    We had a quick pick up order this evening. We notified them that we are on our way via the app. We parked in lane seven and our order was delivered within five minutes. The app allowed us to have the item delivered to the passenger door. Upon inspection of our items target included a bunch of freebie samples. You can trust in target for great service and a little extra.

    Mold

    Picked up 2 packages of corn on the cob. When I got home and opened them I discovered mold with each package. will go in tomorrow as nobody has answered a phone to take off the shelves.

    Customer service never and answers the phone an if they do hang up I've been trying to call for three days about a return

    Dirty and disorganized, a lot of shelves with nothing on them. I'll go to a different Target next time.

Not a great sight to see as a buyer, however, once we said we were just looking to see what was available they left us alone. We are now being told the furniture is on backorder and the ETA has been pushed to the 4th week of July. I understand that backorders happen. What I do not understand is the complete lack of communication. We have received no proactive updates, no phone calls, no emails, and no effort to keep us informed about the status of a purchase worth several thousand dollars. Every update has come only because we contacted the store ourselves. When we called to discuss the delay and ask about our options, the conversation was frustrating. Rather than listening to our concerns, the representative repeatedly talked over me and immediately took a hard-line stance regarding the cancellation policy and potential 40% fee. At no point did I feel like anyone was trying to help find a solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the delay. The issue is not simply that the furniture is backordered. The issue is the lack of customer service, lack of communication, and unwillingness to work with customers when problems arise. As of today, we are still waiting for our furniture and hoping the latest delivery estimate is accurate. I will update this review if the situation improves, but so far the experience has been disappointing

    I had recently ordered a Svante media stand and it came damaged - with two big cracks in the bottom…read moreboard. To get the media stand exchanged, I have to first work with their 3rd party vendor and based on the vendor's assessment the next steps will be decided. Basically, they are leaving me (the customer) in limbo. Though I had ordered the media stand from their Mesa store, I had to go all the way up to their warehouse in Phoenix (an hour's drive from my home) to pick up the media stand. They surely know how to make things more difficult for their customers! A 'good' store would make things easier and not difficult for the customer. Also, a month ago, I had ordered a Quintin nightstand online, paid for it and everything. A week later, I get a call from them saying that they are out of the nightstands! Overall, I am really disappointed with their customer service. Damaged furniture out-of-the-box is another big concern. No more shopping at Scandinavian Designs for me!! Future customers: Do check your furniture thoroughly for any damage prior to pick up and/or after delivery!!
