So, with an appointment I went in on 12/29 trying to spend some year end FSA dollars. It was a complete disaster. Even with the appointment I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. Then after an Hour trying to get my order in the computer I was simply told they can't do it. Just wow! I left with nothing. So fast forward to last Thursday. I figured I would give them another chance. With no appointment I walk in and was seen immediately. In about 15 minutes I had my glasses picked out, ordered and in the system.
