My neighborhood Target, always packed, messy aisles, & very unhelpful workers, I only come here if I need to get something quick & even then the 15 items or less line is just as long as the other 3 cashiers that are working, why they don't put more cashiers to work especially when everyone sees plenty of workers standing around chit chatting is beyond me. If I could give this store a zero I would, unfortunately that is not an option here. I purchased a SIM card and a refill card 4 days ago from their electronics department. I was told by the sale's clerk about their return policy. She stated "as long as you don't open the SIM card packaging and scratch the back part of refill card, you can return them". I decided to go with another carrier and decided to return the item. I thought there would not be an issue since it has only been 4 days and I did not scratched the back of the card nor opened the SIM card packaging. I was wrong. I went to return it and I was told by a sales clerk that they cannot provide me with a refund because "that is a final sale". I told her what the sales clerk told me and that I wanted to speak with a manager. The manager comes and tells me the same thing, that the sale is final. I told the manager that my receipt says I have 30 days to return the item and that I have not used nor opened the items. She then tells me that it is their policy, I asked her to provide me with a physical copy of their store policy. She refused to provide me with such a policy and instead told me that it is on "Target.com on our return policy". She told me that the sales clerk should have not told me that I could return it and that the sales clerk does not know "our new policy". Well, you can change that by properly training your staff! She refused to provide me with a refund, was rude and not helpful. I checked their policy and what she told me is completely false. Poor management at this store. So this Target store tries to make sales by lying to their customers, not providing refunds and providing only rude, unhelpful customer service. I will not continue to shop at this store. I live within walking distance to this Target. Overall, I'm very pleased. I would like to see more e.l.f cosmetics as it seems every time I go to Target in search of anything e.l.f, I'm disappointed by the very minimal selection...other than that, Target is my go to store....I boycotted Wal-Mart a little over 3 years ago and have no problem paying a few cents more @ Target. Associate are not very nice, one associate look at me like she don't like me or the way I dress. The cashier name Brandon he didn't hand me my receipt, he just give me a receipt for return, which I didn't return anything. I purchased and item with a gift card. I went to this Target about a week ago and there was a Lady Asian Pharmacist there and when I walked to the counter she did not even say Hello or anything she was busy playing with her hair like she was a little girl, I then passed her my RX prescription to fill and she looked at it and said while smacking gum, and said we don't have it!!! I said can you please call another Target Pharmacist and see if they have it and This Rude Lady said it is against the company policy and I said are you kidding me and she was laughing all at the same time and then I said to her I can tell you don't want to serve me and she said to Yes don't want wait on you and I said what did you say and then she tried to clean it up all while laughing in my face. She thought I had left but I went and got the store manager two of them and then the Asian pharmacist tried to clean it up with the managers and one of the managers said to me, Sir I believe you because we have had complaints regarding the Pharmacist before I said, Why is she here and the store manager kept trying to say he was sorry. This target has recently been low on stuff, gets overly crowded on weekends, and its remolding doesnt seem to finish.

So I decided to give this place another shot -- only because it is close to home and I was beyond disappointed. Let us just say that I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Target -- but then again their is a first for everything right? I ventured into the electronics section -- because you can sometimes find awesome deals and when I was reluctant to purchase I took the plunge and decided to go for it. I politely asked the cashier to also include the 3-yr warranty because I was going to be giving the Playstation 3 as a gift. Of course, she proceeded to ring me up and forgot to include the warranty, so then she could not find the warranty cards (which by the way, we had to point out to her that it was right next to the cashier's register, seriously....) -- at this point she could not figure out how to work the register and I wound up with two separate transactions. So of course, it got me thinking how would the store know that the warranty was for the product purchased that day? I went to guest services and -- wait it gets better --- the cashier told me that since I purchased it on the same day I can use the warranty. Who would believe that? Does it not make sense that you purchase the warranty with the product? She said that I can buy the warranty later --- if that was the case I am sure millions of electronics aficionados would run to the nearest target and buy warranties from purchases they made eons ago. We wound up getting a $3 discount and, the electronics department placed a substitute cashier in place. My 2 cents --- don't buy electronics if you plan on making a 5 minute transaction into a 45 minute one. read more

This place is the best for shopping it has everything. If you are looking for a modern looking house you would come here. They have a lot of stuff for you as a student or office. They have great service by talking to you when you buying thing. Their clothes are comfortable and their shoes are also comfortable. They have a lot of book, games, and technology. Experienced the most humiliating experience of my life at this store courtesy of management. Rating Target corporate policy and this store's manager a zero. The story... Last Friday, the highlight of my day was to go shopping for dog food for my roommate and best friend. At 60 I don't get out much. Found a deal for $5 rebate if you purchase 3 bags. No problem, I thought, I have Samsung pay on my phone to cover the $50 price. Just swipe, no need for a wallet, Hannibal Buress claims in their advertisement. So here I am at the front of the line with glaring eyes from those behind me to hurry up. The swipe worked and the cashier gave me my $5 gift card. All of a sudden a "manager" runs up and says she would not accept my payment unless I show identification. Identification to buy dog food, really?? No problem, I have a picture of my ID on my phone. NO, the manager exclaimed, it must be an "Original." Are YOU for real, I thought. . . We'll I really wanted to ask for her id and have her manager come down and explain their policy. Is it written somewhere that you need a physical ID to use Samsung pay? But I couldn't complain because a dozen people were breathing down my back. End of story, I walked out empty handed. I went to this Target store this morning 7/12/2020. I checked the Target online and it was indicating that this store had Clorox disinfecting wipes in stock. Since I was running low on the wipes I went to the store and lining up to go in before it opened. A very nice employee came out and told the people in line that the delivery truck did not come and no Clorox wipes nor disinfecting sprays would be available. He even went back one more time to see if there were any other brands available or gobacks that were put back on shelves. He then told us there was none and that a close by Target did get a shipment today. He sounded very helpful and sincere and with a great attitude. I personally would think he deserves a raise for providing great service to customers with great attitude. Kudo to the Target management for great staff training and efforts in providing a very clean shopping environment in times of Covid 19. Thank you. read more

This review for Target is for the pharmacy staff. I've been going to this pharmacy for two years now. The staff at the pharmacy are very friendly and always want to know how you're doing. Depending on who is there at the time, they'll really engage you in conversation and see what you've been up to. Best of all they are very discreet. They will only ask you if you ordered a prescription if no one else is around. Otherwise they'll just ask if you have a certain quantity you're picking up. They always have whatever I'm trying to get filled too. Only once did they have to order in a prescription. I just really feel like they give good service here and care about the customers. read more

I am complaining bout the Norwalk, CA store at 12051 Imperial Hwy. Several times I have attempted to go to the snack bar for lunch since it is near my place of employment. I was told by customer service more than once that the snack bar would be open at 12:00 pm. I made several attempts to go for lunch and it was not open. I finally caught it open today and it was already 12:25, the poor cashier had a line of people with nothing prepared in the snack bar, not popcorn, not hotdogs, not pretzels, not anything. We all had to wait anywhere from 10 to 20 to get our food prepared. i was there 18 minutes of my lunchtime and never saw a hotdog get put on the grill. If the snack bar does not open until 12, then why is there not someone there at 11:30 getting the food prepared for the customers when they arrive for lunchtime rush. This is bad scheduling by management and I watched several customers walk away because of the wait. Neither myself or my work colleagues will go to Target snack bar again. Target Pharmacy gives the worst service when I go in to get my medication. I am always disappointed with the service and never helped as I need when it comes to paying for medication. This is my home away from home. I 100% prefer Target over Walmart anyday! Clean, pretty friendly, never over-crowded. Sometimes the cashiers have bad attitudes or are slow, but its not constant. They mostly always have everything in stock, and if you need help, there are many employees around to ask for help. Lots of parking, and the parking lot is pretty clean. Let me start by saying that I shop at Target all the time, and never have I experienced such horrible customer service as I did at this store location. I'm a collector of Marvel Legends, so when I found a Mysterio on the shelf I was ecstatic to find this figure. Anyone who is a collector of this line knows how hard it is to find this figure. When I was ready to checkout; the cashier @ the customer service was unable to ring up the item, she said it could not be found on Targets website. I asked if she could simply match price it with the other Marvel Legends in the store. She said it couldn't be done because it would affect their inventory. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the supervisor on shift. She refused to help me in any way to finalize my purchase, and I ended up walking away empty handed. In my opinion; it's not that she couldn't help me; it was more like she wouldn't. Her name was Angelicia, and hope she gets a chance to read this review. She doesn't deserve the title of supervisor, and I hope her management staff will see it as well. I returned to the store the next day to see if I could purchase one of the other figures from that same line, and it turned another cashier was more than willing to price match it with another website. I explained to the cashier about my situation from the previous day, and she understood my concerns.
