Yeah...I debated even writing this but I'm still lying awake at 11 PM thinking about it and hoping someone reads this and cares is my only shot of feeling better. Anyway, my complaint is about the customer service I received today at the Self Checkout around 12 PM. I had purchased a few things but by the time I got to my car realized i left a bag at the register I used. I was probably away 2 minutes and by the time I got back there, another woman was using it. I went up to the lady assisting in the self check out and asked if she'd seen it and she simply replied "nope but you can look at the register you used" and walked away. She was really short with me and I was confused. I went up to the lady using my register and asked her if she'd seen anything and she immediately said "no sorry" and she didn't even pretend to look. I saw her holding a bag against her stomach as she scanned other items behind it. I kept wondering why she wouldn't just put it in her cart because it looked pretty suspicious when she had every other item she bagged inside of her cart? It was almost as though she was trying to hide the bag and whatever was inside ? Hm very suspicious At this point I waited for the lady assisting at self checkout and she made conversation with almost everyone else who was scanning their items and wasn't short with them at all. I waited for her to approach me as she passed me several times to talk to other people who didn't even seem to ask for her help. When she saw me her smile faded away and I asked her if there was anything I could do to replace the items I had left. She didn't even make eye contact when she told me I could "see if guest services would help me." I thanked her and walked away. The whole situation was frustrating but I'm mostly just weirded out by the lady seeming so blatantly annoyed that I would even ask her rather than just ... leave the store without my missing items I guess ??? Customer service needs some work. Don't treat people like they're a nuisance when it's your literal job to deal with them. The women at guest services were awesome though and the reason I even gave stars . Love ya girls! read more

We love target! Just more TLC needed in the cafe area garbage next to fountain station is always nasty and overflowing! Has that look like everything you touch is gonna be sticky! But I always get a soda so I can shop with my pregnant wife and "sip and shop" we do love target though! The baby section is our go to lately and we will be registering soon for a registry with this target! But just clean the cafe a little more lol! read more

I want to start by saying I started going to target more often because of the level of service I received at Walmart. I placed an order online and opted for in store pick up. The location has a great setup for in-store pick up, exchanges and other transactions that are not direct purchases that can be done at a cash register. I approached the area for in-store pick, on the opposite side there were attendants assisting other guest with transactions. I waited approximately 10 minutes uses before anyone said anything to me. During that time, I see employees laughing with each other walking right past me with out saying something as simple as "We will be with you in a moment." There were members s of leadership gathering to make schedule corrections directly in front of me and none of th had the professionalism to say have you been helped or see if they could find someone to assist. They instead made the corrections to the schedule and dispersed. After waiting, I stopped Phibi and asked is someone working over here and she said she would help. If I had not stopped her in her tracks I would have still been waiting. I am writing this because it's frustrating when you employees act is if you don't exist when your business helps continue their employment. Service was substandard to say the least. Clean store, clean floors, and good isle space. Less crowded than Walmart and generally better quality products at higher prices. However, their product selection is highly questionable. For example, why sell bikes but not carry replacement tubes. Go figure. And don't expect expert advice in the electronics department. Rather, don't ask ANY advice from electronics employees. Oddly, with all the recent problems Target has confronted, hackers ripping the Target credit card and POS system, they are in dire need of expert advice. read more

target in itself is fine, but its the workers at starbucks i have a problem with. EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there it's something. whether they're just out of ingredients or whatever, but every worker that has taken my order has the worst attitude. like LITERALLY every time. they're so bitchy and acted so pissed and i should just know that they aren't able to make my drink?????? like i didn't want to be a person leaving a yelp review but it adds up every time i go there and i'm so done. all the starbucks workers need f*cking attitude checks. the last two times i left, i was on the verge of tears just because of the way they are speaking to literal customers. fix it. read more

Day after Christmas and understandable it's very busy but man 11 registers not open that could be and every line including self checkout 8-10 customers deep. Electronics has no line and when asked to checkout they say sorry only for electronics. No wonder the stock and earnings are poor for this company with same store sales barely up. After having a terrible return experience with three other targets, I had to call corporate and get them involved. I called this target and talked to Jessica who works there and they said they would help me the best I can. I threw away my receipt and I paid in cash & needed the money back. After dealing with 3 targets in person, 2 on the phone, and talking to 3 corporate members I was finally given my refund by Kendall who works at the target in queen creek with Jessica. They made this process so easy like it should have been. Without them I wouldn't of gotten my money back. I cannot thank Jessica, Kendall, and Mark(from corporate) enough to get me my money back. I told myself I wouldn't shop at target again, but thanks to them, I will! read more

We shop at Target all the time and have for many years, here and in Portland, Oregon. I've never been told that the $10.00 incentive was for red card holders only. We split up $112.00 between us so we could double our reward and the cashier said it was for red card holders only. "It says so right there on the sign". The only time I go into Target is when someone has given me a gift card. It's no secret this place is more expensive than Walmart, but worse than that, this store is always a disgusting mess. The shirts & shoes sections look like someone threw the products up in the air & just walked away. I tried looking at their baby furniture area & the chairs & cribs were filthy. How can I try out a rocking chair when it's covered in food stains? Their maternity clothes were almost nonexistent, I kept walking around in a circle realizing they only had one rack to choose from. Also, I walked past the dog food isle & the biggest bag of food was spilled everywhere. Other Target locations in Mesa have been super gross too, so I'm thinking it's a culture thing where employees are maybe encouraged not to care. You're better off at Walmart. read more

Customer service never and answers the phone an if they do hang up I've been trying to call for three days about a return

Was glad to see all staff wearing masks, but when it comes to the customers, most were, but some were only covering mouth or not wearing any at all even with a HUGE SIGN out front that says you must wear a mask to enter store. I even asked an employee why employees aren't doing anything about this, she said the most they can do is offer a mask and if they refuse then they can go ahead and shop without wearing one. REALLY?!?! Well I guess I will not wear one from now on myself. They obviously aren't caring or obeying the law. read more

Target is one of my favorite places to shop! I usually go there about 2 or more times a week.. I go in for a few things come out spending $100 dollars easily. They have good selection of house decor and kid & adult clothes. Oh and don't forget the clearance, plenty of good deals.I also just bought this baby walker at Target it's really cute and was priced well. read more

No it a terrible place for a walk when it's hot outside. Unfortunately it seems like it's more of an overpriced Walmart than anything. The people are friendly enough and the store is clean and payed out nicely. The bathrooms are closed right now so you have to use the temporary ones out front which is terrible because you have to go up stairs and I'm on crutches. I had to hobble all the way down to a different store. Aww well such is life. read more

I had a really good experience shopping in this store today. John was nice enough to get me a frozen Butterball out of the back and when we noticed it had a tear in the packaging on the back side, he went all the way back in the freezer and got me another one. Michael was on there register and and the woman who (I think) was a manager, all were very pleasant. Just a good crew, who gave the best possible service. read more

I just spent 1-1/2 hours on hold for the pharmacy - my script is being shipped to an incorrect address that I called about the last time. I know they are VERY short staffed - CVS owns that! I love everything about shopping at target but I attempted grocery shopping this past visit and it was quite an unenjoyable experience because the produce barely existed and what was there I would not buy. I also felt like the selection of overall products choices was lacking. I think Target is capable of doing better and I hope they are working towards that. Watch the clearance and sale prices at the register. Items marked clearance, but get rang up for full price. The clerks get irritated when you call their attention to the price difference. Sorry not sorry. Same with Sale price, it does not ring properly. Also, had purchase enough to get a $10 gift card. After reviewing the receipt, I was charged $10 to give me a gift card!! With so many discrepancies it become a job to make sure you get the proper prices. Also, the shelf stockers pretend to be deaf and too busy to help. In addition to all this they have a limited supply of each item and prices are high. So to sum it up watch every detail during your trip or you will pay a lot more that you expect to pay. read more

I absolutely love Target, like almost every other person in the world right now. This target was just updated and is so neat, organized and pretty. The ONLY thing that keeps me from coming to this exact target is that they don't seemed prepared. Things take WEEKS to be restocked and there are ALWAYS long lines because there will only be about 3-4 cashiers (including the person working self checkout). I understand this is done to save money, etc etc. but at this point there are so many new homes and families in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area, that Target is making more than enough money. There are always tons of people in Target, they could afford a few more cashiers. ESPECIALLY during the holiday season. read more

After going to countless stores looking for a computer chair we found the perfect one on display at this Target location. There were no boxes for the chair under the shelf so we found an employee and she said they were out of stock! I gave up and we decided to leave and take our chances somewhere else. After about an hour I decided I would call this location and just see if they could find the chair at another Target near by. I talked to the front desk person and she connected me to the same girl that helped us in the store. She found that there was one chair at the Chander Target on AZ ave, and she gave me the phone number to call and reserve it. Great customer service from both locations, and I got the chair, for a VERY decent price compared to some of the other stores we went to, and their items were lower quality to say the least! Great store w fresh food n stocked shelves BUT seriously why can't there be more then 2-3 lanes open!!! Here now and all self check out both sides and the 3 open r at least 6-8 ppl deep waiting n not opening lanes!! It shouldn't take 10 mins to check out! This is a really nice SuperTarget way out on the edge of Queen Creek. This store was really neat, clean, and well-maintained, even had music playing out in the parking lot! This SuperTarget had a Pharmacy, Photo, Optical, Pizza Hut Express, Starbucks, Garden Center, and includes the full grocery section with some of the most delicious pastries and fresh prepaired deli foods hot and cold. I'll be coming back here for the deli chicken alone! read more

While the clothing selection is nice, my main complaint is that the shoe section NEVER has my size, and I'm a 7.5-8 which is average. The staff isn't extremely impressive but they're nice. It kind of bothers me that things in the clearance section are just thrown about. I like the grocery part but the food is way overpriced. If you're looking for a deal, just go to Walmart. The clothes in this store are very cute, but they're department store prices which is awful. read more

I mean ... It's Target so the only real complaint is that you walk out hours later buying a ton of stuff you never intended to buy in your "quick in and out Target trip". They've got a Starbucks and they regularly give out Costco style samples. It's a good size and the have a pretty good grocery area. Worst target ever! They never have the bullseye section stocked with the most current items. The store itself looks messy and unorganized each week they change out the layout and it's hard to find what your looking for. Just a hot mess of a store in general. Clean store. Excellent workers. Never had a problem with an item I got here. Store has perfect lighting, and everything is easy to find after a few trips here. The Pizza Hut Express is amazing!!! You'd never expect there to be such a large dining area in an express, where normal Pizza Huts have no eating area. This Target is the premier place to go to.
