other 8+ items, but I might spin the block and buy them for myself. The advancement in nerf gun technology is fascinating. In total I spent $300 on toys and filled a life-sized stocking with toys for him, as my personal theme for his party was "Christmas in July." Best $300 I've ever spent. The Motor Soaker was a HUGE hit at his function, with everyone from the ages of 2 to 86 taking their turn with it. Some things in life truly transcend the changing tastes that come with aging. [Review #799] 2023-087…read more TJ Maxx is located in the heart of Peninsula Shopping Center. Although I've heard of them, I don't recall shopping at the stores. They are the flagship chain of TJX Companies; strangely, they operate as sister stores with Marshalls, which I do frequent, & both chains generally stock similar items (men's, women's, & children's apparel, shoes, & accessories; bath & beauty products; jewelry & other accessories; housewares, kitchen & home products) of those found at major department store except theirs is generally discounted. I don't believe the Rolling Hills Estates location is a higher volume store; those store may have a high-end designer department called The Runway. And it's also unexpected to find a discount department store in the affluent hills. During this school year (2023 - 2024), my son's Cantonese class has doubled the students so I've been hanging out with other parents shootin' the breeze, takin' a coffee/tea break, walking (to get some exercise in), & window shopping (sometimes actually buying stuff). The store opens pretty early, at 9:30 AM, for a Saturday morning so we usually have it pretty much to ourselves when we're browsing here. Their inventory is comparable to Marshalls, & I've gotten some great deals. What's impressive about this location is their luxury inventory... some unexpected finds include: Mackage (I knew it was a thing but haven't heard of them & needed to look them up; they're a Canadian prestigious luxury outwear clothing brand), Fendi, TOTEME (Stockholm-based label exploring the appeal of the modern uniform with meticulous craftsmanship, methodic repetition, & distinct design cues). They even carry one of my fav brands: Life is Good; an American apparel & accessories lifestyle brand known for its optimistic t-shirts that often feature Jake, a smiling stick figure. I love their pjs... so comfy & cozy. The store is organized & well-stocked, probably because we're here first thing in the morning. Can't imagine what it would be like mid-day since there's only a skeleton crew in the mornings, I'm sure they'll increase the staff during the busier shopping hours. My friend found a couple pairs of designed shades in the locked display case, & it took awhile to find someone, then another staff member to open the case. While she was mulling over which to purchase, both were great deals, I/she felt rushed into making a decision. And for security purposes (understandably), she couldn't hold onto them & he brought her glasses to the cashier even though the registers are the next row over. The staff is friendly & welcoming on our Saturday mornings, & any purchases are processed quickly. If you're looking for mark-downed name brands, you can try your luck at TJ Maxx, but it might take some time to find that treasure. Happy hunting!
