Moreover, the service was excellent. Regarding the optical side, I found the customer service to be great. I have been shopping RX lens from Walmart for the last 15 years - mainly - because they carried Zeiss lenses and instead of paying 600 USD I was paying 400 USD. They are mainly Nikon now for their high end lenses, but offer lower tier options. Bottom line, it is Walmart, and you will definitely save money on lenses over private opticians or even LensCrafters. Oh yeah, one year warranty - no matter what.

I was very worried because all the Sunglasses Hut stores in the Disney park told me that they could not fix a pair of glasses that wasn't from their store. So I visited this Edward Beiner location at Disney Springs to ask for help. The very nice employee was able to help me fix sunglasses by screwing in the arm that had fallen off and tightening the other side too! I had my eyes checked and my eyes actually went from an eight to a six; which I guess is an improvement from my current standards. I picked out three pairs of glasses. One for work, one for play, and a new pair of sunglasses. I've never heard of the Costa brand of sunglasses - what I really liked is one of the male eye employees told me that the nose pads get sticky when you sweat so they don't slip off your face which I loved because I work outside currently. I honestly can't wait till I have my next eye exam in a year everyone was so nice and if you're around the area or you live in the area and you're looking for a new optometrist I definitely recommend the eye place! 10/10

Very disorganized practice…read more I wanted to give them a second chance after a child was running around my entire first appointment, and they also never called me with my contact options as promised. I had to call them back. I booked a same day appt when I was in the neighborhood. When I got there, I was told my appointment didn't go through. I was also told the doctor wouldn't be in for several hours. I have no idea why appointments were available online then. They should be taken down.
