I ordered my things that I needed from the online app. I pulled up to the store, parked where I was supposed to, and waited. I saw the lady walk out with my items, she walked right past me, I honked, I waved, I got out ofy car and walked inside and she'd already canceled my order. She was extremely rude at the order pick up line. Younger black woman small and petite. I am sick and I did not want to go inside. And when I went inside I didn't get my discount that I got from ordering through the app. These people have no idea what they are doing! read more

This is not a Super Target, but there is easy access to 75. They have a grocery section and it is clean.

I was just looking up the site to see if they close at 10 or 11 tonight. I was surprised to find the feedback is not 5 star. This is my neighborhood store. It's not the best place to do all of your grocery shopping, but when it's more convenient to pick-up some items, I don't think the prices are more than Kroger. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The pharmacy department is also staffed by friendly and helpful professionals. My only negative comment doesn't relate to the store management and staff at all... The old checkout lanes with no counter space, especially after expanding to groceries, need to be remodeled. read more

My go to Target. This Target is never super busy so I can get all the good deals on clearance! The staff is very friendly too, rarely will you walk by an employee without them smiling and acknowledging you. The checkout lines can be long, they must have something against opening more than 2 lines at one time but I usually try to go when I have some time. read more

Not as complete as a Super Target, but well-stocked nonetheless. When I visited this store it was clean, well-organized, parking was ample, handicapped carts were readily available & fully charged, checkout was speedy, and I found what I was looking for, can't ask for much more! read more

I go to Target to buy my household odds and ends: cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, shaving cream & razors, the occasional movie, etc etc. I probably spend a little more money buying all of this stuff at Target rather than at, say, Wal-mart, but in my opinion, Target is a MUCH better shopping experience, and I would rather pay a little more to shop in a clean, uncrowded, organized store than save a few bucks but have to deal with the bedlam that is Wal-mart. read more

Extremely clean store. Employees are nice and helpful. The grocery section is small, but stocked. I work at one of the car lots in Plano and always stop here on my break to buy something healthy. I usually find everything I need, but today I couldn't find my favorite shampoo. I know they carry it. They must have moved it, or I overlooked it. The employees are good about keeping the lot clean of trash and carts. I've never been to the restrooms, so I cannot review them. Besides that, this is one of the nicer stores in the area. read more

Stupid store policy, they don't accept a temporary driving license issues by Texas state DMV as a proof. Either DMV is wrong in issuing this temporary paper driving license or the store has some convoluted policy. Rude customer agent. Such a waste of time. Excellent customer service! Best experience I've ever had at a Target. First I was buying a gift on a registry and didn't print out the registry so the check out clerk walked me over to the customer service department to help me take care of it. Then as I was leaving I stopped at Starbucks in store, the Coffee Barista was in back of store so I had to wait a few minutes, the manager saw me waiting and told me they were gonna give me a free coffee for the inconvenience! This target is not coupon friendly ,the staff is not educated on the coupon, I went there only 2 time in this year and both experience is bad , 1st time I bought some 2 shampoo & 2 body wash, I try to use coupon on both item and the cashier told me "no", she say they don't take copy coupon ( because I use Internet printable coupon and my coupon only black and white ) I try to explain to her please read the coupon both have different code , she start to read the coupon and she say even is not copy coupon still can't use .because i only can use one coupon because on the coupon say one coupon per purchase and I try to explain to her , one purchase is one item mean , and the cashier call the manager , I was so upset !!!! Because the manger say the same thing , I even pull up the target coupon policy and try to show her and both of them refuse to take a look on it ! We use coupon didn't mean they should treat us like this ! So end up I didn't get anything empty hand leave .2nd time I bought some toothpaste suppose to be buy 4 get $5 gift card but the computer didn't auto say have $5 gift card so I went to customer services ask for it and they say I get the wrong Size , but in the tag list the size I got , and they refuse to give me the gift card they say if the system didn't auto pop up say have gift card they can't do anything !!! The last 2 times I was in this store, they ONLY had self-checkout open. Today I had a big basketful of bulky items, and had a question on the price off two things. I did not want to do self check out. But unfortunately that is what this Target prefers you to do, so I had to endure self-checkout and all the hiccups that resulted. Worst target in the Dfw area... the employee's are rude and seem to not know what's going on in their store at all. After returning 2 items that did not work and having the employee put it on a gift card. We found several items we wanted to purchase. We used the self checkout line and the system went down on us. The lady monitoring the line took us to a regular line and swiped the gift card and told us their were no funds. We preceded to tell the lady most likely the gift zeroed out after the system went down and gave her our receipt of proof for the gift card was 34.99. She called her manager and it took them 45 minutes to finally see that the gift card had obviously lost its funds when the system went down. Turning our quick target run into a way longer target run and a terrible experience. It felt like the employees where accusing us of stealing 35 dollars when we purposefully put it in a gift card to spend our money at this establishment. My boyfriend and I will no longer be visiting this store that we frequent at least twice a week. read more

Near my house, so I'm there all the time for prescriptions, a few groceries, household basics. Well managed store keeps the checkout lanes moving, and employees are knowledgeable about the store/product location and they are helpful and nice. I honestly can't imagine a large retail facility operating any more smoothly. read more

Target, what are you doing?! I am your key demographic and I want to love your store. But you have made it impossible for me to shop for diapers at your store. Three times I have tried to take advantage of your diaper sale, and three times I have been unsuccessful. It should be so simple. Participating brands: huggies, pampers, goodnites. Buy two boxes, get 1 $10 gift card. But EVERY time I get to the register nothing rings up properly. I've had three DIFFERENT issues in getting this deal. And instead of assisting me to get the deal YOU SAID YOU WERE OFFERING, your staff treat me like I'm trying to steal diapers. I WANT TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY!!! I've literally had to take a picture of the tag and bring to the register and they still don't believe me. I have two babies under two and that's a ton of diapers. I don't deserve to be treated like an annoyance to your workers and it's hard enough to get through a store with two little ones. From now on I'll buy from Amazon or Walmart. Both are cheaper than Target and both have treated their customer much better. Retrain your staff on customer service protocol, fix your shady "deal" policy, and for the love of God figure out why your self checkout is so horrible. Literally every store has self checkout! i went in today to return crackers that i bought yesterday because they were 2 months expired. i returned them and was looking around for a carpet stain remover. i couldn't find it anywhere so i asked for help. the lady looked at me and was like okay so you didn't see carpet remover? no. i didn't. she didn't know what to do and passed me off onto another lady who walked with me for a second, couldn't find it either so she just told me to go to another store. no one would take the time to help me find it. super frustrating that no one cared to help at all. i live right next to this target and 100% will not go anymore even though it's so close. read more
