Managers are foul. I spend a lot of time at target, came across a toy which I was highly surprised that it was tagged ONE THE SHELF for $6.99. It was a set of action figures, same EXACT NAME as the tag on the shelf. I was so excited for such a good price! Then when I came to the register it rang up as $49.99. I was so confused! The cashier said oh it's because the toys are mixed up, so I went back and took a picture. Told her that the shelf is posted as this price & says exactly what to toy says so it's def not in the wrong place? She then called a manager and I asked the manager if she can honor the price & laughed and said no! She said the best she can do is 10%? I mean it's a huge different but how are you not gonna honor it if it wasn't our mistake that was made. It's not like it had a wrong sale sticker on it, it was a printed label on the shelf. I just found it very rude & inconsiderate of the cashier and manager to fight against me and then laugh about it. read more

Love this store!! I would say 98% of the time the store is clean and if they are stocking shelves they leave room for you to get around them. They even keep the bathrooms clean!! I hate using public bathrooms so if it happens I have to I am a huge critic. I even use the pharmacy here and a girl named Gina is always sweet, helpful and even remembers our names!! The rest of the staff and Pharmacists are also very friendly and helpful as well. Love the grocery store they now have. Just pay attention to your prices but, they do have some items that I love that the other stores I go do not have. Also if you connect the red card to your debit card you will always get a % off even groceries!! My only complaint and I know that its not the store but, with the clothes they are not usually true to size. My husband wears a large and when I buy him shirts there I have to get an XL for them to fit him I will always come back. read more

My markdown on this location is because of the pharmacy. The pharmacy screwed up one of my prescriptions pretty bad. They gave me one of my monthly prescriptions and then had me sign for it, but marked me down as picking up another. It's really weird. When I went to pick up the supposed prescription they already gave me, they attempted to charge me full price for it and would not charge my insurance, because they said they already did previously. I never got that prescription and insisted they fix the mistake, but they would not do it. This is a medication that if I do not take, I could potentially be hospitalized, so I was fairly angry. I had to go make an appointment with my doctor (and pay a copay) to get them to help me fix the problem. It became such an ordeal I went and transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens. I took a coupons.com coupon for $1 off almond milk and had Targets coupon for $1 off so I decided to try it out. The kid says, "Oh we don't take coupons.com coupons anymore." (he didnt even TRY to scan it) WHAT? They ARE manufacturers coupons! It isn't like I had a BASKET of free couponing products, I had 5 different items, and coupons to match to help us get through the week.... hey money is tight! BUT NO WORRIES, the Target at STEPHANIE AND SUNSET in HENDERSON WILL TAKE THEM!!!! Guess who lost my business? Yes 9725 Eastern did! I am so outraged that I will not even buy OTHER things from them anymore! Yes, this was over $1, but it is the principle. I'm very happy with the service Jeff provided today at the customer service area for returns. Had terrible experience from the Rainbow & Spring Mountain location; I was on that side of town, went there, was lied to about the no receipt return policy, scan the ID, that I couldn't even pay the difference to upgrade the gift already knowing I didn't mind it was only worth the lowest price in 90 days. Also said I could only purchase a product, in the same department, for the EXACT same price that I couldn't go over or under.... One of employees took of the return policy to show me "may be limited". Today, I drove to the Silverado Ranch location and was treated friendly & professional, let me know the REAL policy, and said I can pay the difference. Thank you Jeff! read more

I thought I yelped this spot before but I guess i was wrong. Ill start with the bad because its a really short list. BAD- The ICEE machine is seriously always down when I go in here... Thats about it. GOOD- They always have some killer deals and when you go to this location they actually have the stuff in stock. This store is fairly large so you can shop for a VERY LONG time in here. I recommend stopping by the food court before you start shopping, the popcorn is good and who doesn't like a fountain drink. The Pharmacy here gets 5 stars. This is the first pharmacy that I have been to in Vegas where they actually talk to you about the prescription. Most other places will just read the crap on the label. ( i can do that myself at home duh) They are quick and efficient, plus i kinda dig the red bottles that your stuff comes in. Im a big guy 6 FT 4ish and floating in the neighborhood of 230 pounds. They usually have clothes that fit me, which is rare. I like their athletic gear its really comfortable and doesn't tare into shreds after I wear it once or twice. read more

Okay so before I get into the meat of my review.. Lets go over the proper pronunciation of Target... No it is not like the bulls-eye, if you are ever hangin with me and we are heading to the red circle in the sky you are to pronounce it ( "Tar- Sh- ay").. No that we are done with that, lets move on. This is my Home location Target, if we need odds and ends this is where we head. Whether looking for a 25lb weight or a swimming pool noodle, I am willing to put it all on red that target has it. Now that we have established that they carry just about anything, lets take just a moment to talk about the customer service. The electronics department staff is pretty knowledgeable and have been pretty helpful every time I have needed assistance from any of them. The other wandering employees are normally very happy and smiling and great you with a kind hello. Now for the one downfall, almost every time I go to this location the cashiers are not the most..... Well..... I'll just say enjoyable people. The last time in particular the wife checked out before me with one of those If you buy this we will give you a gift card coupons and the lady gave her the $10 Gift card and she watched my wife hand it to me so i could use it and when it came time for me to check out the girl took the gift card and scanned it and said, " Um sir, there is nothing on this, are you sure you did not use it?". I know that i probably had this very confused look of disbelief. I told the lady, you just scanned it and gave it to my wife, of course it was not used..... So after a 5 minute debate the amount was taken off of the bill and I was happy. This is just one example, if only they could give there cashiers a rockstar and some pop rocks every now and again to get something stirring inside of them... My overall experience at Target is normally a good one and could be excellent if the cashiers had a little more pep in there step.. Maybe get the slider truck over there to get them some pep peps... My wife just had a bad experience at this store on Eastern and Silverado. She parked very close to the entrance and a man tried to take her ourse while she was placing her groceries in the car. Luckily she caught him and grab her purse and he let go and she started to scream. He ran towards Silverado ranch. She went into the store and the security did nothing Not even took her info! Don't you think that is somewhat important if you are going to put this on your report. It seems like this must be an ongoing thing. We will use the one on Green valley Ranch from now on. Harassed. Micromanaged. Indignant. Don't shop here if you want to be left alone. I've been shopping there for over a year with no issues until the past two weeks. I like to use self check out and bring my own bags. Usually there's a younger guy or girl attending self checkout, both very cool people. An older female self checkout attendant was working one day and everything is now different. She's questioned/bothered me before but this day, about two weeks ago, I had headphones on and was checking out when she asked me a question that I politely answered. Then she asked me a second question, I was annoyed but took my headphones out again and answered. When she asked me a third question I was visibly irritated and asked what I could do to get her to leave me alone. I felt harassed, micromanaged, and as if I was being accused of stealing. Tonight the attendant (one who has always been super nice and helpful, including this) actually closed the self checkout area early because the security guard told him to (same person that was there on the day I asked what I could do to be able to shop in peace) ...had me go through a line and hand counted all of my items. My last 4 self checkout experiences have been unpleasant and I hope this changes. It's the only time I get to myself as a mom and wife...I'd really like to enjoy it again, instead of being anxious that two employees will target me. I think most people want to be left alone while shopping so I might drive further to a different store for a better experience. Now I'm afraid of being singled out and having this weird interaction every time. Not fun. read more

Target has good deals, but sometime they don't have the same thing over again. Sometimes it is a one time deal and not a regular thing, but you got to buy um up if it a deal. I enjoy buying some of the grocery items like Chobani Greek yogurt, milk and juice products. I also like to buy my doggies wet food when it is on sale, sometimes cheaper than petsmart. Walked in today around 7:30-8 ish and the girls working at the customer care center were busy mingling among themselves and when I approached one very very rudely said "do you need something?" Like no I'm just standing here you continue the conversation and not do your job. A manager may want to move her from this area considering she is the least experienced when it comes to customer service. She seemed very mad that I needed help. Almost comical considering the area in which she works. Also the skinny security guard looks very lost, unsure of why he was pacing so much when there was nothing going on. read more

Maybe it's because I'm not originally from America and so I haven't grown up with the store, but I really do love this Target and find it is good value for money. My only bad point would be that there are never enough staff members on the floor and quite often I need help checking for quantities. I do particularly like the sports clothing for women. I have had the same pair of yoga pants last me nearly 2 years and from what I remember they were about $25! read more

Pretty standard Target, as far as Targets are concerned. It's a little bit older of a location, but it's easily accessible, with lots of parking and you'll find everything you need. Cashiers are generally friendly and helpful. I like going here when I am in the area, when I realize I need something ASAP. I love Target stores in general, some are better than others. This one is on the better end. I can chalk it up to a few key elements as to why this Target tickles my fancy over others. Cleanliness and organized. I've never come to this Target and seen many things out of place, nor does it have a run-down feeling. It's fairly new and spacious. The addition of a small grocery section is a big plus. Target-specific branded food items can be found here and I am always on the hunt for new, healthy food. The organics line of snack products are perfect ways to satiate my snacking habits, without me getting into trouble. The Archer Farms brand in particular has great food. Products here are plentiful and in stock. On my recent trip I went to look for sleepwear/lounging pants and found an array of materials and patterns with ranging prices. It's nice to have a wide selection. Overall I can't complain about any of my visits here so this Target gets 5 Stars. read more

I would try to avoid coming to this location. A lot of the items were everywhere especially in the toy section, very unorganized. I couldn't find an item so I asked an employee, and they basically shook me off and didn't know anything about the item or where it might be located. If you pick up an item in the ulta section your an automatic target and they think that you're stealing. I was here tonight, i wanted to check out the new ulta section so i grabbed a few things, only 2. I asked myself "Do i really need these right now?" . I didn't, so I put them both back. There was a worker who saw me put both things back. She also was the one following me around the entire time and she was looking right at me and talking into her walkie-talkie and she described what I was wearing. Didn't even try to hide it. Which made me uncomfortable. As I was leaving I was stopped by a security lady. She asked me "Did you take anything from cosmetics?" I replied, "Yes I picked up 2 things, but i put them back." She then said , "Can you show me were you put them?" I then had to walk back across the store and I had to show this lady were I put them back. Stupid and a waste of my time.. She then said "oh okay you're good!"....So i left. She kept looking at my purse though acting like I put these things in my purse. Either the staff needs better communication or better employees. I can see from their pov how it looked like i took something, but the lady working at the ulta station saw me put both things back! She could've said to the security lady that i did. It's no biggie though. I didn't take anything so there was nothing to be guilty of. Also if i did. take something i wouldn't even have had a chance there's employees everywhere ! I don't know if all Targets are the same, but this one seems decent. You can't always find staff when you need them but when you do, many seem personable. They have a small furniture section, a garden section with plants and barbecue grills, etc., and a mostly-clean tiny cafeteria selling Pizza Hut, hot dogs, pretzels, and other little things. The staff don't let the aisles and clothing areas get horridly messy because they are always fixing the shelves and restocking. The place is bright and clean, which is a hugely important thing to me. Only once in a while have I had to stand in line for longer than I would have liked (I dread the holidays!), otherwise, they seem to staff the registers sufficiently. Returns have never been a problem for me except that sometimes you have to stand in line at Customer Service for longer than you'd prefer. Parking isn't the most pleasant all the time because it's hot out and you might have to walk a distance, but that's just Vegas (and walking is good for you if you can do it!). The parking area and the outside of the store are pretty clean, although people tend to leave carts any old place by the curbs. I shop here all the time- prices are all right for most things, and the plaza is conveniently located with a variety of exits and entrances. read more

This is also less shopped than Blue diamond and Green Valley, so if you are looking for a quick in and out, go here. Though you may be confused by the layout. Target is my go to place of peanut butter. Best prices of all stores in the Henderson-Las Vegas area for peanut butter and ovaltine. Also clean and all the carts roll straight. Fruit is per piece and not by pound, which is not favourable. Fairly easy to find what you are looking for as the majority of items have listings on the sign in front of the aisle. Good food quality. And of course, the normal clientele is of better quality than the Walmart alternative for supermarket. read more

Prices seem to always be accurately represented. The Bad - Lines are always long! I've left my cart there several times and walked out because I only had a handful of items. This is the Target for which my entire Target list is dedicated to. Fond memories from high school of hanging out with friends, hopping down to the Target and checking out the new stuff. Sometimes just popping in to get a Coke. Ever since, no matter where I am, Targets remind me of home. This location has always been clean and well stocked, even though it's been open for over a decade now. It's got a huge lot and lots of spaces, and a Target cafe for quick eats, but no Starbucks as another reviewer has mentioned. It's not a SuperTarget, so don't plan on doing your grocery shopping here, but some snacks and a small refrigerated aisle is available. Targets are a product of their environment, and being in Silverado Ranch makes this a pretty clean and safe alternative to WalMart. read more

I have to review my local Target. First - the pharmacy staff is AMAZING. I get my prescriptions filled here and the pharmacist is so helpful and friendly, and the staff is really kind and listens to you instead of acting like you've interrupted their day. I do love that about this pharmacy. They recently started on a remodel, and I hear rumors that they are going to be putting in a Starbucks. They're expanding to the grocery model that a lot of Target's have put in, and I couldn't be happier. I miss the grocery section of the Target that I used to patronize in San Mateo, CA. The checkers are always courteous, the store is always clean, and I enjoy coming here. read more

I came yesterday to buy a Kitchenaid. Last week, it was on sale for 20% off and I didn't know it went off on Sunday. I was upset when I saw that the discount wasn't valid anymore since I had put one on hold the night prior and no one told me prices changed or I would have drove down then. I came across Jen who was a manager. She met me in the middle and gave me a 15% discount to accommodate me. I certainly wasn't expecting that since at the end of the day a sale is a sale. Whatever you do do not use this pharmacy. It is very inconvenient and complete incompetent. First they converted my 3 month prescriptions to 1 month. Then when my insurance said they would only fill it in 3 month fills target wouldn't do it. When I asked about transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy they said they couldn't do that but I could possibly ask for 1 each month to move to another pharmacy. When I spoke to my insurance I was told this was untrue and target just didn't want to lose business. So they altered my prescriptions, refused to fill them then held them hostage. read more

I love wandering around Target. I'm not sure why it's so entertaining, but I love to just go and look at things (although somehow my cart always ends up with a bunch I stuff in it that I didn't plan on buying). There's almost always clearance items, especially in baby/toddler clothes and women's clothes. The other day I found 2T pants for my daughter for next winter for $1.50, which is a heck of a deal. I love finding deals like that! There's also usually lots of end caps with clearance items. And Target carries some Melissa and Doug toys, which are my favorite- er, my kids' favorite, I mean... The store is always clean and fairly quiet. There's never a ton of people around, which I like. Once in a while there's a bit of a wait at the registers, but they're pretty good about calling up more cashiers when there's more than 2-3 people in a line. read more

I went into browse and naturally I found a few items that were fairly price and I couldn't do without. Store is clean and well organized and not very busy. I went to the customer service booth to attempt to get my registry welcome gift for my baby registry I had completed online. They did not have any at the moment but the man helping at the customer service desk was more than polite and helping. He told me what I could do to obtain one or he offered me to come back to that location also took the time to write down the store number so I can call ahead of time so I did not have to waste my time. This stores a little more difficult to get to him for me as is everything on Eastern Avenue of course but I will definitely return to this location due to the fact of good customer service. read more

Wow what a terrible experience, Mitch, some bald 40 year old loss prevention manager, denied my return of some movies I bought on Black Friday at various Vegas locations because I didn't buy them at their location. I buy tens of thousands of dollars of movies on every Black Friday to resell and make a couple bucks god forbid. He was so unprofessional and rude and I guess that's why he is still in retail and not made anything of his life. Avoid this Silverado eastern store and go to the Green Valley on Horizon ridge/Green valley store will treat you much better. What a loser this guy is. read more
