THIS IS FOR YOU MIKE, REGIONAL STORE DIRECTOR!!! I was soooo disappointed in this store yesterday when I stopped by to grab a few items. I rarely shop at this location because I don't live in this area, but since my kid's doctor was down the street, we stopped by on our way home. This horrible review goes out to Mike, the Regional Director of this store. What I witnessed you do yesterday was absolutely senseless and you should not be a Director of any store. We finished our shopping around noon yesterday, 10/4/17, and on our way out my two girls wanted to eat lunch. So we decided to order from your café. At this point, I noticed that you had 1 person working the entire café and she was doing a fantastic job. Naturally, it was lunch time so a lot of people were ordering pizzas, breadsticks, chicken alfredo. She was taking orders at the counter, and then going back to start each guests food in the order to which it was received. I understand it takes several minutes to cook each item, to which she informed us at the time of us placing the order. No big deal. After ordering the kid's food, I went over to the Starbucks counter to get a tea. Their register was down, so they were taking orders, and then you had to take your sheet over to the Café to pay. So again, that girl in the Café was taking orders, cooking orders, and now collecting for Starbucks. This is where you come in Mike! There was a customer standing at the counter waiting impatiently for her food. To the point where she was starting to yell at the poor girl behind the counter. She kept apologizing over and over but this lady was not having it. She was even cussing at this poor girl. I witness you, walk up to the counter, look behind there, and then walk away. Shame on you for letting this poor girl be verbally abused and you do nothing to help. Meanwhile, you have another manager standing in the front not helping as well. I felt so bad for this young Café girl (didn't catch her name). Don't worry though, when she called my order up, I praised her on how she held her cool and smiled the whole time while stressing out. Its a good thing I wasn't a mystery shopper because this store failed. Failed their employees. I would hate to see what they will do to their people over the holiday rush. I am so upset with how management is at this target. I was in the pharmacy area looking for something when I got rammed into with a cart and the lady said "your in my f****** way, move." And bumped into me so hard i instantly got a bruise. I started crying because for one i got hit hard and my daughter was with me and when she bumped into me my daughter hit her head on her seat and started to cry. I was so shocked and so upset I went up to the registers and said I wanted to talk the the manager and when I told them what happened the manager said there's nothing they could do. I went to look for security... no where to be found. Very upset. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I really enjoy this Target!! It's huge first off and the service there is always good. I just moved to roseville, so I'm getting used to finding things and am glad this location is so close to me too! There is also an older lady that works in the food court area often and she's a hoot to chat with! Really glad to have such a great target to shop at that's big, clean, and friendly! read more

The employees at this target are so awesome. Not only do they have great attitudes, but they're all very friendly. One employee in particular stood out to me. She has short hair and she usually works by the self checkouts. Everytime I go to this target, I look forward to seeing her. She's super funny and friendly. She deserves a raise and a promotion. This target is organized and is stocked up. Love coming here! read more

I just wanted to commend the team at the Target on Douglas Blvd for helping with a situation yesterday. They made a bad experience (my fault not theirs!) into an amazing experience. Between Shavonne (spelling?) the LOD, Nicolette and ESPECIALLY Mary Jean, I could not have asked for better service. They went above and beyond the call of duty and what I expected to happen. They deserve major kudos... this is the Target I usually shop at and I will continue to come here because of the excellent service I have received over and over again. Thank you again, everyone! Also a shout out to Reggie who was my cashier. He is always friendly and reminds me every single time to use my Red Card, which I also love. Customer service? Don't think so. Having trouble with the cartwheel app. A dumb person using a smart phone is a poor combination, and since no one was in line at customer service l took my petty problem there. A new employee at the desk helped me, using her own phone (like to like, smart person, smart phone, immediate success) and ringing up the sale. An experienced employee then reprimanded her, telling her I should solve my own problem, and simply be given the phone number for assistance. His long term goal is correct (you know the parable, teaching me to fish instead of giving me a fish, which by the way I dislike) but the problem is right now. Other customers were not being delayed, and why should I pay full price when they have arranged this cartwheel app to make me feel like an insider and preferred customer, only to deport me to the wilderness if I cant make it work? And why would you reprimand a customer service employee for providing customer service? read more

Was here on Sunday evening and the manager in customer service was so very helpful ! We had a hard time finding what we need and they went to find us to make sure to help us with what we needed. I appreciate the great customer service. read more

My favorite place to shop. They have affordable prices and a great variety of things. Their clearance deals are really good but you have to dig for them. I went looking for work shirts and found about 5 of them that were a really good price. read more

Rude customer service.. poor selection and terrible long lines.. I tired to eliminate this by ordering on target. Com but they are even worse. They would not adjust price for me when they send me too small of jeans and people on the phone are very rude.. take your money else where read more

This past Saturday I was in Target looking for new cushions for lawn furniture, I couldn't find a couple to match my chaise lounge chairs, but I was so thankful to Alex!!! This is a good Target well run and usually stocked well. It's clean and well organized too. There staff is usually very friendly.

Four stars for a good Target store. They're all the same, of course, but some are cleaner than others, better layouts, etc. This one seems to be a pretty standard suburban layout and average cleanliness. Worst customer ever, they do not care about there customers and there nasty attitudes, would not price adjust some pajamas I bought 2 days ago! I call bull crap because you can take care of your customers over$10 and they don't care that I will just return it no loss to them ! With all the issues going on during this pandemic, Target is doing it right. I arrived just as they were opening and there was a line of people starting to get in. There was a manager outside letting everyone know which essentials they had available, where they were located and which ones they did not. She was very pleasant in doing her job. The employees inside the store were also very pleasant. They had the various brands and types of TP right as you walk in with employees loading your choice into your cart. A very friendly way to make sure customers get only the limit of one package. Overall a very good experience during a less than ideal time in our communities, nation and world. 3:50pm Wed 5-1-2013: just had to walk out & leave items on counter. I have NEVER seen a universally incompetent group of cashiers! EVERY SINGLE ONE. I was 2nd in a line & the young black female cashier with a ponytail called the women who had just got in line BEHIND me to her register! I went to that line & it took forever to give this woman her cash back... she was demanding 1's & 5's like this is a bank. While a clueless young white male cashier standing there with NO customers, is playing with a Target plastic bag & not calling any customers over, including ME. A heavyset older bleach blonde white female cashier, done ringing up the customer, now engaging in a long personal conversation with the customer. That's when I walked out. WHERE WAS MANAGEMENT? certainly not supervising this bunch of misfits. Definitely NOT customer focused, all cashiers need training & coaching & this store needs a NEW management team. read more

Got our Huggies diapers here and also got Miles a little Santa hat just in time for Christmas here. Wanted to get him a shirt but it was all girls and the boys shirts were 6-12 months. Pretty sure this is the worst pharmacy I've ever received medication from. The pharmacy was not mindful of my HIPPA rights and announced my medication from across their confidential area for others to hear. They tried to negotiate a pick up time with me, "can you come tomorrow? How about in an hour? How about 30 min." I was told it was a busy time, so it would take a long time. When picking up my medicine, I was overlooked for someone who came after me. The best I could do is we look at them like they were stupid. read more

This has got to be my favorite Target location ever. Now if only it was a Target Greatland then it would get another star. Is it just me or does hardly anyone go to this Target? Well if so, I'd like it to stay that way. I can always find a great parking spot, fully stocked shelves, and 1 out of 10 times I've had to wait in line with only ONE person in front of me every time. This place never gets crowded at all. I have every reason to believe the Roseville residents are in bed my 8pm. Once I went here after 8pm and I honestly thought the place was closed because I didn't see any other customers in there except us for a good 10 minutes. read more

I love target for multiple reasons...first of all it is an awesome version of Wal-Mart... second of all they have the best selection of baby clothes for cheap... and lastly there is always cool random stuff that you don't find anywhere else. I will always make my way here when I need a variety of things, and I will definitely make it here before I make it to Wal-Mart. You should too. read more

Loved the display of jewelry out on the new tables/fixtures. I should of took a picture of it. Now you don't have to wait for assistance to look into the cases. Ladies clothing is getting better and the displays are rockin. Now I will add this to my list of Target stores to shop at. read more

Its target. You have good shopping experiences and you have bad shopping experiences. I hate that the clothes are so hit or miss. If the fashion statement that you like is in at the moment, you know they'll have it, but for a big price tag. Sometimes I'm able to go back in time to find it all in the clearance, but if not, the new 'in fashion' typically isn't my thing. They do need to hire some more cashiers though, or at least schedule some to be there for the rush. read more

Stopped at a Target in Roseville, hoping the store would be cooler than the hotbox in Citrus Heights. Nope... Target needs to get with the program.. we shouldn't break a sweat walking leisurely while shopping. Came shopping at target this morning early so the store had more employees than it did customers. Out of the 15 or so employees that I passed as I made my way through the different sections of the store, only two actually spoke to me. The first employee asked me if I needed help finding anything which I did so that was very nice of her and the second employee that spoke to me was when I checked out. He was very nice asking about my morning and making general conversation. It would be my expectation that the employees could at least say good morning and greet customers as you make your way through the store. read more

We purchased 2 fitbit surges and a ping pong table here before Christmas- we made this purchase in elections. The employee that helped us was treating us poorly because he couldn't get whole of the person assigned to help carry out- so he slammed the ping pong table down on the flat bed cart and almost ran us over. He was almost running through the store to carry it out and at one point a coworker told him to slow down. He continued to charge into the parking lot with out direction of where our car was. I had to literally run in front of him. We pulled the table out of box at home only to see it was cracked. We had to return it read more

The lady doing returns on my diapers was the rudest person who lacks customer service skills. Her personality towards others was disgusting. The Target in Elk Grove was able to take my diapers back using my Target Red card as the receipt, and she was unwilling to accept anything other than the paper receipt. Absolutely disappointed in the service provide. read more

All I needed was a box of Christmas cards. Couldn't find them or anybody that worked for the store to tell me where they were so I just left. Maybe more people would buy things if someone was willing to help. read more

Every single time I come into this store I smell a VERY STRONG chemical smell and I leave with a bad headache! Was in 3 days ago and just now and both times I experienced this!!! When I mentioned it to the checker the custoner at the checks stand next to me heard me and she interrupted to say she was smelling it too. Then a woman who might have been an assistant mgr said she had a complaint this morning about it. So here I go home with yet another headache!! I won't even go into what I go through with their new card readers, horrible system!!!! Might suck it up and do Walmart on my next shopping spree!!! read more

What a nice experience I had coming here. I found a parking space almost right away, with shade no less. The store interior was clean and orderly. It was easy to find an employee when I needed to ask where to find something. He walked me right to the item and we pleasantly chatted a bit. Checkout went well because I was directed to an open register by one of the employees when they saw me arrive near the other registers that were in use.
