    Toilet paper outside the restroom
    Ana R.

For a place that sells food right across the restroom, they should consider being more sanitary. I was a bit disgusted to see used toilet paper outside the restroom, trailing away. I think this target should consider re-training in hygiene and safe clean environment so this won't happen again. This one star is only dedicated for sanitary. Nothing else.

One of the better Targets and super convenient being at the mall. We go this mall pretty often nowadays and we always find ourselves gravitating towards Target at some point, even just to check out some new Pokemon figures or something. This one is a 3 story Target and can get fairly busy but for the most part, fairly organized. Never had an issue at this Target and they are typically well stocked of whatever we need to get during our visit. They only have self checkouts on the 2nd floor, unfortunately. They have regular cashiers on the 1st and 2nd floor. Starbucks is also located on the 1st floor. Overall a great Target! IG: @ammysalamii

This target is located right next to the parking lot for the galleria shopping center. It has three stories and very spacious inside. However, they have poorly maintained facilities, for instance, two out of three toilets were broken for women's restroom.

    Caged socks.

Target, you're a little off the mark, and here's why: I recently visited your store with one simple goal: to buy socks. In and out, quick trip. Or so I thought. Finding the socks was easy enough, but thanks to the rise in shoplifting, they were behind locked glass doors. No big deal--I understand why stores need to protect their inventory. So, I hit the service buzzer, assuming someone would come over shortly to unlock the case. But... no one did. So, do I wait, or do I go search for someone? Not wanting to miss the elusive key master, I waited a bit, then finally ventured off to track down some help. I found two employees in different departments, both friendly but keyless. Each promised to locate the person with the key and come assist. Eventually, someone did arrive, and the socks were freed! Success, right? Well, yes, but it took nearly ten minutes--enough time to make me think twice about repeating the experience. Is this glass case lock-and-key routine the new norm for everyday items like socks, toothbrushes, and hair gel? I understand the need to protect products, but at what cost to the customer experience? It's frustrating, and it's everywhere. Don't get me wrong--I love Target and will be back. I'll just brace myself for a bit of a wait.

0 Stars!!!! The whole store smells like dirty restrooms. They never clean the restrooms no matter how many times the Managers are notified. Today there was BLOOD all over and store employees don't seem to care! DISGUSTING!! Children go in there all time time DO BETTER!!!!!

As I was walking noticed trash can and threw the top in the trash can. Walked around then my husband saw employee looking in the trash can to see what I placed. I was walking around looking for bedroom furniture and finished my drink. Their was employee and customer talking in a different language so not to disturb them I took another route to get to other side of the warehouse passing thee same trash can. Since I am their I threw away my empty protein carton. The same employee stopped what she was doing darted right to the trash can and shaking it/moving it around then slamming trash can on the floor. I turned I saw her giving me an evil look then follow me so needless to say I understand I am the wrong race to be here so I left this racist business. I will take my business elsewhere. Let me start by saying that I could move into the Joneses and hang out there for the better part of…read morea year and be totally happy. The space and curation itself is THAT awesome and comfy. You'll be inspired to switch up your whole decor aesthetic after just one visit! A friend recommended we check them out when we moved into a new house and our beloved couch that we'd literally had for decades... like while we were just dating... was not working in our new space. We needed a custom size and wanted the L shape to create a scenario where our family of four could curl up together and make key memories before the kids head off to college in a few years. We had never designed a couch before but definitely had some thoughts and ideas. The staff were there for it and vibed with us on it over multiple visits, calls, and emails. It was a BIG step for us and they held our hands the whole way. We must have sat on every couch there over the course of 3 visits and in the end, designed with them the PERFECT couch. Everyone was completely lovely. But here's where it gets really good. My husband wanted a low, deep, lounge style but I felt like I needed a little more stucture so we combined the styles of two couches, keeping it low and loungey but adding a second row of cushions so you or a guest can choose if you want to be laid back or more upright. It's the best of wboth worlds and completely flexible for older guests who would be swallowed up in a couch this deep. It's gorgeous... we sat down with them (on that couch!) and plotted it all out, with the L facing the right way in our house to make sense and bring the space to life. Mady hand-sketched it all up right then and there. The delivery team was so nice and lovingly unpacked the whole thing and were so sweet when I had a major brain fog moment and freaked out that they had made a mistake and designed the L facing the WRONG WAY! In quite a panic, I called the shop and reached Noa, who calmly dealt with my extreme freak out. The delivery team patiently waited for the whole thing and consoled me as I shed a few tears. Noa offered to come take a look at it IN MY HOME to assess the situation. A few days later, I'm walking through my home with them (Noa and her mom, the owner!) and we are all chatting about how it actually looks awesome in the orientation that it's in. I still had sworn that I didn't design it that way but agreed that it actually felt like I should have. They were calm, poised, creative, open, and completely invested in making sure their handmade piece felt perfect in my space. They were not aggressive nor accusatory... just there to see how best to resolve the issue, knowing that it was a custom-built piece. And they were lovely humans as well. We talked about art and design, building a business from the ground up, and the challenges with keeping a small business afloat during economic downturns and worldwide pandemics. Months later, I realized that no one made any mistakes and we actually designed it just like this, and it's been my absolute favorite thing in my home ever since. I think about this experience often, and I'm so grateful for their graceful reaction and approach. The couch itself is a standout in the space and sets the tone for the rest of our decor. It's comfortable beyond belief. It's easy to maintain, has held its shape for years now, and is easy to clean. We got it in a cream fabric, so that was a worry, but they taught us how to care for it easily! Not only does it hold our whole family, but a lot more people when the kids have friends over. It has helped shape not only our space from a design perspective but in how we interact within the space and with each other. And we get so many compliments on it. The quality and craftsmanship are unmatched. We couldn't be happier. THANK YOU! But what really stands out is that in this age of faster, cheaper, AI, and automation, this company is a family business of artisans that care deeply for the products they craft and the impact on their customers and clients. They want you to love the pieces you bring home, and they care to work with you until you do. They love art and design, so definitely take their suggestions!! Their pieces show that love and care and offer you a heightened level of quality and comfort. They are well worth the price, and I hope that you will pop your head in the shop and judge for yourself. You may just bring home a new piece that feels like an extension of your own family. You won't regret it!! I recommend them to all my friends and anyone looking for new furniture. They are the BEST!
