This target does not have much inventory. Especially in the plus size section & toddler girls section. They scatter products to make it look full, but it's not. I've been to the target in St. George & the inventory is phenomenal. I hope this target can up their inventory to make it a more enjoyable shopping experience. read more

Loved this location UNTIL you put in the 4 self-checkout machines then decided having actually cashiers available and customer service was a thing of the past since it's over-rated. Lines 12 people deep and the 1 associate working the self-checkout suggest if anyone wants they can go to customer service.. where no one is working visibly so go there and you can wait. My go to Target and a plus since it's 5 minutes away. Always clean and because of covid not the best stocked right now. Always appreciate the helpful employees. Definitely stopped going to Walmart and became a Target person, lol. Love the app that tells me what's in stock and like that they'll price match if their online price is lower. I use to LOVE coming to this location, but I feel like around November they got alot of new employees (assuming for the holidays), and alot of them are rude, not helpful, ect. I went in around xmas and employees were doing nothing but complaining about the store and there were employees by toys and electronics who were extremely loud and obnoxious. I've also noticed since they opened up the self check out registers that they only open 1 register SOMETIMES two, even if they get busy. the cashier today was soooooo slow. it took her forever to ring up the 2 people in front of me, took her time chatting even after she rang them up. the only positive I have to say is the womens bathroom is clean every time I go in there, but today my husband used the mens room and said there was poop all over the floor in one of the stalls. Unfortunately this is the Target closest to my house, and I really wish they had made it a Greatland Target. They really should have considering the location. It's the one Target store serving a very large area of the valley that desperately needs more stores. What really is even more unfortunate is that they do have a grocery section, but no fresh fruits/vegetable section. Selection in the furniture area/home goods is lacking as well. This location is better most in vegas. Clean, organized and did I say clean? From bathrooms to clean and uncluttered aisles. Never have to wait more than maybe 3-5 mins in checkout lane. I would say staff could be more help but majority of staff will say hello and not just walk pass you. The selves also seemed to be neat. Do you know how hard that is when customers pick up this and drop them in random places? Some how they do it. Parking lot is clean and shopping carts arent left throughout the property. Only section that is an eyesore is clothes but once again difficult to keep organized due to customers.....but they try. Prices are very reasonable and atmosphere is peaceful and calm. There customer service area is horrible. No one is every there, closed on weekends. Really?! Always messy over there. Between collective trash, cluttered counter or the bathroom smell. Starbucks is Starbucks enough said there. The reason this wasn't a 5 was because of awful pizza hut mini store. They are never complete in stock of full menu. We have been customers of this store for 6 years now. Each time we try never full menu. There ate times where you are waiting at the counter for a lengthy time before someone decides to come to the front and sale you something. I have been in food service for a few years and if you continuously run out of items them maybe someone doesn't know inventory. Despite this I wish I could say my experience with cashiers were better. It is like a 50/50 if you would get ok service or poor attitude service. read more

Of all the targets I've been to in my life this one rates at the very top. The store is very clean and things are easy to find. The staff are always greeting you and asking if you need any help. At times it's almost a bit overkill because they are so on top of it. I can't imagine going to another target. read more

I just moved to the neighborhood and was very pleased to see Target is located so close to home, especially since I previously lived next to two Targets at my old place so I'm a big time Target shopper. Although I still appreciate this store being so close to where I live and I will gladly always be a Target shopper... I just have to point out that this particular Target location has a disappointing grocery department, it's pretty sad actually. by far my all time fav target location in vegas. i drive 20 mins multiple times a week just to go here. the older gentleman (usually around like 6pm) cleaning the carts is always so kind and friendly. me and my boyfriend always talk about how much he makes our day when we go! love love love this target! sometimes the self check out gets a little busy but the staff always opens up more lanes to lessen the wait! :) will be truly sad the day i move out of state and can no longer go to this location!!! read more

I will only give the store 4 stars due to the horrible customer service in the Starbucks. The store itself is always clean and the staff is amazingly sweet, helpful and friendly. Now onto the issue I have with Starbucks, there is a barista at the Starbucks named Elva, she is awful!!! She is rude, lazy, and doesn't listen. She either has refused to make my drink the way I order it or has deliberately made it wrong and then had an attitude when I have requested it to be made the way I ordered it! She has even made me a hot drink when I have ordered a cold drink. She needs to go because making coffee isn't an area she excels at. read more

The grocery section at this Target is 1/3 of the size of most Targets. They dont carry any fresh produce. The Starbucks inside... The chick barista likes to clean the espresso machines in the middle of the day which means no espresso or steamed milk for 30 mins. Lucky me, i catch cleaning time more often than not. I'm confused today...actually I just got home from there so about 20min ago. I self checked out and got a alert about a gift card. An associate said I got a gift card then scanned a card then handed me the receipt. When I get home I see I was charged for a $5 gift card and I didn't get one or asked for one. My favorite Target! This location is always clean & the employees are friendly. Love that they have a Starbucks inside too. So I can shop & have coffee at the same time! I buy a majority of my son's clothes here because they have good deals on infant/toddler clothes but they are still play quality & not cheap compared to clothes from Walmart. Plus the clothes for little boys here are super cute! The aisles are always neat & fully stocked & if I cannot find something an employee is always willing you help! Up& up brand is one of my favorites! They're diapers & baby wipes are comparable to Pampers & much cheaper. read more

A-OK. Standard Target experience to be found here with a couple exceptions. First is that it's a pain to get around to as it's stuck in the back corner of the complex. I love Target & I am usually here 2-3 times a week some days to shop in store but mostly for drive-up. I really loooove how they made the whole drive up experience contactless and the app itself says to keep the window up and let's the store associates know where to place your items... Well a couple of times already store associates have asked for me to lower down my window, back out of the pick up screen, say I'll come back later, go back in and then they hand me my items, i stead of placing them in the trunk like the screen with the code says. I really don't like it when they do that. I'm assuming that it's because they took longer than 5 minutes to get my stuff and it makes it look like it's my fault rather than hurting their numbers. Today 5.2.21 at 7pm not only did they make me lower my window to tell me they would go get my stuff, but they also made me go through the backing out process again and then wanted to hand me my order when it specifically said I wanted it in the trunk (items didn't fit in my passenger side where associate wanted to place them). I couldn't read the girls name tag & I could not get off the car to do the pick up myself unfortunately. Please train the associates better. In the 5+ years that I have been in this store I never really had issues-- it seems to be the new people. read more

I am an avid Target shopper and clearance finder. This target has great customer service and friendly cashiers but it's not my favorite target. I feel their stingy on their clearance. Compared to other nearby target stores, clearance items are lacking and they stay at 30% off for a looongg time. The other target I used to go to was religious about marking items down every week so it was easy to follow their clearance. I went there like 3 times a week. This location doesn't excite me as much. Also, their grocery selection is not near as large as other targets. There have been many items I've wanted to buy there that they didn't carry so I had to drive to another target. Was there to purchase box toys for birthday party and they had 16 I needed 25 but with no sign display sales rep told me no I can only buy 4 total. I was trying to not travel all over Vegas for $6 product. I'm planning on cancelling everything with target. Quintin a sales lead acted like a manager and was very rude with my daughter present. Ordered the new Xbox X series and received confirmation from the store. Called to confirm first thing when they opened and confirmed my order. Drove all the way out to this store and they said pulling my batch of orders it would take 45 minutes. Waited in store and then received message that they were out of stock and my order cancelled.
