I stopped by this Gap today because I was waiting for my friends to join me for dinner nearby. This place had a lot of sales since it's almost Black Friday and the Christmas time. This store is a decent size and looked fully stocked when I came tonight. I looked at the men jeans and jacket which some were nice. Then I walked to the back and looked at the kids clothing. The selections of clothing here are good and the prices with the discount I believe is fair. The people are so nice here and they put up with a lot of B.S. They go out of their way to fix receipt mistakes. They're always so busy the lines is through the store. People walk in and mess up their clothes on purpose wtf retail is so hard. The managers are so nice I wish theyd get paid more to babysit rich people's kids. The original prices here are very high but I always buy stuff that is 40% off (or more sometimes) They have cute clothes for kids, I used to shop here for my son a lot when he was younger. This is my 3rd time in this store and unfortunately every time this guy is at the register who never has a name tag on, so I don't know his name. A compliment for excellent customer service should not wait so here it is. Went to return an item I bought yesterday but realized I forgot to bring the receipt. I approached this lady who was folding shirts. She always have a huge smile on her face and welcomes instantly anyone who comes in the store. Her name is Criselle and found out she's actually the store manager. I told her about the problem and she told me if I have the card I used, she will be able to refund it. She even went to the register herself to process transaction. She asked me why was I returning it. I told her that it doesn't fit and went around already to find a bigger size but there isn't any. She said she'll check stockroom and try to find one. A few minutes later, she came out with the size I was looking and rang it immediately. I always love coming to this store. I love that it is clean, well-organized and good deals on merchandise all the time. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Horrible Customer Services! Would give them NO star if it was possible. Picked up an online order and did not realized that one censor tag wasn't removed until I got home. Gotta bring the item back the next day to have it removed. As I walked up to the register and explained the situation, the clerk cut me off and asked for the receipt immediately, no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience they caused me. Felt so gutted as her attitude make me look like a theft. If they had have done their job from the first place, I wouldn't need to bring this back and experience all this. Good deals to be had if you go there... We were lucky to catch the tail end of their Thanksgiving sale which extended until the following Tuesday. There was an additional 50% off the already marked down prices. It was really a score to get some unplanned Christmas shopping done. We were quite happy to cross some names off our list. It was a Tuesday after lunch time so the store wasnt too busy and the area wasnt too crowded as it usually can be. Service was friendly and quick. Just discovered the clerk signed me up for a credit card I never asked for. I figured the worst thing that could happen at the McDonalds of fashion would be that I might accidentally buy something other than their blank black t-shirts. I never considered that the cashier would lie and scheme me into giving her my signature which she would then use to fraudulently sign me up for a GAP card. I went in a couple weeks ago to buy one shirt. One. But I forgot my GAP card that I signed up for years ago, so I asked the cashier to look it up. She informed me that the account had closed to due inactivity (which made sense, I basically stopped shopping at GAP after I had a lifetime supply of blank black shirts) and then I had to give her my signature to re-open the account. I figured it wasn't a big deal, the card is already opened so what's the harm? It was over and done with in 20 seconds. Two weeks later, I get an email saying I haven't paid the card and I've accrued interest and late fees. Immediately I try to log in, to see what happened to my automatic card payments, but I can't log in. I call technical support and they ask me "which card are you calling for, you have two of them?" I have two of them? "Yes a store card AND a Visa." But I only have a store card, I never-- "you signed up for a Visa two weeks ago." I thought my store card had closed. "No, sir, that account has been open since 2016. Both are open accounts." I bought one shirt at the GAP, for $12. The account already has a bill for $100 not including the late fees and interest. The support rep also said that the card was mailed to me, which I did not receive. When I gave her my address to confirm where it was sent, she said I did not give the correct address. I can't log in without the new number, so I'm stuck either paying the bill or suing the company. So, somewhere out there is someone with a GAP Visa with my name on it, procured by a sneaky little garbage person who is now at the top of my list. And I'll be late into work tomorrow because I now have to go fill out a police report. Thanks GAP. read more

This is in a very odd location for a factory store, but whatever. I won't complain about that. But I will complain that they seem to try and cram everything they can into their somewhat small retail space. It leaves for an often claustrophobic feel. It's also often quite crowded which just ads to said claustrophobic feel. I can really only spend so much time in this location before I just gotta get out. This place opened not too long ago, not sure exactly when and I was pretty excited. I used to purchase a lot of my clothing from GAP, but have not been in one in quite some time. So since I'm always walking distance to this place, I was excited. I walked in and I was over it pretty fast. The guys selection is pretty scarce. It was soooo messy in here. Clothes everywhere, and disorganized. It almost felt like a Ross. Not that there is anything wrong with Ross, but come on you know its a disorganized store. Their clothing is way too small. I couldn't get a size 10 pair of their jeans up my thighs. Plus the dressing rooms are locked ALL THE TIME and you have to wait around for an employee to unlock them. I know this isn't the employees fault but what possible reason is there to keep dressing rooms locked around the clock? If someone was stationed there most of the time it would make sense but you literally have to wait around for an employee to come around to unlock it. read more

Only problem I tend to find this place slim to none on a variety of clothing., It just didn't have what Gap usually has at their mall locations. Yay for the new Gap Outlet store! The store itself is located right in front of Yogurtland, on the corner of Palm & San Fernando. It's a pretty convenient location, but parking can be a hassle. If you can't find parking on the street, try one of the parking structures nearby (for the movies or for Ross, on Magnolia). You'll definitely be able to find parking, even if you have to make a little trek. The store itself is brand new, so it's quite pretty. The clothes are... well, GAP clothes. Cute, pretty affordable. Can't really go wrong. read more

Sure, it's a little messy and disorganized, the staff are pretty jaded, but hey, it's an outlet store. This store is not as big as the one at Citadel, but for its modest size, there's still a good selection of clothing, including women, men's and children collections. Lucky for me that day, I scored a black peacoat for $13, marked down from $89.99! No harm popping in to poke around, but I wouldn't go in there always expecting a killer deal. Since there's no full-priced Gap store in Burbank, this is a welcomed addition. I'll definitely be checking back! read more

I really like this location. I personally ONLY shop for the Gap sleeping pants because they are just sooo... Perfect and soft. Haha. Anywho, The sleeping pants are rarely on sale or have a discount on them but I don't mind them. Worth the price! The employees are always so helpful! So up beat :D thank you! I don't typically write reviews for chain clothing stores, but this Gap Outlet was pretty great. I came on a day they had a 50% off of store-wide sale, so it was pretty chaotic. Despite the madness, every one of the employees was extremely friendly and helpful and kept the store very organized. It's also a plus that there is a factory outlet store in the heart of downtown, versus in some suburb with a bunch of other outlets that I wouldn't otherwise go to. read more

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience at Gap. As I walked up to the counter to pay for my purchases. I was seriously asked if the jacket I had clearly walked in with mind you was a "gap" jacket, implying that I was trying to steal a jacket from their establishment. I promptly asked why the cashier felt the need to ask me if it was a gap jacket. She proceeded to say she asked because sometimes people "forget" to pay for items. I am appalled! Would she have asked a white male the same question? Why in the world would I go up to pay for three items and "forget" to pay for one item. Keep in mind upon my reaching the counter to pay. I placed my jacket on the counter with the tag facing her. Love this place!! I have a one year old and love to put him in the Gap collections when I can prices are so crazy in the Gap Stores and every other Factory store is so far away. Burbank employees are always so nice and I have not encountered a messy day there. I really like this outlet. It's the best place and price for jeans. It's all good until it comes time to check out. There is always one register open. Sometimes two, but I swear each time the people in line ahead of me always have returns and exchanges. The lines are just too long for the one register open. I mostly go to the one in Los A, however, both stores provide the same experience. There isn't much shopping ambiance compared to the actual retail stores. In terms of deals you do get some deals, however, I find that they more or less share the same discount as the mall stores. The only thing that this has going for them in a variety of styles and sizes in the shirts department. The pants on the other hand are a bit of a hit and miss. read more
