This Target is by far one of the most disappointing and disturbing locations as clothes aren't organized, the staff is not helpful. Today I had an incident with the young Hispanic guy at self checkout while he meant well he was very condescending while assisting another customer before helping me and I was there first. As a Target girlie, this isn't the best Target around but they rarely disappoint me unless it's fashion related. Went last night and that's my biggest gripe, like this location doesn't get the new drops or exclusive collabs and have to outsource the neighborhood to find the latest Target fashions. We've been trying to Target one trip to Target per week, and for the most part we've managed that or exceeded it, but I still don't love it here at all. Barbi is more of a fan Target than me. I find them to be just like Walmart but less annoying and with twice the price. I'd rather be a little annoyed and save a lot of money. So organized and you can do some decent grocery shopping here. They have Apple Snapple, which is my favorite a long with other flavors of the bigger size bottles of Snapple. Ok so I live right behind this location and been coming here for years. Never had a problem of ANY kind until tonight. At self-checkout, a bag of Certified KN95 masks couldn't scan and screen says to hold for attendant. I looked on the back of item and it has two barcodes for some reason. Looked over and the nearby attendant was an older middle eastern or Indian dude who couldn't stop coughing and choking. Had his hands ALL over his mouth nonstop and could barely get a word out without choking up. I naturally didn't want him to touch my items and kept a safe distance. He fixed the screen and reached for my item but I kept it away and scanned it myself. HE WENT AND TOUCHED IT ANYWAYS! I tried so hard to keep it away from him and he JUST HAD TO PUT HIS HANDS ON IT! Naturally, I said no thanks and informed him I won't be making that purchase. I walked away to another station but saw it wasn't working. Perfect. He stood there waiting for me to come back and I almost got into an argument with him. I almost asked him, "Do you have Covid?!" Conveniently, he wasn't even masked. NO staff was masked at all! Luckily, I have on an Airinum KN95 mask which I'm hoping helped. This team member at the self-checkout was in such poor condition, I was almost tempted to call for medical aid or an ambulance. NON-STOP coughing, choking, could barely breathe and could barely even utter a single word without his hands ALL OVER HIS MOUTH. Then comes to grab my items lol. If this ever happens again, I'm just going to drop all my items there and FILM the guy for the world to see! So disgusting beyond belief. Can you imagine how funny all this is? I came to buy some KN95 masks to prevent catching Covid and likely caught it tonight with this team member coughing up a storm. Whatever he touched, I left it there and scan the other items. Ran out of there completely pissed and not sure why I even bothered to buy anything at all. If your staff members are severely ill or has covid, PLEASE take them off the floor if you value the safety of your loyal customers! Or at least simply mandate they mask up due to the increase of Covid cases. Winter approaching, this will only get worse for everyone. Too many folks have died and almost everyone caught it. I don't wish to see another upcoming trend from my favorite retailer. I beg you to take this seriously and address employees with poor health conditions. The main reason I come to this location is to buy gift cards. But every single time I come, THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THEM!!! Especially roblox cards. They never ever restock those. I have been visiting on and off for about a year now, hoping to see some restocked, but the shelf is always empty, Which sucks because this location is the closest and most convenient to me for gift cards. read more

Wow I don't know what y'all are teaching employees at this location, but I had the worst target experience probably EVER. When I walked in I was surprised at how clean and organized and how much they had in stock at this store. After a lonnnnng experience and spending almost $400 (FINALLY) I was able to leave the store. First of all, I made a return bc you can't try on clothes in the store right now. I was returning things that fit. The girl doing the return rudely didn't say hi but walked away and said "hold on I have to take this order." Otherwise she was nice but not a good start for an almost empty store. When I checked out and I was looking around the store I was made to feel like a criminal. And I've done retail management so I know what loss control is. And I'm sure you're trying to do the social distancing thing but still. Finally I go to checkout and the cashiers in self check out and the cashiers seem to say hi and smile at everyone except me. Yes I purchased a lot of items SORRY!! Then none of my credit cards would work except when I finally decided to use my debit card after probably 20 minutes of being on the phone with the credit card company telling me it wasn't on their end anymore. Nowhere close to spending the limit and I have excellent credit. Will definitely think twice about shopping at Target over other stores now because of my experience here. This is hands down one of my favorite stores. I love the Far West Eldridge store because they literally have everything I need and want. My kids love the Cat and Jack and Art Class brands and they are not only affordable but quality clothing for my kids. I take advantage of using my red card for an extra savings and always check my cartwheel app for even more savings. The store is always neat and organized. I love combing thru their clearance end caps for home decor. I always find a cheap goldmine deal. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. The are always moving the target dog and my kids like to see who can find him first each time we visit. read more

This Target has an abundant of everything that you need. What I like is that there is a deli of ready-to-go food. Although it isn't much. It's a good place to grab a good lunch. The lady at the deli was friendly and you can also check out your items along with your food. Much faster than going through the check-out line. This target is little cleaner with good service. I have been to better Targets, not that this one was bad at all. I liked it. I was upset that there weren't more registers open on a weekend. The staff was helpful and kind. Let me just start off by saying that I am a very understanding and lenient person. I have experience in both the food industry and retail and am aware of the stress and strain. I was at target around 7:20 PM and was checking out some items with my mother and decided to go through cashier #13. The cashier checked out our items. Towards the end, my mother asked him to check the balances on our two gift cards, and he had the audacity to roll his eyes. TWICE. He made no effort to hide his poor attitude in front of several customers. His nasty demeanor and lack of manners just reflects poorly on Target and frankly, his upbringing. Naturally, anybody would become infuriated should anyone treat their parents with such disrespect. Clearly, some tweaks need to be made regarding their hiring process. I am only giving this target two stars because its in a good location. read more

This Super Target is extremely disappointing because I find that their inventory is usually low. It could be due to the the time I show up or maybe it's the best thing in town and I'm unaware of it. I just know that when I get there there's nothing for me to buy. I've showed up often to the Super Target to purchase bath, Beauty, & kitchen accessories and it's just always unavailable. I don't know how much effort Target puts into managing their inventory. My understanding is that they should have a pretty strong supply chain Department. However I'm at a point where I no longer consider it a place to shop because their inventory management is not up to par. I certainly would prefer to shop at Target over some other retail and online stores. But until this Super Target fixes the issue I can no longer return. read more

They have good deals in clothing and the clothes look really nice. I also love the workout attire and purse sections. The kitchen aisle is my favorite section of the store. It is hard to find an associate when you need one at this store. Overall 5 stars because its Target and I love the place. read more

When it's Christmas Eve and you're on the other side of town...I was tasked with picking up last minute white elephant presents for the next day's festivities. It was 8:30 when I was given this task and I was out and about at another Christmas party. I looked up yelp and sure enough there was a new Target location on this side of town that had opened up since I used to live in these parts. I called their number and it said it was still going to be open until 11 pm! I rushed over and even with all the chaos, there were still gifts to be had. Using their registry kiosk was convenient but, when it came time to search for the items, not so much. What's the purpose of providing the aisle location if the aisle numbers are missing. Luckily, I didn't waste too much time searching. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt and no employees offered their assistance. There were only 2 lanes open. Seriously....and, on a Friday in the afternoon. Service was extremely slow.
