I'm a big fan of Targets. This Target looks like one of the newer ones. It's large and spread out. I prefer the multistory Target stores with escalators for the carts. Like many Targets, this store has a Starbucks inside it though there is a actual Starbucks store within the same lot. Location/Parking: Easy to find off the 15 Freeway. Plenty of parking. Service: The people are very friendly and informative. Returns are really easy. You can return things without a receipt as long as you have the credit card you bought it with. I was able to return something in less than 3 minutes. read more

I am writing this review specifically about my experience at Starbucks located inside Target. Julia the barista is absolutely fabulous! Handling a bunch of customers by herself and doing it well. Making sure each person gets the order done correctly and does not feel rushed. She explains things well to new customers and always apologies for the wait which is correct etiquette and appreciated. (Even though she is very fast and efficient under the circumstances). The time she takes for that personal interaction is what a lot of the Starbucks and stores in general are missing. She even remembered the details of my order from the only other time I came in a few days prior. Super star! Thank you Julia for going above and beyond! I bought an Apple Watch from this target & there wasn't a watch in the box, now that I'm reaching out explaining the situation they are giving me the run around and refusing to help me. Anne with HR was very rude and so was multiple employees that I've been dealing with. The only helpful person in the whole store is Fernando with ETL. If you're buying a pricier item like an Apple Watch, just go directly through the company (Apple) and NOT Target, they do not want to take ownership of the missing watch and as of right now, I'm out $215 and now some thief has a new watch. read more

I normally dont use coupons my wife does all the shopping for the most part, I work 2 jobs my wife stays home take care of our 4 children, so today I came to buy groceries. My wife text me a coupon that says 20 dollars off if you purchase 50 dollars or more, its good till october 31 of 2018, I was thats really cool I get a break finally save 20 bucks I can buy more formula for the baby or Diapers. I went to pay it was 90 bucks purchase, I Scanned the coupon and it says is not accepted, ok lady tells me go talk to customer service. I thought Im inexperience at this coupon stuff its all new to me, maybe Im doing something wrong. Customer service tells me look we don't take screen shots from coupon it has to be directly from the website, I text wife hey can you send me the link, she does I click on it and it says "this program has been cancelled" I'm like ok this is messed up, I felt stupid. I felt scammed, I hope they can fix their coupon or rethink their strategy, Im not a happy customer today, I still bought the groceries, but as far as coupon goes Its disappointing what happen today. read more

Worst pharmacist I've ever talk to. I had a bad burn on my arm and asked the pharmacist for a little advice. She was so incredibly rude to me and made me feel stupid for asking about it. Told me to get some over the counter cream and walked away. I finally did go to the doctor and it was a 3rd degree burn and needed a skin graph, but I waited to long to come in. The outer skin had healed but the inside had not. I have to apply silver sulfadiazine cream 2x a day for the next year in hopes that it won't turn hard and cause a huge scar. Had she taken a moment and told me to see a Dr. I would have sooner then I did, but because she made it seem like no big deal, I didn't. I didn't know how bad it truly was. That was the whole point of asking a pharmacist about it. My Doctor told me it was good I didn't use over the counter cream on it, like she told me to, and wanted to know the pharmacist name so he could check into it. I thought pharmacists where supposed to help you, not make you feel stupid. I will never forget how bad she made me feel for wasting her time. If you have a problem don't ask the pharmacist at target, she could really care less, and will probably make your problem worse. read more

Regarding: "DO NOT BACK STOCK" items Per many internet advertisements I learned this Target sells Magic the Gathering Commander sets for $8.98 when they have the "Do not back stock" sticker on the bottom. Normal retail is $29.99. Upon visiting this location I found one and upon purchase the clerk verified the price of $8.98 and checked me out with good customer service. (Thank you!) I since revisited this location and found another with the same sticker. The clerk was not authorized and called a supervisor who blatantly refused to research and assist me on the price check. The customer service was horrible. She said "I'm a MtG player myself and I have a few of these at home. The price is $29.99." When I informed her about the price and the fact that I had previously purchased at this price and seen it in the system by a manager at this location recently, she flat out refused to assist. I was polite and courteous and was given no respect in return. I will no longer make my purchases at this Target and will spread the word within my local community to do the same. read more

I have always loved shopping at Target. I love the prices, the product and the people. I recently moved to this area and was thrilled a Target was so close to my home. I couldn't wait to go shopping for some new items to help my storage situation with my new, temporary diggs. Even better, it had a Starbucks inside. Walking in it seems like every other Target I've been in. Open, customer service to one side, Starbucks and the food court on the other. I went for the storage bins and was extremely disappointed... the selection sucked. The bins were in the wrong locations, missing lids, broken or just completely out of stock. When I went to find an associate to help me I found no one. I pressed a button and waited... and waited. When someone finally came they turned off the button and asked if they could help. I asked about other bins they may have in the back and the associate told me they were out! Didn't check with the backroom, didn't even ask. I left and went to Home Depot across the street. My next outing to Target was for normal toiletries. Again, I was disappointed with the selection but at least there was other options. I grabbed some razors that were on sale and grabbed two packs because the labels said "buy two and receive a $5 gift card." Upon checking out I didn't get my gift card and I asked about it. The cashier brought over another associate to help me and she went back with me to the isle. Sure enough there was the razors I bought with the sale signs on the labels. She then read the really small print and checked the numbers and told me the razors were in the wrong spot. How is that my fault?? Needless to say they did nothing and I had them refund me for one of the razors since it was pointless to have two packs without the bonus. My third trip was just as bad. I went to go buy a present for a baby shower and needed to print out a registry. When I asked someone where the registry was they told me they didn't know. After wandering a little bit I found them over by customer service AFTER someone had removed a flat with a bunch of furniture on it and went about finding the registry. It only printed 4 out of 8 pages. I asked customer service and they asked me if I really needed all 8 pages. I ASKED DIDN'T I??? So, she printed out the last 4 pages and I was on my way. Sure enough the isles were pretty bare and things were not really where they were supposed to be. I pushed the little button and waited. Finally someone came and they told me they were waiting on shipment and everything is on the sales floor. Lucky for me while I waited I found something on the list and went with that and decided to grab random items instead. The most recent thing happened just a few days ago. My boyfriend's sister in law went shopping with her 11 day old baby when the baby got fussy and hungry. She checked the restrooms and found no where to sit so she went to the fitting rooms to ask the attendant if she could use a room as she had been able to do so before at another store. The attendant said no and did not give any other suggestions where she could feed her daughter. The temp outside made it impossible to go back to the car to feed as it was over 100 degrees. She ended up feeding her baby in the seating area in the front of the store where the food court and Starbucks is in a chair facing the window where the blinds gave her a little privacy. I no longer go to this store, I drive the 20 to 30 minutes to the Corona location as that store is well stocked and the staff is friendlier. read more

So this morning I went to target as usual, and I was looking for an attachment for my camera. I wandered myself to electronics and Mike told me that they had it in the back. He said it would take him only 5 min to find it but somehow took him 45 mins to 'look' as he was helping another team member, just to tell me he didn't have it! Went to get some items. Went to try on clothes twice both times there was no attendant on duty. Ok no biggie. Had to look for an employee to help me find vinegar. Got that done. Wait wait in line. All checked out. the receipt. The pillow cases were to big. I had to go to customer service. I was behind 1 person. Then the employee that was helping that lady, Had to go and find a translator for the lady. Took a bit for her to get back. So now there's two employees back there. Then a 3 shows up. I'm still .... waiting. The 3 employee was busy checking the computers. I'm still waiting.... I'm a patient person. No need to get upset. The 3 employee looked at me and said. I will help you. The 3rd employee ALSO acknowledged me with a polite. We will be right with you. She finished what she was doing. I was still .....When she first came up to the area, after a BRIEF time period, I inquired of her if perhaps they were understaffed? She asked have you been waiting long? No I replied. Just a short wait. Just a wee bit longer then I wanted too. Definitely not long. Michelle is the 3rd employee. She was polite and pleasant. I asked her if she was the manager, she said. yes one of them. I thanked her and made sure I looked at her name tag. I asked her if indeed her name is Michele. Nice lady. Good manager. Worst customer service I have had at a target Location. Target was running promotion, buy X amount of cleaning products and receive a gift card. Prior to my cashier starting the transaction, I let her know that I should be getting a gift card back. She looked at my items and agreed, as I was buying a few products. I reminded her again towards the end of her scanning. She then informed me that it was too late and I would have to go to customer service ( Which had a line). She refused to help me with something she knew I should receive. She was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I did not receive the gift card I qualified for. read more

It never fells. Every time I visit this Target there are no electric carts available or the batteries are to low to shop. I have gotten stuck in the back of the store with a dead battery. I wonder if they're in #ADA compliance. I have brought this is to several members of the management time. I guess it's time to start an #ADA boycott or law suit. read more

As stated before I have seen better produce and groceries at the Murrieta target, but the LE target is a step in the right direction. Employees here are very nice, very helpful, and overall you feel just less anxiety shopping here then Walmart on grape street. They do tend to have some good deals, as of lately, buy this, get $5 gift card or buy this get this free. I tend to buy 4 of everything when it comes to toiletries, just do not like going out shopping, and a lot of times with the toiletries section they have some good deals. Glad this store is in LE, hope they stay and yes I am a fan of Target. read more

Not a large variety of merchandise to choose from from this to be a major chain. Not sure if it's due to location or why, but Target usually carries more product. I'm always highly dissatisfied with lack of variety in this store and lack of items listed in ad. Only come here if I don't want to drive further. Also the store clothing items and shoes are often in disarray and messy, especially in the kids sections. read more

It's an OK target it's usually clean but I gave them 3 because they always make it to hard to coupon even using the cartwheel app, they ARE valid coupons everywhere else except (THIS target) I seriously don't understand,on another note there's a cashier her name is Vanessa she has short light hair she's always so helpful & always tries to help, such a nice young lady, she's definitely giving 100% awesome customer service! Came here with my boyfriend last night to pick up some makeup wipes. Clean, efficient cashiers, and it was a good Target. I loved the parking lot! It was huge! Did not have trouble finding parking at 8PM. Might have also been due to the fact that it was Halloween night, though. read more

Bad customer service. They only have one cashier registered open when there's 20 people in line. People are trying to go in and out not trying to wait in a big line. They always have stuff in clearance with no tags how are customers support to know the prices for the item. When you need help it takes forever to find someone to help you. read more

Employees seem rude. They don't even greet you or at least smile. Or even thank you when they give you your receipt. They seem like they don't enjoy their jobs. Restrooms are disgusting. I like all Targets. I visit this one a lot because it's across the street from my work. Always clean, staff is super nice, & even when it's packed I always seem to get through the line quickly. They always have multiple cashiers open with the self check out open as well. When I'm in a hurry looking for something the staff is always happy to help. Great Target. :) read more

I love target. It also helps that this one is down the st from my house. & for the most part clean. I just wish they would stock their items more. Last week I had an amazing cashier who went out of her way to get me a coupon and was the perfect persona of customer service. Today I had a horrible experience with the cashier Jamie. This target used to be great, but the past several months it's gone extremely downhill. On the slowest day in the middle of January they were sold out of tons of things, prices were miss marked all over, the whole store was a complete disaster, and their self checkouts were down like usual. Like I said, I used to enjoy this store but it's gone very downhill. Pretty sad because Walmart used to be this way but recently stepped up their game and is actually a lot more organized, clean, and their self checkouts are usually always working.
