He allowed us to browse, uninterrupted and was available to answer any questions that we had. He made the buying process very relaxed and convenient. The wood base feels very solid and you can tell it's real craftsmanship when you see it up close. The cushions are deep but still supportive. I think it which was important since this is our main couch and we wanted it for weekend lounging. The best thing about it is that it doesn't feel mass-produced. I think it has something to do with the overall proportions and the way the upholstery fits into the frame that makes it feel like it was built specifically for our living room space. The woman who I think is either the owner or manager is always so sweet and kind every time I come and she always makes sure I leave with everything I need, plus she always makes one of the other employees assist with putting everything in my car instead of having me do it myself.
