Target has been a favorite store of mine for years. But now I just don't like them as much. I sirens alot money in there, like lots of people. On October 4th I placed on order online and had it delivered to my post office. I received an email I October 15th my desk was delivered. Well it wasn't, I called and explained. I was told they'd send it out again. Well it's Dec and it's still not here. I've called several times and spoken to people in-store. I've been told their second level and backend teams are working on it. I've been given no other information other than it should be resolved soon. So be careful if you order from target.com and if you do have it delivered to the store. read more

Just like any other target but has more cashiers to help you check out more quickly. nice grocery store and great prices on their groceries. Your clothes are ok, your shoes are ok, but the people are great help with anything I'm here. read more

I love Target and this store is what you expect from a Target. I didn't ask for assistance or interact with any employees other than my cashier and that was fine. There is a Starbucks inside, but it was closed when I was there around 10pm (ish). I was able to find what I needed and the store was clean. I did not buy groceries, but walked by and it was typical for Target. read more

One star for the restrooms. I have never visited a Target store with a bathroom as disgusting as this one! Management seriously needs to review the cleanliness of this store. Either management doesn't care or their employees just won't do their assigned job. read more

Overall clean store and typically well stocked. The customer service is lacking. Unless you page an employee to help you, you won't get help. The employee at the returns counter was down right rude. But I continue to go back because the location is convenient and it's clean they have everything I need u see one roof. read more

I have to be a little easier on them as I go here regularly and it doesn't make me crazy annoyed like other Targets around here do. Things are usually in stock, store layout is good, most importantly staff (and customers) are polite and well to-do. The check-out clog is annoying but this isn't exclusive to this Target only - many stores in the Valley are starting to use this tactic. I waited for nearly an hour one recent afternoon while a pharmacy tech entered data on the computer so that I could get a flu shot. The tech was not apologetic because it was taking him so long to obtain the necessary approval from Medicare. In fact, he implied that it was my fault and that there was a problem with my Medicare account. He did not request help from others behind the counter. I called Medicare and learned that there was no problem with my account. I returned to the pharmacy desk, and another tech completed the process with no difficulty. The first tech never apologized for this frustrating incident, even after seeing that the second tech was able to complete the entry. Since I am elderly, the long wait was exhausting. Finally, I got my shot. But, it seems to me that someone should have noticed the situation and someone should have apologized. read more

Biggest problem with this Target in Riverbank is that they seem to have a real problem keeping the shelves stocked. I'm not sure if it's poor management or if they are just not able to keep up with the increased number of shoppers in the area these days. It just seems like they NEVER have fully stocked shelves no matter when I shop, and sometimes they are REALLY wiped out. Most of the store employees are friendly and helpful though. read more

They have a very hard time collecting their own shopping carts that have been collecting out there for a very very long time. How can they not notice large number of carts missing? Large number of shopping carts have been collecting for months now behind/east side of the building & throughout the giant parking lots. read more

I love this target. Came here to do an exchange because I got my dad the wrong size in clothes for Father's Day. Girl at the exchange part on the left hand side of the store was super nice (didn't catch her name) she also helped me on the Kodak printer. Super patient. Got a blender as a gift and saw that it might of came from this store. I needed to replace it because when we opened the box there was no lid to the blender. My husband thought that they would not accept it back. Today my daughter and I made our way to this Target and the woman who helped me in the returns asked if we just wanted one with a lid or just to return it. I told her we wanted one with a lid. So she told me to hold on to mine without a lid and go find one that was complete. So we made our way to the Kitchen area.. Took us awhile.. very busy on a Sat. afternoon. Found one didn't think to look if it was the same size. Because when we took it back over to the lady to show her we found one. She said it was a little bit smaller than the one we had. She asked if that was ok, I said yea, no problem and she exchanged it for us and gave us credit of $1.00 because the smaller one was a $1 cheaper. Nice! Smooth transaction! read more

This is the worst place to buy video games. Not just this target, but every target in California. The reason i am so mad is because the website has false information and the staff even admitted it as if it were no problem at all. There is no order when it comes to staff. People need to do their job right. Another thing that i think is bad is that you cannot buy gift cards with gift cards. If somebody buys a gift card, the company gets the money. So if i buy anything in the store, it shouldn't matter because the company has already earned the money from when you bought the gift card. If i get a target gift card, i should be able to buy anything in the store. Do not shop for videogames. They're never in stock, even if the website says so. read more

Target is my favorite place to shop! I love this place. They have everything from groceries to beauty products to clothing. I can go to target for everything and not have to run around to 3 different stores. I love their target cartwheel as you can get certain percentage off different products plus if you have a target card you get 5% off every order. read more

They have a couple of good employees but most of them are so stupid its kinda hard to think they could actually get a job but hey that's target for ya.. anyone need an example let's say I'm buying 5 blu-rays & first they try to over charge me, then the dumb a$$ doesn't even put them in my cart & let's the person behind me take them while I'm trying to show the manager the correct prices.. luckily they were honest people who saw me purchase them & brought them back into me when they found them in there cart.. & the old lady in the mornings wow.. was returning a item I received damage & making my payment & she says she can't find the item I purchased to refund me.. umm HELLO it's right here on my credit statement & it's the only item I purchased that month.. I just changed pharmacies! BJ the pharmicist with the black glasses is so rude and arrogant!! When my dads meds were short I was trying to figure out what happened he acted like I was mismanaging his meds. He said he would have to count out the meds in front of me. Okay no problem... then he threatened to call police if it happened again. Go ahead and call the police, I haven't done anything wrong. When I called in the refill I told him I didn't appreciate the way he threatened to call the police....he denied saying that, what a LIAR!! I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 years, he is new. Not going to allow a know-it-all jerk to treat me like that!! And I will be calling corporate office with a complaint! This is the main target I go to, as always they are much nicer then Walmart, especially the one on Mchenry. Last time I was here there was a new guy in the video games section who really knew his stuff. He was like a GameStop employee except not as creepy. While I was there he helped multiple people find holiday gifts and he was able to describe many of the games in great detail. He was also really personal and friendly. read more

This is the most upscale Target I've seen. The cafe actually looks like a cafe. The prices on some items are 40% less than a grocery store. Check out lines are fast. I couldn't ask for more! read more

I had went to the store on sisk to look for children's clothes and shoes . I gave up after the pile of clothes mess they had and shoe dept being impossible to sift through . I was pleasantly surprised by how neat both these depts were at this store wow what a difference ! I was able to find what I was looking for without digging through a mess of clothes and I could actually walk through the show dept instead of tripping on shoes ! The girl that waited on me was a sweetie and have had numerous positive experiences at this location ! When you have three stores all within driving time it's good to remember great customer service and the cleanliness and ease to find things and how that goes a long way !!! read more

MUST READ I'm perm disabled and I'm required a service dog who is trained. On 3/9 At least 2 hrs past while shopping a girl (employee) stopped me and in a hostel voice told me dogs are not allowed in the store and I had to leave I proceeded to tell her he's a working service dog and tried to show her his calif. Assistance dog lic. Tag . As She continued to cut me off and was becoming louder n louder so much that a customer jumps in yelling at the top of her lungs with her arm fully extended putting her finger in my face berating me. I was in fear she was going to hit me, i began to feel my heart beating extremely fast which caused a rippling effect , I began to feel light headed, my body was over come with a hot and numbing sensation , I didn't have any feeling in my face and hands , I began to sweat and have blurred vision . (I have heart problems among other medical problems) i couldn't catch my breath , thank GOD the manager Shannon and security came to my aid . I began to feel faint my heart was beating fast from the stress/personal attack. Shannon the manager wanted to call an ambulance at that moment ! I declined all I could think of was to Run And get away I just wanted to get out of there and protect myself and my dog. I couldn't move . Shannon helped me walk and provided a chair with a glass of water and profusely apologised . In hind site I should have went to the hospital , after a while I went to my car and took a nitro and something to calm myself . I sat in my car crying for about 25min trying to regain my composure . I reported the incident to corporate Alicia in customer relations was just as bad as the employee ! I felt Corporate has no empathy or compassion . although an email was sent to the store ,I on the other hand as a customer didn't even get an apology or a letter that the problem was addressed ! I should have reported this to the State and hired an attorney .... Not only were my rights violated I was in fear for my safety as well as my service dog. Thank you Shannon and Alyssa for reassuring me that this will Never happen to anyone else and inviting me back with open arms. Corporate should have sent a gift card and or at least an acknowledgement letter of apology. Corporate can care less Alicia in customer relations made it clear ! read more

This is a review of the CVS pharmacy in this Target only. I was treated in a very inappropriate and unprofessional manner when trying to fill a pre-surgical prescription for antibiotics, anti-nausea medication, and a pain medicine. I was accused of being a drug-seeker by KRISTI (pharm tech I guess?) and DAVID (pharmacist). I told them to check the system as I've never been prescribed pain medication before IN MY LIFE and they were still disrespectful, rude, and accusatory. They are on a total power trip, which is 100% not their place. The doctor decides who gets pain medication. NOT THE PHARMACY. YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED. I called my surgeon immediately and he was furious and said he would immediately be reporting them to the California State Board of Pharmacy. My primary care doctor was also furious and immediately filled the Rx in her office. I am a third year medical student and will be a doctor next year. I will NEVER be this inappropriate with my patients, and if the pharmacy treats any one of them that way, they will have a very hard time keeping their jobs. Go somewhere that cares for patients more than being on a power-trip. read more

Cleaner and friendlier staff then any other Target stores in the area. There is a small food counter and a Starbucks inside. From time to time, different departments have been a disaster and the wait has been long to check-out, but overall the shopping experience here beats other stores. read more

So I went to this Target to buy a Samsung tablet that I seen on there website that was on sale. I normally never have a problem at any Target I've gone too. But this Target I did. I get to the electronic department and I asked about the Samsung tablet I wanted. It was regular price at the store. I told the gentleman that it was on sale on the website and the website showed that this Target had a few in stock. He said ok, show me on the website, so I did. He was like ok come with me, while holding the tablet in his hands, we walk to guest service and he talks to this one young lady who said right away we are not honoring price matches right now. I was shocked. This was black Friday weekend and I'm sure many people are shopping for sales. She was rude about it too, didn't even say sorry or anything. So since Best Buy was literally in the same shopping center, I decided to go their and I bought the tablet I wanted, for the same sale price Targets website was offering. The experience makes me upset to were now I think I'd rather look elsewhere first before I look to buy from this target. read more

To whom it may concern: I'm unhappy with the experience I had this morning at the store. I am a regular that shops at this store every week. I have coupon here multiple of times and is familiar with the coupon policy. I have a red card and the cartwheel apps to prove how much I love saving at Target. I also made sure I organized items with the specific coupon on the belt during checkout today. Maybe I'm spoiled with the cashiers asking me if I have any coupons or cartwheel that I would like to use today instead of a frown. I did not receive a greeting upon checkout and the cashier with a bad attitude named Pam. Today, I purchased 3 schick's men disposable razors. However, a target coupon that I've printed out from Target.com site with the words $3 off with purchase of two Men's Schick razors or cartridges did not work. No where on the coupon does it specify to purchase the razor displayed on the target coupon. Furthermore, the manager said that it had to be the razors from the picture. If that is the case, then maybe next time write Schick hydro razor on the store coupons and put in your policy that you only accept only exact items displayed on your target coupon. Majority of coupons go by what is worded on the coupon and not the image. I left the store upset because Pam was rude and the manager didn't bother with honoring the target coupon fine printed words over the image. After working a 12 hour shift, I was really looking forward to coming to this Target and spending my money, but not no more. Worst Target Experience EVER. read more

My wife had a horrible experience last night at the former go to spot. Not only did she witness someone slip and fall on some liquid on the ground, she saw the person slam their head. My wife's friend went to get help and she stayed to warn others about the liquid, so as to not see anymore people fall. But alas that is not the end of her Tuesday night mother's evening out, while checking out the teller found an item that my wife was purchasing that had the wrong price on it. The teller got the register manager to verify the price and he rudely told my wife and her friend that they would have to pay the true price for the item, even-tough the price was wrongly placed for the item. She has no problem paying any price for an item, but the service presented at the checkout and from the manager sufficiently lacked and decorum of professionalism. Hence, we will find other locations to frequent. Online shopping is always a happy alternative. A traumatic shopping experience made worse by incompetent service. read more

I have to say when I first started shopping here things were really good. I spend a lot of money in this store on a monthly basis . I am thinking of going elsewhere to do my shopping. They seem to have issues with coupons. They argued with us tonight that an XXL is not a plus size in womens clothing. We had a coupon they refused to let us use it. I went over to Customer Service to let them know what had happened. I got over there stood in a very short line, Told the guy who was working there what had happened so I went back over and got the item . When the women saw us over there she came over and told him that it was not a plus size item and that we could not use the coupon. He denied to her saying we could . I am so furious right now to be treated like that in a store we frequently shop. I noticed they treat everyone pretty crappy in there now. It is very sad they got" too big" for their own britches.. maybe if enough people refuse to shop because of their " kmart" lines ( who by the way seem a lot better now since Sears and Kmart combined) Maybe they can make better choices on who they hire and how their employees treat their customers. I will go back to another store I use to go to all the time and then I won't have to feel like a criminal with a coupon. read more
