Sight Eye Care's site was very informative representing their services. Making an appointment was very simple with injuries getting priority. The staff gave great first impressions of confidence and professionalism. My interaction with Dr Hoang was incredible, she gave simple "classroom" explanations of each step of the examination which was very appreciated. Ultimately, the visit exceeded my expectations gave me assurance that I made the right decision regarding my eye care.

Note; my experience was dealing with a bunch of very young and business immature staff who didn't know how to follow the steps to do a timely transaction from picking out the lenses ordering the frame having you come in and try the frames on forgetting to do the lens measurement and related. If you have to do business with them make sure you do it with the owner and get everything in writing. The resolution was to charge me more money and use my existing computer vision glasses with the wrong Rx prescription. Unless you have lots of patience and extra time and money I would go to an older more mature establishment. Overall this was not a pleasant transaction with some thing such as important as my vision.

I understand emergencies happen but courtesy should be extended to the waiting party. When I mentioned this to her she attempted to tell me that usually patients arrive with the contacts in. 1. My son didn't have any contacts left 2. It's irrelevant to her being late and unapologetically seeing someone before us.

We had been here a few years back and I remembered having a really good experience - but there was an issue with the appointment staff and they have obviously done a good job correcting that. It seems they have recently trained the staff to put in a little bit of extra effort to make patients really feel valued and welcome. From making the appointments all the way to selecting frames and working out what options we had the staff was great! I also appreciated the wide variety of frames that were available to choose from. Most of the time I have a hard time finding a pair of glasses I feel I can just "live with" and at other places I feel like I was just settling with my choices, but here my wife and I were able to find two pairs each that we love. I asked if they had a paper towel or something for her to wrap my glasses in and she said, "no" with a silly smirk on her face. She then went to the back to talk to a guy (who later referred to himself as one of "managers", regarding my repair. This guy said TSO no longer makes my glasses and he doesn't know how to repair them. He didn't offer any suggestions or other options, just stated my eyeglasses were discontinued and can't be repaired. I then received my eyeglasses back and went to wash and clean them. As I walked away, I turned slightly and saw the "manager" cowered over and snickering with the girl at the front desk. They appeared to be amused and thought of my situation to be funny. I then asked if he would contact his manager. He went to the back and closed the door as he talked to his manager. I am almost certain that he closed the door to give his own fabricated account of what transpired. As i waited, I then contacted the TSO Sugarland location for assistance. The young lady from the Sugarland location was very helpful and then informed me of an outside company that their location provides to customers in this situation. I then asked for the "manager's" manager's number. I called the number twice and did not get an answer. I left a message on the voicemail, but still did not receive a return call. This is the SECOND pair of Tom Ford glasses that I have purchased from this location. The first pair had one lenses tinted darker than the other. This was never repaired due to silliness and immature behavior of the girl at the front desk. Not sure if she is the same girl from last year, however, they were both immature and unprofessional, as well as, the guy today who says he's a manager. This is the TSO location in Alaina. Although, I am now getting new eyeglasses, I would never again go to this location, and neither will I recommend this location. Because of my experience at this location, i am now very wary of the TSO franchise. TSO ALIANA-VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They forgot to tell me when my contacts arrived and btw, $139 for contact fitting when you've been wearing contacts for over 20 years seems a little high doesn't it? I guess it's an expensive neighborhood and they're there for the money.
