I asked to open and count them right in front of her. She promised over and over again that they were all there. She said she remembered counting them herself. (My fault to not go with my instinct). When I get in the car, I opened it to see and it turns out, they aren't "91jumbo size color dominos", but old regular sized white and black dominos! Even if you didn't know the game, the tin box said very clear what was in it and even has a picture of what they are supposed to look like. I took them immediately back in before leaving the parking lot. I explained that this wasn't even what I purchased and didn't open it up because of her personal assurance. Nothing but a "sorry, but no returns". Even though I expressed that it wasn't a return because I didn't like it Or it was damaged. I'm returning it because she lied about counting it and never opened it to clearly see it wasn't the right set or she didn't know what she was looking at and just thought dominos. My advice, don't trust "oh I personally counted myself". Open it, inspect it, count it. Because they won't make good on a sale that they even guarantee. I know it's a thrift store and you take chances, but it's just bad business to say you did something and in actuality didn't do it properly or at all. I didn't need an apology on their mistake. I needed a correction on a bad sale.

Prices were missing from items and shelves. About 1/2 of the things we looked at had neither a price on the item or on the shelf. We found a couple of the things we came in for, and went to pay, and there was one checkout line! By the time we got online there were 5 people waiting. Suddenly we noticed that the last person on line was called over to a cashier that just opened! WTH? They should have called the next person on line. When I said something to that cashier, the original cashier said "don't worry you're next" (with more than a little attitude!). I told her that didn't the way to do things. She again made a comment. Clearly this store is heading for the trash before it even gets started. Their prices do not warrant coming back even if their customer service had been decent. Sometimes it's not easy finding the product you are looking for, especially if their not carrying during times sake. There could be luck finding new item(s) left in the box which is processed (price tagged,) making it purchasable. It's hard to get around due to it being in the way, tightening the aisles. From what I see, it looks understaffed. Checkout sometimes isn't the quickest in the world when it's busy, usually ending up with one to two cashiers. I've never seen all four opened up. Service is okay, but could be better. On the long run, I only find myself stopping here for great deals or emergency supplies.
