Target's Archer Farms brand is great - pasta, mineral water, cheeses etc. A good value and much better quality than Kroger's competing store brand. I also like the designer kitchen and clothing items. The floor staff is helpful and the cashiers are generally friendly and competent. I like the fact that they were giving out free reusable bags (Target red with logo) to every shopper on Earth Day. We go to Target once a week to "stock up." read more

There are bigger Targets and little targets. This one just so happens to fall in my "Eh" list. I didn't see a variety of items in their $1 bin section. Their toys lacked a lot of ideas, especially for judging that they would carry lines such as Our Generation Dolls, Calico Critter and Hello Kitty. The target was super bland, but to be fair: they had the cutest backpacks, boots, and clothing. I could consider returning for that. But the main target has always stolen my heart? Which one? Lakewood. They have an escalator and that's pretty rad. read more

The only people who can give this store 5 stars are those who love shopping the day after Thanksgiving. This place is always crazy busy. If you go late at night or early in the morning it is only somewhat busy. That being said, the store manages the crowds well. There are always lots of open registers and they keep the selves stocked. This is a Super Target. Target's fresh foods seem mysterious and possibly full of chemicals banned in 1975 or perhaps some frogs like the Boston Market frozen food incident. I used to think my favorite Target in the Denver area was this one in Aurora, but then last time I went I realized it sucked. So for now this is my favorite of the three Denver area Targets I have been to. It's got a lot of stuff but it's not a relaxing Target like some and that is what would get me to give them a five star review. I don't think the housewares and bedding sections are that great at this one, but it's in Glendale so what can you expect really. Wait, i just remembered another Target I've been to here. That makes four, not three. I apologize. If you like butts, this Target is right next to a gym so you can see girls in workout wear a lot of the time especially after work. She didn't put me on hold and leave me dangling, she was able to look up my item availability and sale price. She also offered helpful advice about the vacuum I was looking to purchase. This was the absolute most horrifying experience. I don't know where to begin. First, I got there a few minutes early to get the kids and I prepared for our photos. A new hire shows up 15 minutes later, the only lady working there (yes, the new hire). She hardly knew how to log on to the computer. She couldn't find me in the system, said I didn't have an appointment, which I did. She had phones ringing, people waiting to book appointments, pick up pictures, and take pictures of my family and I. Not a single soul was there to help her. 45 minutes later, we had our pictures taken, I had to give her ideas on what we should do. She did not have the back drop set up correctly and the quality of the photo? Well, my iPhone with a selfie stick would have been a better option. When it came to editing the pictures (1 hour and 15 minutes later), she did not know how to crop them or zoom in properly. This was after it took her 30 minutes to figure out how to transfer the pictures from the card to the computer. All the while another appointment had been sitting there waiting for almost an hour. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. I walked out, said I can't do this. The photos were horrible, the service was awful, and why someone would leave someone by themselves who had not clue what they were doing...I HAVE NO IDEA! So please save yourself from this particular location, unless you plan to pull all your hair out, go grey in one minute, or need to find an excuse to drink excessive amounts of alcohol! This is THE target thanks to it being the one target that sells booze, and it also happens to be the closest to where I live... so I'm here quite often. The store is pretty clean, and definitely of higher quality than any Walmart. I enjoy the clothing section, though like pretty much all places of business the men's section pales in comparison to the women's section, which takes up probably 1/2 the store. It does suck a bit that the clearance racks for men are 1-3, while the sale racks for women take up more space than the entire men's section... oh well. There can be some incredibly good deals depending on luck. The booze selection is definitely not liquor store quality, but it does in a pinch. It is only about 2 aisles big, and mass produced crap beer takes up much of the beer section. The wine selection is quite good. The grocery selection is pretty ok. I wouldn't buy all my groceries here, but it's ok for picking up a few things. Overall, a target is a target. This on just happens to have booze. Oh, and a lot of hand baskets. That may not sound very impressive, but I remember when finding a hand basket in a Target was basically impossible. read more

I loooooove me some Target. One day when I hear the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse coming, this is where I am running to hide. Well, here or Costco. This place has everything you could ever need for survival (including a pretty good wine selection which is right at the top of my survival list). I will admit its a little odd to do your grocery shopping in a Target, but its so convenient to just pop in and out of there on your way home. While bored I often just meander through the aisles.....it typically ends terribly for my bank account, but I'm always a happy camper. Be forewarned--of all of the automatic doors at the entrance/exit of this place, the one (yes just ONE) right in the middle is not in fact automatic. Me now thoroughly intimidated was trying to get past his cart and this stand. Dad moved the display and pushed the cart through, when I went to push the display back he saw me and asked me if I worked there and told me not to touch the stuff. I loooove this Target. It's by my apartment and GIMONGOUS, so much so that it even has its own police department (ok, maybe it's not Target's, per se, but it's attached...). Anyways, this place has everything I could ever need and so much more. When I am really bored, this is where I come to browse and spend money on fancy housewares I don't need. Sometimes, when I find myself debating whether or not to buy a certain vase or comforter, I really feel my '50s, Stepford-type housewife side begging to be let loose. But their stuff is so cute! And reasonably priced. How could I not? My one beef is that I was told by generalmills.com that this certain SuperTarget carries Berry Berry Kix, which I have not eaten since childhood. Even though the website insists it's true, alas, there are no Berry Berry Kix to be found :( Also, prices could be better, especially on food, but I guess it's cheaper than any other choice except Wal-Mart, and it's CERTAINLY better than WM quality... Possibly the greatest Target ever? They were in the midst of renovations when I went, but this Target is simply gargantuan. The aisles are enormous. You don't even remember how wide regular aisles should be after you've been here. I'm pretty sure you could get lost in the produce section, turn up two weeks later in personal hygiene, and disappear for good when you hit electronics. read more

I love the snacks at target- as in dried fruits, trail mixes, the Zen Party mix- it's why I go there, plus their trendy yet cost effective furniture. This Super Target has it all and is open until 11 pm, which is a bonus. I always get asked if I need help finding something by at least one target team member when I'm in the store. Sometimes their produce is a little high in cost, and sometimes I can't find exactly what I want clothing wise but lately they have done everything right. The also usually have Amy's frozen dinners on sale, usually at least a third off what I would pay at Safeway's or Whole Foods. Bueno! read more

Another classic encounter with Target staff who acted like my purchase was an interruption of their personal time. Take your break in the "Break Room", not in Express Lane 2 please! While trying to make friendly banter, she dismissed me with an eye-roll and told me that she"I didn't bother to count" when I quipped that I wasn't sure if I was under 20 items (there were 4 things in my basket). When told I needed to find my friend who had another method of payment, she actually said "WHATever!" If this is indicative of Target employees, they should all take lessons in customer service from the pharmacist I consulted with, Mike/Mark (he has braces). He went to great lengths to confidentially answer my many questions about a new medication. He was great; I wish all pharmacists were as helpful as he was. read more

I would give this Target a much lower rating if it was not that they have a great liquor selection here at very good prices. I guess only one Target in the whole state of Colorado can sell liquor and this is not Utah variety of alcohol either...it is just like a liquor store. It makes sense that the company would choose this store because it is the busiest store in the state. You can see why when you go in there...which gets me to the disadvantages of this place. The store is usually pretty crowded. If you are a Target shopper and shop out in suburbia then be prepared for much more traffic. In addition to this expect item availability to be much lower since there are many shoppers here. You might have to go back to suburbia to get some of the things you want since this store has a higher likelihood of it being sold out. read more

My wife and I were changing our cell phone provider and went to the Target store in Glendale, Colorado. There we had the supreme pleasure of having Nick Devietro help us get it done. He seemed to be the only person in the department and was clearly busy, but stopped doing what he was doing (unpacking boxes) to take care of us. He clearly had done this before and was able to get through the process with speed, accuracy and great sense of humor, while still assisting other customers, pointing out where the item they were looking for was located, answering any questions about a product ringing up their purchases and doing it in a very friendly and professional way. He clearly had taken the time to learn about the products in the electronics department and has superb customer service and interpersonal skills. if you ever find yourself in this store and need assistance with anything electronic, I hope you get the opportunity to have Nick assist you. read more

This is my go-to Target for their central location and the fact that they sell liquor, but those are the only reasons. Also, the staff are generally friendly and quick to ask if you need help. This is my least-favorite Target for several reasons. They are constantly out of stock in EVERY department. Last weekend I couldn't find a single pack of hotdog buns. Today I couldn't find a size "medium" top or dress in at least 10 different styles. A few months ago, I wanted an ice bucket and they were out of the one I wanted. I found a pair of sandals I liked and they had ZERO in my size ..... Their bathroom is always a little gross with hair stuck to the stall walls and toilet paper everywhere. Their produce is horrible. I've bought strawberries that have gone bad in two days and celery that wilts by the time I eat it. They have plenty of parking spots but the driveway on the backside of the lot winds and has tall bushes so you can't see if a car is coming to get out. Also, the parking area at the end of the lot is too far for the carts to go. They have a cart return area that's empty because the carts lock before you get to it. The one time I parked out there I had to haul a full cart, bag by bag, 50 feet to my car because the cart wouldn't reach. If you have a different Target nearby and you don't need to buy liquor - or even if you do, go to that other Target. read more

This place really means it with the "Super." .. It's HUGE and has anything and everything you could possibly think of. The food section was very impressive; that could easily compete with a supermarket. Prices are great, staff are great (I saw at least two different sales people assist customers while I was there and be "super" helpful), and I got everything I came for. Woooooo hoo! read more

This location had low inventory or was out of stock on a multitude of items i needed for my new apartment - in particular kitchen ware items. Any items they did have on hand was highly priced. The woman who rang me up at the check out counter was not friendly either. The main reason i am giving this place 2 stars as opposed to 1, is because its offers the convenience of 1-stop shopping, for most home shopping needs. I used to love the selection at this particular Super Target, but I feel like it's just not as good is it used to be. The last time I was shopping the produce was pretty bruised (and not to mention expensive) and I left that section empty-handed. I do love, however, that I can buy liquor here. Do you know how fulfilling it is to purchase a Riesling and a new dress? Extremely! Also, what happened to all the plus size clothes? I noticed it got downsized QUITE a bit, and off the record--I hate that it's merched with Maternity. Let's be real. This review is for Teresa in the photo department. I just wanted to give her a huge thanks for being so very helpful yesterday. I printed about 10 pictures online and opted for store pickup. When i showed up, most of the pictures were blurry and she pointed that out. Here's the part where she earns her five stars. She was super positive and started asking where I got the pictures, etc, and making suggestions as to how I could print them again and have them come out more clear. She walked me through the app download process (while managing other customers too) and made sure that I got my pictures to print properly. I was there probably 20 minutes or so and ended up getting my pictures to print right. Teresa easily could have just not said anything and rang me up for my pictures. Instead, she politely made some pointers and walked me from A to Z making sure I got what I came for. Thanks Teresa, I'll be back for sure! read more

NOT WIC COMPATIBLE!! Silk brand soy milk is a major WIC item but their cash registers don't have it as a WIC item for some reason. They also only have 1 kind of WIC juice and they wouldn't register spinach as a WIC item, when all produce is allowed up to your $11 allotment. I'm bummed!! read more
