    False advertising

target made me put half this stuff back. A target yesterday it rang up 50% and this target although it's located where it says 50% they wouldn't even 50% $1 items. This target is always doing this and not providing good customer experience like the other targets do.

The prices that were being advertised inside the store.
    Mario T.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Target on January 27th at the self-checkout. The employee working that section, a young African American woman, was not courteous or professional. I noticed a pricing discrepancy on an item and politely brought it to her attention. Instead of assisting me, she looked visibly annoyed and told me that I would have to prove the price myself by taking a picture. I did as she asked, but when I returned, she accused me of moving the item--essentially implying I was trying to change the price dishonestly. I asked to speak with a manager, and she went ahead and told him what she assumed happened, saying, "Well, people change the prices all the time to pay less." When the manager (an African American male) finally arrived, he was very professional and polite. He explained that he normally doesn't adjust prices for reasons similar to what the employee had stated, but he still honored the price as a courtesy. However, instead of helping me complete the transaction, the self-checkout employee refused to assist me. She ignored the manager's instructions and sent me to a cashier instead, even though two self-checkout kiosks were available. She avoided eye contact, seemed irritated, and gave off the impression that she was upset that the manager honored the price. The manager, on the other hand, was excellent--professional, respectful, and made me feel like a valued customer. The employee, however, could benefit from better customer service training. A simple greeting, a smile, and a polite tone go a long way in creating a positive shopping experience. I hope Target takes customer service seriously because this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend shopping at this location if this is the level of service they allow.

The only reason I'm giving this five star review is to put a spotlight on these seasonal plush pumpkins. Actually, another reason. Ms. Julie. She's my favorite cashier. Always so nice, calm, and friendly.

This target is by my house and great to shop at sometimes they are low in stock but I have the target app and that's super helpful for me to see what's there , I also like the option of being able to order and pick up

Stopped by Target to look for a new dress shirt, nothing fancy, This location is usually pretty stocked and organized in the Mens section. I went over to see what they had and the whole section was a mess. I'm not sure if it's maybe the summer to fall clothes switch, but look at the pictures...I decided to go to the electronics section and browse instead...lol Employees are always super nice to everyone, that I e noticed, but either they need to hire more people to organize during shopping hours or put more effort into cleaning up...

My handy neighbor let me know about Hotel Furniture Liquidators, the place where I could possibly obtain pieces of the Wynn décor that I adore. (It makes me poetic.) HFL is where old hotel furniture goes in hopes of finding a new home, and I really thought I was going to find a treasure trove of unbelievable deals and styles. Sadly, what I found there is going to have to work really hard to get adopted. The only Wynn remnant I found was a single lamp, and with a scratch and a price tag close to $100, that little guy is still sitting at the warehouse. Honestly, the place is better appreciated as an archaeological experience than as a furniture store. They have a "showroom" portion, but then the back half of the warehouse is literally stacked 100-ft high with chairs, bedspreads, curtains and on and on. Did I say bedspreads? Yes, and I had the same reaction: EWWWWWWWWW! I am scared to touch bedspreads when I am staying at a hotel. I can't imagine bringing one home to live with me. And, I had the EW reaction more than once as I wandered the aisles and imagined what might have been done to and on the various pieces of furniture. What happens in Vegas has stained in Vegas, even if you can't see it. I bet a black light party in that warehouse would be amazing. Plus, the prices really weren't cheap. The few highlights included the fact that they were showing Mulan on their TVs. (Yes, they have old hotel room TVs for sale.) There were also some acceptable wooden high-tops from Hooters -- very country/rustic, but for around $80, they were a pretty good deal. The upstairs is kind of creepy cool, as they have rooms set-up with the complete furniture packages from different hotels. There are signs that let you know which property the furniture came from, so for example: "Flamingo Double." If I were a moth, this would be my go-to hang, but as a deal-hunting human, HFL was a disappointment.

The only down side is transporting. They don't have a delivery service so we had to rent a moving truck- so add on about $50 to your total price if you buy more then can fit in your pickup. Still a good deal.

Since February 2026 I've been chasing their repair team for a resolution. A technician came out, confirmed it couldn't be fixed, and said someone would call within 24 hours. No call. A week later: "we're still looking for the part." Another wait. Then: "we ordered it, 4-6 weeks." Then another 4-6 weeks. Now they're saying "estimated mid-July -- maybe later." They can't tell me when it was ordered or provide a tracking number. When I asked to speak with a manager about a refund (the product has been discontinued so a replacement is not available), the manager didn't even call me directly -- I got a callback from the same rep (Ms. Baker) saying the answer was no and my only option is to keep waiting. I told her to relay the message to her boss that I would be filing claims with the Better Business Bureau and state Attorney General. Apparently that wasn't enough for the manager to care enough to call me back. It's been over three months with a broken, unusable piece of furniture I paid over a thousand dollars for. They seem to be betting I'll give up. I won't. Avoid this company if you expect them to stand behind their products.
