Worst target I've ever stepped foot in. Rude employees and the store is constantly a disaster. Do better.

    Messy changing rooms

I frequent this location when visiting my in-laws and it's often full of customers. Sadly it seems like this location has also been affected by the low labor shortage because the changing rooms were a complete mess this past weekend. I feel bad for the few lingering employees there who are spread thin and have to handle so much more. There was no one manning the area when I entered and all the changing rooms were full of hangers, broken tags on the floor, and clothes all over the place. Makes for a poor customer experience and ideal for shoplifting.

The charger it came with and the series 6

PLEASE OPEN YOUR ELECTRONICS WHEN BUYING IN STORE!! I went to purchase a series 8 Apple Watch. Once purchased I went home and unboxed the Apple Watch. Once opening the box and looking inside I saw that it came with the wrong charger. I called target told me to come in to sort out the problem. Once at customer service they told me that it was not the right watch in the box it was a series 6 and cannot exchange/return apple products. Target told me it was delivered from Apple and I was the first to purchase. Note this was my first time owning a watch let alone a smart watch. They sent me on my way to contact Apple and going back and forth with target and Apple I contacted corporate target for help. It is very frustrating spending a lot of money and not receiving something you paid for.

The only reason I am giving target three stars is because they have still not figured out that people shouldn't need to walk across an entire store to pay for stuff. Why don't they have a second set of cash registers at the entrance/exit to the interior of the galleria mall? And there are never enough shopping carts for those entering through the mall. Other than that, I found almost everything I was looking for, there was sufficient staffing near the registers, but not necessarily throughout the store. My check out was a breeze. I opted for cashier service instead of self check out. Tip: the self check out line was a lot longer.

This is the anchor store at the Poughkeepsie Galleria, I seldom venture into the mall, no need really.

So, besides a truck with the company name on it, we knew what he looked like. He arrived a little bit after 12 noon. Fine with us. He could see that the stile was slightly apart from the legs. He took the chair apart and tried to see if the stiles were interchangeable. At that point, we noticed that the one stile had been cut at the wrong angle at the factory, To fit properly he tried to trim it to fit better. But, to be on the safe side, he didn't want to remove too much wood, as it might compromise the structural integrity of the chair. Because of the height of the chairs, knowing that people would be putting their feet on the stiles rather than the floor. To protect the finish on all the stiles, I added an L shaped protective corner within days of delivery. It's not the kind that can be removed, without damaging the finish. That Raymour & Flanigan, in an effort to please the customer; even though the warranty expired, sent out a technician to correct something that should've been brought to their attention earlier. Raymour and Flanagan graciously provided this house call at no charge. That says a great deal about the Company's integrity, and customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for furniture to go to Raymour & Flanigan. After we took delivery, in February 2020, we noticed defects a few days later. We took photos and showed them to our sales person at the Store. They sent technicians to see if they could correct it at the time they couldn't.

He kept me informed all through the process and even checked in after my furniture was delivered. Mission accomplished because I love my sectional sofa. It's sturdy, well-made, the fabric seems durable, and it's comfortable. (Bonus: the throw pillows are feather, and have removable/cleanable covers.

I have had this for over 10 years and have been able to find only one other kind of furniture that even compares , which is some of the Danish teak. The drawers are full extension and get a lot of use and still are like new. You could open them with your pinky finger. I went to West Elm store just to satisfy myself that it would be worth a purchase and even though the items are pretty, they cannot come close to the quality of this Amish made furniture - not even a little close, so now I do not feel bad that Im not getting any of it.

We were looking for higher quality furniture and preferred to shop locally, and after checking another locally owned store, along with a chain store, we went to Millspaugh based on a few recommendations. The store is well arranged and spacious, but not overwhelming, making it easy to shop. Overall, we had a great experience. Because I was not overwhelmed with different models and manufacturers, each with their own fabrics, it was easier to try the few sectionals to decide which fit our budget and comfort level. If you want to have 20 options to choose from, this is not the store for you. We found a style that we liked based on comfort/and appearance, and worked to customize the pieces exactly the way we wanted. We did have a variety of fabrics to choose from, and the fabric that we liked on our initial visit to the store could not be found again on our follow up visit. We felt confident picking a different fabric. The salespeople are not at all pushy, and were helpful during the entire process. The owner greeted us the first time we visited the store and we browsed until someone came over to help us. They show you a sample construction of the frame and explain how the frames are manufactured, which is important and is a determining factor in the price. Overall, we had a really positive shopping and delivery experience, and although we spent more than planned based on the couch and fabric we chose, we considered it an investment and were really pleased when the sectional arrived. They estimated 10 to 12 weeks for delivery and we had it in about 8 weeks. They called a week ahead to schedule the delivery, and although the delivery people showed up about a half an hour ahead of schedule on the actual day, the entire delivery process was great as well. We were very happy with our total experience and decided to add a protection plan since we have a 6 year old. We don't anticipate having to replace the sectional any time in the next 15 years and feel confident that we bought a quality piece that will last.

Yeah, I don't want it to get dinked, scratched or cracked while it's in my cart going out the door on the bumpy pavement nor while on the way home in my car. All you had to do was put a few pieces of paper down and quietly lay the statue down and gently flip it to wrap it. No scoffing necessary. Needs better customer service checkout people. Love the store otherwise but there's no need for such rudeness. It's a simple, normal request to wrap a fragile item. It should be standard, I shouldn't have even had to ask her to do it. By default, we use to wrap any fragile item when I worked retail for many years, and I'm only in my early 30s.

The aisles are wide enough which makes it easy to pass, leaving no frustration on my end. The store seems to be fully staffed in pretty much every aisle, and also most of the time, a greater at both of the entrances.
